The front office staff is very welcoming and eager to help with all your questions and issues. No issues with parking thus far and the community is rather quiet. We love it for the proximity to UK and to other shops and restaurants.

I really like the apartment and the workers there are all extremely pleasant. I have had a few issues upon move in but all of the staff there seems interested to help and very focused on solving the problem. I don't have really anything negative to say about the staff

The overall move in was great. The apartment was clean and there were no damages. I've been living here a few weeks and everything is still running good. The neighbors are quiet and it's located in a good neighborhood. The only issue I've had is at times the office is hard to get ahold of but nothing major.

I have never been more pleased with such a great place to live. The appearance (inside and out), the price, the community, neighbors, facilities, staff, EVERYTHING is great!! I have an infant son and its great for children. Quiet and safe! I will be living here until we finish college and move away. We love it.

So far so good. The application took a little while. But we enjoy our privacy which they have given us. Other places want to bug you with activities and chit chat. It was scorching hot when we moved, thank goodness the apartment has a great air conditioner. It was so cool in the apartment we didn't want to go back out. I do wish the was more windows, floor to ceiling and other options to the same old blinds on windows and sliding doors. Need ceiling fans!!!

When I first move into the apartments, everything was great. It seems with the change of staff, the change of quality from time to time. Overall, it is a nice place to reside and it can use some upgrades inside and outside.

I love living at Brandywine! The office and maintenance staff are both awesome, there are lots of friendly dogs, and we have two pools! I've never had any issues with neighbors and there's always parking by my building. There are lots of families and older people who live here which makes it feel both homier and safe!

Brandywine has been a great place so far. We just moved in a couple weeks ago. There were some maintenance issues upon arrival but we put in a request and they came in a timely manner to fix the issues.

Community is wonderful smoke-free property with friendly neighbors and tidy little units. Units only lacking laundry capabilities and microwave for my personal need and there are better deals square footage wise in town, but the community and atmosphere make the unit well worth the rent.

My experience with this community started out good but took a turn within the last year. We had to tolerate very noisy and disrespectful neighbors for a majority of a year. We constantly had to contact office staff and it took multiple tries for something to be done about it. We feel like the rules for the community are extremely strict but when you have real issues then the rules seem to not apply to anything.

Very nice and convenient location staff very nice and easy application process. Like all the amenities and the apartment is spacious for a one bedroom. My neighbors have been very friendly and the place is quiet

We have enjoyed our stay. The neighbors are friendly as well as the staff. Maintenance is performed in a timely manner. The only complaint is minimal in which the apartments' exterior requires some repair.

Have not been here long but neighbors seem friendly and staff is great. Unique setup and nice pools. The complex stays very clean. Location is out of the way and i prefer it that way. Overall very satisfied

Good place to stay and wonderful management. I like their maintenance team they make sure everything is fine before they leave. And Brandywine is a very quiet place to stay. I recommend for everyone. 1

Good affordable quiet community. Pet freindly and easy to get to most of the ammentites Lexington has to offer. Office staff is helpful. Parking is good. Apartment grounds are kept neat. Laundry room is convenient.

Decent housing and living environment. Not very up to date cabinets, appliances or floors. Needs improvement on all aspects of mailing department, billing and services for paying rent. Staff is not very friendly or able to help out renters with problems

I have had a pleasent experience living at Brandywine. While I have only been here for three months so far, I have no real complaints! The community seems quiet and safe, and the rental rates arent as absurd as most apartments in Lex.

I've been living here for eight months now and love it. Office staff and maintenance are very prompt and professional. The cable/internet has been flawless. It's surprisingly quiet inside the apartment with no traffic noise from Man-o-war and the best part is its a non smoking community. There's no smoking on the grounds, poolside, parking lots or inside apartments. How wonderful it is not having to smell cigarette smoke!

My move in process was great. The leasing agent was fantastic and everything was quick and easy. I love my apartment and that it's a pet friendly community. I was more worried about my dog than anything else and it's been great so far !

Havent been here long... But so far it has been great. I look forward to meeting the people around me... The location of my place is perfect for me. Everything that i could need is very close to this location. Im looking forward to the summer here... Then will pribably be a better chance to get to meet some new friends here.. Cant wait....

It was probably nice 40 years ago-- not so great now- full of low class types, kind of trashy. The owners, Lienbach are basically slumlords, very greedy slumlords at that. There have rats, I can provide corroborating evidence if needed- a picture too. They will be nice before you lease, but once you're on paper they think they own you. Most of the people that have an issue don't have the resources to do anything about it against a large property owner, so they get abused and ripped off. they maintenance crew appear as though they were just release from prison that day, and aren't really trained, so the maintenance is trail and error and usually of poor quality. The people that work in the office stay in the office and hide from the tenants, because they know they're wrong.

My roommate and I fell in love without Brandywine from the moment we found it online. The pricing was fair & the space was nice. We have enjoyed meeting the staff and are really excited to be living here.

So far its been pretty good. It's a pretty quiet for the most part. I've been here less than a week though and last night there was some sort of drug bust or something involving SWAT vans across the street, so maybe not 100% the safest, but the apartment community itself feels very safe and secure. I leave for work when its still dark in the mornings, and there could definitely be more lighting in the parking lot. Another downside is there isn't any assigned parking, so in the evenings on the weekends you have a lot of visitors taking parking close to your building which kind of sucks. Overall though, it is a great place for the price.

Great place! Cozy area, we feel so safe and secure. Brandywine was the only place we looked at and it felt at home from the start. I would recommend anyone to join the Brandywine community. We love it!!
