I would recommend this apartment to anybody. Very quite and peaceful place to live. You feel welcomed and invited. The have good facilities that you can use and they take time to keep it clean. You can also take walks.

Staff is helpful and professional. Work orders are met in a prompt timeframe and handled professionally. Any concerns are met with a personal response and are taken care of promptly. I thoroughly enjoy living here.

Excellent community. Maintenance is excellent. Staff is friendly and always helpful. I recommend this apt community to all of my friends. It is a wonderful place to call home and I have never had any issues.

It's a nice place to stay but the past few months people are not cleaning up after there pets. I would say this a good spot If your trying to look for an apartment for the First time. Thank you brandywine!

The staff here is wonderful. Very prompt, kind, and helpful. The apartments and grounds are in good condition and well kept. The noise level is fairly minimal. It would be nice to have benches and a dog park

The community is very nice! It's quiet and haven't heard any loud residents. Close to everything and if you have pets there is plenty of places to walk them! The rooms are very spacious and the closets as well! My family loves it here we have 2 dogs and a 2 month old and it's great here so far!

I will not be renewing my lease due to the neighbors and the office hours offered to residents. I have not been able to pay rent via the resident login for 3 months and still have no word of when it will be corrected. Overall it is a poorly managed community that is falling apart.

I would recommend Brandywine to anybody. The staff was very helpful during the move in process. I recently moved in from the Racquet Club, where I didn't have a great experience. Brandywine has been so much easier to deal with.

Nice property. Overall would recommend. Our unit smells very musty/moldy. Freezer not working properly at this time. Would have liked those things taken care of prior to moving in. Mostly everything else is fine.

We love Brandywine! The move in was simple, and Tina made us feel very welcomed and made the paperwork and lease easy to understand. The team is very professional, kind, and helpful. They really helped us feel at home. The apartment is peaceful, spacious and wonderful. Everything was clean and in working order. The pool is awesome and in walking distance, as is the gym and mailboxes. It also is very affordable, especially for a young married couple still in school. We love living here! It really is above and beyond our expectations. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking, you won't regret it.

Seems nice, the pools are awesome I'm ready to try and go play tennis. The workout room is decent but really need another treadmill and some free weights. The carpet in our apartment is very nice and I like the lighting in the kitchen as well.

Overall, Brandywine is a comfortable place to live. I don't have any neighbors that give me trouble. The walls are thin, so at times I can hear my neighbors' tv, or them coming into their apartment but that's something any apartment renter should prepare for. So no complaints living here, rent is great for the quality of living and the staff is as responsive as they need to be

So far I've enjoyed living here, the community is nice and very friendly as is the staff! They've been very prompt in answering maintenance calls. I don't like that there isn't a pantry or a place other then personal closet to keep things like a vacuum and broom.

I only have a few problems here. My first few nights, my roommate and i were accused of smoking-we don't smoke. The pool opened almost 2 weeks after Labor Day. check EVERYTHING when you move in. I didn't check my blinds in the living room and they don't open-worried i'll get charged extra when i move out.

I love living somewhere with such prompt responses to maintenance requests, and at which I feel safe and comfortable! I have the perfect amount of space and have truly been able to make this my home for the past few years.

This apartment is in a very nice neighborhood. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The two pools are nice and kept clean. The workout room is small, but not crowded and has most everything you need. There is usually no problem with parking and the neighbors are nice.

Definitely affordable but you can expect to receive the type of service for "affordable" apartments. Loud neighbors, less than ideal office staff, lack of amenities, and questionable safety measures. Plus the groundskeepers are extremely loud and work at the most inopportune times.

I love living at Brandywine! It's located close to a park, shopping center, and surrounded by great neighborhoods. There is an easily accessible gym, and laundry room so you don't even have to go off property. It's such a great place to live!

This complex is a great value. There is plenty of parking. The lots and walkways are always clean. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love living at Brandywine. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Its the best place to live in Lexington. The price of rent is a great deal with what you get in return far as amenities and location.

Moving in I was very excited but I have complaints about the front desk staff. They always act like its an inconvenience to help me and they have also let someone open one of my packages before and never did anything about it. I asked them several times to contact my new apartment complex so I could go ahead and be approved and it took them WEEKS to get back with them. The grass needs to be mowed more often as I have to wear boots just to take my dog outside to use the bathroom. They also havent even started to open the pool up and ITS ALMOST JUNE. I already have another apartment lined up because forget this place!

Great apartments, nice and big and really beautiful inside. The office was helpful, but seemed disheveled. Overall the experience has been good. Would not recommend to a friend unfortunately and would give 3 stars overall.

It is a good community, however, the neighbors are very loud, and the walls are SUPER thin! People leave their trash out on the porches, and you get the trash on the ground next to where you live. I don't like to stir up trouble, so i keep my comments to myself.

The pet pick up areas are always stocked. The pools are a little worn down. The trash is rarely ever over flown. Overall it is a very pleasant place to live. I will reconsider renewing my lease with Brandywine
