Best apartments I've lived in, just beware the size of the water heater if you like long showers. The convenience of having a Kroger, gym, and vet within a 5 minute drive is incredible convenience to have!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall appearance of property is well kept. It is sometimes difficult to find parking near my actual unit. I am otherwise satisfied with the community, I have settled in and am quite comfortable.

Very spacious & the neighbors are very nice. The Office staff is wonderful and helpful. Kroger is less than a minute away. Other stores are 5 minutes away or less.Very clean neighborhood & very quiet.

I'm very happy with my experience with the community. The office staff and maintenance staff are awesome. The grounds are really well taken of. The pool, parking, grounds and office are great. I am very satisfied here and would recommend it.

I have lived here for 8 years. I do like that it is quiet and that it is not as expensive as other places. Maintenance is friendly and always responds to requests fast. The parking has plenty of room and the pools are a lot of fun!

Clean, quiet, and safe environment. The leasing office does well with communicating with residents on events and policies. They also interact with residents with gatherings/contest. Maintenance does well with getting any issues resolved quickly.

It's a great community to be apart of, especially with the convenience of being close to grocery stores (two further out, one right in the backyard, practically!) Maintenance is so nice and always on top of requests. My first request was completed within 2-3 hours of being put in. Office staff is just as nice and accommodating.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They will make sure your concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. They are always quick to inform us of any changes happening or going to happen. It's a very well maintained property. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Great place to live. Conveniently right by Kroger, you could literally walk there in 2 minutes. And they allow pets and the staff is awesome! They make you feel right at home! And the maintenance team is fast and courteous. Whatever you have a problem with they will get the job done!

Overall, Brandywine is a great place to call home. The apartments themselves are well maintained and relatively modern. One of my favorite things about them is the open layout between the main living room and dining/kitchen area. Allows for a larger and more free flowing feeling. The community and amenities are just as nice which can't be said for some other housing options in the area. Just a genuinely nice place to be.

Happy about living here for the past 4 years. Great community, great staff, quiet and close to many things. Taking walks at night is still peaceful and it's lit well. Maintenance fixes issues the same day. Very satisfied with our home here for more years to come.

My experience with the community had been good. My neighbors are great and it is a pretty quiet place. Good amenities such as pools and workout room. Everyone seems rather friendly and I have not had a bad experience with anyone else living in the community.

Great community, good staff, excellent neighbors. When I go in to get a package they recognize me. Makes me feel like they actually know me and care. In addition, they send text alerts when you haven't paid rent or if there is a dog missing. Very thoughtful.

Community looks nice and apartment is decent size for price; there is pool, laundry, gym, and dog park; Staff lies and doesn't allow anything, rent is too high with nothing included, carpet throughout apartment is inconvenient

Brandywine apartments are a great place to live. The property is always kept clean and any issues we have had when it comes to maintenance has always been responded to quickly and efficiently. The swimming pools and the community events are a plus too.

This is a very safe community and it's quiet. Everyone minds their business. I love that their is a pool and a gym because that has been useful. The management is very nice and understanding. Only thing is I would love some updated amenities for the price we pay for rent.

Brandywine is a great place for those looking to build up credit or just stay on a budget but obtain something that is worth having. I love this place for many reasons. I feel this community allows me to be myself. I can walk around outside in peace and peace is important when selecting a place to live. It is a very peaceful community

Not a terrible complex to live. Would not recommend if price is above $680 per month for single bedroom. Fitness center is lacking, having two pools is nice but they're fairly small. Neighborhood is safe which is the biggest selling point compared to some other complexes in lexington.
