I have been extremely satisfied with my experience at Brandywine Apartments. From the appearance, the reasonable rent, and to the maintenance and staff I have never been disappointed. It's a quiet and beautiful place to live with friendly neighbors. I always feel at home.

Brandywine apartments are a great place to living. The office staff is so nice and well informed and they make sure to answer all questions you have. The apartments are nice and clean and the community is a no smoking area so it doesn't smell.

I love Brandywine. Management and Maintenance go beyond the call to make you feel welcome. They are all very approachable. Management makes the premises very safe and secure. There is a police presence in terms of residents that tends to possibly ward off criminal activity. I have never had or heard of any criminal activity. The apartments are well insulated for temperature and sound above or below and side to side.

I like this apartment complex. They were friendly and made it easy to move in. I don't have any complaints about this apartment complex. I wish there was overhead lights, ceiling fans and a microwave. But, I have a washer / dryer hookup in my apartment along with outlets that I can plug lamps in and still flip the switch. All in all I am satisfied.

The location is perfect! I like having the Kroger so close and not living off a main road like tates creek or Nicholasville road. The appliances are nice too and it is just enough space for my self and my 2 pups!

Brandywine is a great place overall! The office staff is professional and polite. There is always adequate parking in well-lit lots. The apartment features are a pretty good value for the rent you pay.

If you're looking for an easy, decently priced place to live, Brandywine is it. The staff is always friendly and the community is quiet and well kept. The rent is a decent price for what you get, but not having a laundry room in the home bedroom apartments is very inconvenient. Overall, a nice place to live.

Overall, I have had a positive experience. I appreciate the apartment complex's dedication to maintaining a nonsmoking environment. However, this apartment complex limits your Internet service provider options to Suite Solutions or Windstream, which is deeply disappointing.

It has been a really great place to live. We have enjoyed our time here. It is a little "tired" in the units but everything works and it feels like home! It's in a great neighborhood and has a Kroger close by.

I have really enjoyed living here so far. I moved into a 1BR apartment back in July, & have since then upgraded to a 2BR. The office staff at Brandywine made that process silky smooth, & I'm very thankful they were so professional & courteous.

Brandywine has been a refreshing experience when it comes to apartment living. I am about to graduate college so I wanted to live a little further away from campus with an older community and this was the perfect choice. It's in a safe and convenient location and the office staff has always been extremely helpful with living. I've recommended several friends to move here because I love it so much!

I really like the apartment, it is a quiet and safe place. I would recommend this apartment to my friends. I think it is a great value for the money. i don't like the fact that i can only get 1 internet provider though.

A great location and good value. I've lived in 8+ apartment communities in Lexington and while there is cheaper rent out there, it's not worth sacrificing quality of living space, management, and community maintenance. This community really has it all! One thing to note for potential renters is that packages delivered will always go to the apartment office rather than to your door. It can occasionally be inconvenient in bad weather or if you can't make it to the office before it closes, but it prevents packages from being stolen so not a deal breaker for me! I've renewed my lease for another year and will likely be here for a few more!

I like it here..it's quite and nice. Since i work night shift, it is very important for me to get good sleep at day time..it's so quite at day time..i can sleep like baby.. close to Kroger makes easy for grocery and save enough time..

Overall my experience at Brandywine Apartments has been good, overall there's just a few minor complaints which I feel is normal for anywhere you go but as of my experience I've had a good one with office staff, maintenance, and the overall community.

I love my home and my community! It's very quiet with such friendly neighbors! Me and my family plan to be staying here for a very long time! I'm so happy to have found this apartment complex, it's WAY better than any other apartment complex I've been in!

The office and maintenance staff are all friendly and helpful. They are prompt on requests and don't cut corners when getting the job done! The staff go above and beyond to make me and my son feel welcome and appreciated!

I love my apartment and the staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great Christmas party. They are continually cleaning up the grounds and keeping things looking nice. The grocery and park is so close by and the apartment is nestled in a nice community.

I hated it at Brandywine apartments. I was accused of having a barking dog when I never had any pets to begin with. I was given a letter by management to get rid of the dog or pay the pet fee. My downstairs neighbor had a dog that barked at everything that moved, but I was accused. Not to mention, when I moved out, I was given a letter to pay MORE money when I already bought out the lease, paid over a thousand dollars to do so and get out of this terrible contract which I was told everything was paid out when I bought the lease. The communication from office staff to residents is TERRIBLE. I wouldn't suggest living here for anyone. They'll never tell you when you are having work done on the building you live in - so don't be surprised if they're working on the building & are right outside your bedroom window for 2 days straight starting around 7:30-8am! (At least that early. I worked night shift, so I had NO sleep for my 12 hour shifts those following 2 nights because of the yelling, music & working literally right by my window.) if I had known about it, I would've stayed at a friends. But I had no choice. I hated that place.

Great closet space. Bathrooms small in certain apartments. Need new grill in old grill areas. Its a decent place. Could offer paint upgrades. Newer maintenance staff quick and friendly. Price goes up every year

The apartment community is wonderful. My apartment is newly updated and very modern. The community is clean and all my neighbors are friend. I love that my apartment is so close to the Summit, my work and downtown.

This apartment complex has a wonderful friendly staff. The facility is clean and well kept. The several times I have had maintenance needs they have been met with speed and professionalism. If I had the need I would renew in a heartbeat.
