We applied with Brandywine for my son and found the whole process very quick and efficient. The staff (Marissa) has been amazing and so patient with me as my son gets his first apartment and takes this big step. We feel that he is safe and secure and for a Mom this is a huge deal. We are very pleased with this apartment complex; we would highly recommend it.

Great experience with housing and management team thus far. Very clean and peaceful community. Management team is always available to help and is very kind. Management team seems to be very attentive.

Staff very pleasant just may not be affordable for me in the future . The maintenance staff are always prompt and keep the grounds looking decent. I don't like that we can't choose to smoke on our own patios.

They apartments are an amazing value. My family has really nice space and I love how up to date the appliances are. And the closet space is phenomenal. It's the first place my family has lived and actually wanted to stay another year. It's a great place to live but an even better place to start a home.

This is the 2nd time we have lived in the community. Love it. Although last year with Covid-19 the pools were not open which was a bummer. But still an awesome place to live. Rent is comparable to other places we looked. Love the color scheme; although have a problem with not having tile when we first enter the apartment. Carpet stays dingy. The only lighting in the apartment is the track lighting in the kitchen and dining room and of course the bathroom. Still and in all an awesome place to live.

This community is great. The staff are responsive and generally resolve issues quickly. Rent is a little higher than other communities in the area but fairly competitive. Facilities are nice. Community is quiet.

Very clean and quiet community. The office staff are friendly and the buildings are regularly maintained. When they're open, the pools are kept spotless. The best part of all: we are within about a minutes walk from a Kroger, multiple restaurants, and an ice cream shop!

Staff is very accommodating and will make sure maintenance issues get taken care of quickly. The community is quite diverse and very respectful. The environment is safe and you walk around with security.

Everything has been great so far. The staff was very friendly and more than helpful. Office staff had all papers ready when we arrived on move in day. My apartment was in GREAT condition when we unlocked the door to move in.

I moved here from Mississippi last June . Brandywine made it so easy with getting paper work done and turned over the keys as soon as property was ready to move in ! All of the staff seem to want to do all they can to help when you need it !

I really like the area that I live in. It's very quite and i haven't had any issues with no one. Its pretty safe to let my kids go out and play. They love the pool area. I wish we had a basketball court though. All the staff are friendly and are ontop of things. The only issues I've ever had is my car being broken into. The area is close to pretty much anything u may need. The grounds always look nice and clean.

The apartment complex has always felt safe and clean. The maintenance staff very is prompt and friendly! I enjoy living here with the complexes location near many grocery stores and restaurants. The office staff was very accommodating when I first moved in and helped my family and I navigate the rental process.

I just moved in but this is already a huge improvement from my previous apartment complex. The staff is really nice and helpful. Maintenance is fantastic and is very quick to respond and address any issues.

Great place to live for the price! Well kept landscape and maintenance are quick to respond. Pool area and gym is well kept. Pet friendly place with grass areas for them to play in. Close to the main shopping centers.

Overall, I find the cost matches the value. The exteriors could use some updating and modernizing, as could the inside. Square footage size is decent for the cost. Maintenance problems are remedied quite quickly.

Really nice and quiet community. It could use some updates though. The bathrooms are falling apart and need updating. The laundry facilities need updating to more modern machines that work and are more reliable.

This is a relatively nice place to live and is a great value for the money. The office staff are always willing to help you with anything and this apartment complex is located in a great area. You are minutes away from Kroger which is nice.

This is a very average apartment complex, that doesn't offer a whole lot except the maintenance staff. They are very professional and friendly and are always willing to help and do so with a great professional attitude, very little could be said with some of the front office staff

Although living in this complex has been convenient for the last two years there will not be a third year coming. I plan on find a different renter that will better suit my needs. I want to live in a more updated apartment.

I have enjoyed living at Brandywine. Since day 1 the staff have been extremely helpful, service has been quick and diligent, and we have. It had a single issues arise during our time. I would definitely recommend!

I just moved into Brandywine and so far the process has been easy! The leasing staff is attentive and very helpful answering all my question. Beautiful grounds and seems very quiet so far. Also this is a dog friendly apartment complex and has lots of green space.

It's in a nice area that doesn't have heavy traffic, but isn't far from anything in the city. The price is good for what you get. It's quiet and well maintained. There are large closets and nice appliances.

Nice , quite neighborhood, never had a issue with noise. Staff is friendly and helpful. maintence is always done really fast within the next day normally . Inside and outside the apartments and well maintained.
