When I first came here to Brandywine, I immediately was welcome with a inviting smiling staff member. They were eggar to show me an apartment, which turned out to be amazing. It was so clean and inviting when you walked in. I knew instantly compared to all my other apartment hunting and help I received from other places, that this one was the place I wanted to be. Awesome staff and response time. Only have had one mantanice issue and was fixed immediately. All in all a great place to be.

Brandywine is a great place to live, literally a 5 min walk to kroger and other stores, very quiet community love the area. The apartments are very nice and clean, i have never had a problem with management or maintenance. There are police that live on the premises which is a sense of security, no assigned parking which is nice for your guest, landscaping is always taken care of ( although the workers like to park their work trucks in the middle of the parking lot) My only complaints would be i wish the gym was a little bigger so its not so crowded, wish the rent didnt go up when you renewed, not sure if its just my apartment but we see alot of spiders, other than those small complaints, it has been a fantastic 2 years living here.

Was a smooth move in process Tina handled everything very professionally and went through every specific detail inside the apartment to make sure everything worked. There were no notable issues except a few minor stains on the carpet

I came to live in this community. Recommended by a friend, when I saw it, I liked, a lot, the cleanliness of the green areas, the conciseness of the infrastructure and the friendliness of the staff, it is also very well located and convenient for my work.

Nice enough place but if the staff offers you a special rate/promotion when viewing the apartments make sure you get it in writing that day. They will go back on their word and charge you the full amount anyway. This ended up costing me an extra $350 I shouldn't have had to pay. When I confronted them about it they lied and said it wasn't for the apartment I rented when I know for a fact it was for this one. Poor business practice.

My living experience here at BrandyWine Apartment for almost 9 years has been very pleasant, peaceful with a sense of safety and great satisfaction. It's a relatively clean and quiet apartment complex with nice neighbors as well. Easy and private access to each apartment unit and plenty of parking spaces makes living here very comfortable. The staffs are great, efficient and professional I might add.

My experience at Brandywine Apartments has been exceptional. From the day I moved in until the day I renewed my lease, the staff has been helpful and friendly. They even offered to get my carpet cleaned when I renewed my lease. I liie that they have a portal where you can manage your payments, packages, and service request. I would highly recommend Brandywine to anyone looking for a safe and affordable apartment community

I've actually been quite impressed with this complex since I've been here. The formalities were done quickly and easily. The website works well (making rent and maintenance requests easy). The grounds are pretty (and sometimes full of people walking their dogs, which I consider a definite plus). My apartment is spacious and works well for my purposes. I'd say there are few downsides here, but I'll explain the lower ranks for noise and safety: the walls aren't terribly soundproof so loud noises (high volume media/dogs/etc) will carry over, but that's normal enough so I'm not particularly bothered by it. I truly think the complex is safe and in a good area, but might note that the parking lot could use a bit more light.

Overall, apartment is a good price for what you get. I am satisfied with my apartment's features and appliances, however I wish a washer and dryer was included. Pool area could be better. Service repairs are quick.

I have lived at Brandywine for a year and a half and I love it! Very affordable. The apartments are spacious and fairly updated but what makes the difference is the reliable and friendly staff. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner, but I've only had to request a few because I rarely have any issues. The best place to live in Lexington in my opinion.

Everything's great until its renewal time. Everytime you wanna renew it goes up by at least 25$. I love it here and the staff is wonderful. Been here for 3 or 4 years and they have treated me very very good.

I have lived at this apartment complex for 3 months and so far it has been great! The office staff are really nice, everything is really clean and well kept, and I haven't had any issues with noise. Overall it's a very quiet place; me and my roommate love it here!

Brandy wine is An amazing family-focused apartment complex! The staff is great, regularly coordinating events for the residents! Everything is clean though I kiss the laundry machines were a little larger in the facilities! Great place to rent

Brandywine, for the price, is as value as you can get. They offer two swimming pools, a tennis court, grilling areas, a nearby Park, a nearby Kroger (also pet store, great clips, and a bar). The office staff and maintenance crew are as well integrated into the system as they can be. It's a great and safe place to live.
