Nice area to live in for the most part. I have left my keys in the door twice and was not murdered in my sleep, however there are no cameras to catch car burglars except around the garbage disposal so you don't put furniture there.

It's a Very Nice Community with great staff who are very well responding. Hope all who moves here enjoys it. The upkeep is great, things are done in order. Everyone is sweet, neighbors are hit or miss but all in all it's great.

I over all like the apartment but the rent water and sewer is really high compared to other apartments in the area . But also I have friends and family who won't come visit bc of the no smoking rule but most of them vape and it doesn't leave a smell or discoloring behind so I strongly suggest changing that rule to vaping is aloud but no cigs on property.

Nice place to live. Safe. Pet friendly. New upgrades to the grounds. Friendly office staff. Good service dept. No smoking on grounds. Grounds are cleaned regularly. Most pet owners clean after their pet, some don't. Watch your step when walking in pet roaming areas. Some units have a longer walk or more stairs to access than others. Some have fireplaces. Some have washer and dryer connections. No garages.

I've been living here for over a year now. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Staff is friendly and gets the job done. All neighbors are respectful and friendly. There's nothing to say bad about this place.

Brandywine apartments is not only a quiet neighborhood but also a wonderful & spacious living environment for anyone of all age and race this apartment is by far the best that i have experienced and worth every penny that i pay

I really enjoy living in Brandywine. I feel safe here and know when there is a work request that it will get done promptly. I would recommend Brandywine to anyone that is looking for a new apartment complex!

I like it mostly! I would just really like a bigger space with newer features. I think that the apartment is a little outdated to be honest. I also wish that the unit I have was available with a washer and dryer hookup

Brandywine is a clean, quiet community. I have lived there one year and have had no problems. I feel safe, I leave very early in the mornings befor it is daylight and it is always quiet and I feel safe and secure.

The apartment is a great size and in good condition. I find the staff to be responsive and generally helpful. I do think there are some small adjustments that would help a lot like including a built-in microwave, a hall light and some laminate in the entryway.

Brandywine is a great place to live. Walking distance to local park and grocery store. Maintenance responds quickly to work orders. Property has 2 poos, but they weren't open this season due to covid.

This a very nice clean quiet apartment complex.Someone did steal my chair off my patio when i first moved in. But I haven't had any issues. I love my apartment. We need assigned parking spaces though. However this is a lovely apartment community.

This complex has all the basic things you need: a nearby shopping center with a Kroger & gas station, fair rent for good quality, a nice & safe complex, and helpful staff & excellent maintenance. They have referral fees too! Pet friendly and is a short drive to campus.

My experience with Brandywine has been nothing but satisfying. Great location. Great staff. Nice quiet neighbors. Everyone here is so friendly. If you have any problem, they're out here immediately to get it fixed. I have enjoyed my time living in this community.

Community was very clean. Apartment staff was very nice, helpful, and responsive. Maintenance was normally completed quickly and unobtrusively. Apartment was a good price for the size and quality. I just wish they had a 3 bedroom option.

Great loving environment. Quiet, safe, and helpful staff. Two pools and a tennis court are great. Communication And maintenance staff are wonderful. Grocery store is close as well as parks and main roads.

Brandy wine is a great place to enjoy your stay . The view is beautiful. It's very quite .. have have some nice neighbors. Anything we need help brandy wine is always there . The mangers are very nice .

I have to say worst place I've ever lived that any way they can to try and scam you for money on maintenance that never comes and gets done. It really was not a good place to live at I tried time again but they would try and raise how much I owed each month and everyone who lives around me had the same problem. And when you talk to them about it, you won't hear from them for months untill it's time to pay for there rent they added extra too it's a scary to live here all these 5 stars are people they beg to give them 5 stars when you move in

Upon arrival apartment was well cleaned with a gift bag. The gift bag included a map and any information i needed to know. The move in process was a breeze. There is plenty of parking, the front of the apartments are well lit as well.

Overall great, Tina is amazing. I really enjoy living here and feel safe. However a few reoccurring issues are I believe 100% the pool wasn't fixed in order to save money and not Covid related. Additionally there are a few problem neighbors who continually break rules such as dirty porches, not parking in parking spaces, and keeping trash/food on porches, throwing trash in the parking lot.

The Brandywine management and cleaning/maintenance team exceeded all our expectations! From the tour to the sale, we were treated with kindness and respect. They really took the time to answer all our questions and were very helpful when we called with more questions and requests. The apartment was really clean and in great shape when we moved in. The cleaning/maintenance crew really paid attention to detail! We are really happy to have found this place to live!

The areas around the apartment are really clean. Some of the apartment is a little outdated but other than that the office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The walls are a little thin so you can hear neighbors sometimes but for the most part they are pretty quiet. This complex is family friendly and a good place that is out of the busy traffic but still has everything you would need at a close distance.

I absolutely love living at Brandywine apartments! The management is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My room was deeply cleaned before move-in. The neighborhood is amazing too?overall I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend living here!!

Kind and courteous staff. Great customer service. Was able to get processes and moved in within a weekend. Great utilities on site. Very quiet neighborhood. Quiet and kind neighbors. Smoke free campus. Always available parking. Can have pets.
