I love this apartment and I have been living here for 4 years. The apartment complex is clean, the amenities are there for the residents to enjoy, and it is very peaceful and quiet. Also, access to stores and shops are very easy since it is near to all of them.

I have made Brandywine my home for almost two years and absolutely love the location and the way my apartment is laid out. I'm really happy I choose this complex to be my home. The staff is very caring and are happy to help or fix a problem you may have within your apartment.

I love the location, it's very close to my job. I also love that it feels like a quiet neighborhood and that people are friendly when you pass by. The apartments are well maintained as well as the grounds.

Apartment is clean and area safe. Kitchen appliances are new and in working order. Good location in town, very quiet. Would definitely recommend this area to anyone looking for something nice and quiet.

Jen was such a jewel in my moving process. I relocated from another state and was able to view the property online and apply and was approved in a couple days. She instructed me on all the steps I needed to take to ensure a smooth move-in process. I had a couple maintenance issues that were taken care of very promptly. I'm so glad that I made the decision to move here.

Considering we've been here for less than a month, it's been a fine experience so far. Not much to complain about at he moment. I'd like to see where I am with this a few months down the road to if anything changes.

I have lived here for over 8 years now and anytime I have had a problem I just call the office and they fix right away.They also keep the grounds and landscaping very neat. So you are proud of your home.It is everyone neighbor hood and a good location.Shopping just around the corner.

I love it here very kind people very quiet very clean but since Mrs Tina left It has been a mess the new manager is not very good but I will stay here I love it here that's the only complaint I have Thank you

They got me right in and did my application then and there and had multiple units available and the staff were very friendly. The community is nice is quiet. The apartments are up to date and nice and clean.

This community is a very quit and clean area. The residents and staff here and just absolutely so friendly and very helpful with any and all questions. They have community garden plots for those with a green thumb in the summer months and some fun outdoor activities as well.

Beautiful property, Maintenace and office staff are incredible, good price for size of apartment, quiet area, friendly neighbors, they do so many events for the residents and their furbabies, I highly recommend moving to Brandywine, I absolutely love it here!

The apartment I moved in to was obviously freshly cleaned and made fully ready for myself and my roommate. We've heard next to no noise from other units, and have been kindly welcomed in the community. We've been very pleased with our Brandywine experience so far.

Anything you ask staff about that's a matter of money or pricing, I'd recommend getting it in writing. I've been told one thing and then it turns out to be a different story later. This has happened twice. The first regarding rent and pet pricing when I toured and the second regarding referring a friend. Aside from those issues, I've enjoyed the community so far. Neighbors are quiet or walls are soundproofed well. I've enjoyed the pool and gym amenities!! So far, community seems safe. I haven't had any issues and I've walked trash out after dark. Maintenance has been quick to respond when an issue came up and did a good job cleaning after themselves when done. This impresses me because I've had maintenance leave plaster and dirt all over in past places I've rented from.

Great apartment with very few problems. Neighbors, neighborhood, and community had all been very welcoming and kind. It's not noisy or anything and the location is very nice. I have never felt unsafe here.

Already stated in feedback survey. Apartments should be move in ready upon signing the lease. We didn't discover the painting issue until after the lease was signed. Apt smells like cigarettes. This should be mitigated before move-in.

I feel safe at Brandywine. It's a beautiful well kept property, responsive Management that takes care of any issue efficiently and timely and done well. It's like the office staff knows everyone and they are always smiling and go the extra mile to make sure your experience here isn't just like, having a rental-they make it feel like HOME!

So far so good, apartments are more updated than others we have lived in, though the carpet is kind of grimy. Lots of amenities, and the neighborhood is cozy. Biggest complaint is that it's pretty expensive to wash clothes, costing at the very least $3 for a rather small load.

I have only just moved in, but I really like the complex and community so far. The only bad experience I have had thus far was that my apartment was not fully cleaned upon move in. It was filled with dust and smelled bad like stale air. Other than that, the units are pretty nice and at a decent price point. They have a good amount of amenities and seem like a fun community. Overall, I am going to enjoy living here!

Great place to live, pet friendly, they have two pools you can access, and very well kept. If you have any problems maintenance will fix it likely in the same day! Another good convenience is that Kroger is within walking distance!

I really enjoy living here. It's spacious for what you pay. My AC works really well and the window in the living room is a nice size and very convenient if you have indoor plants. (I have a lot.) I enjoy having a walk in closet and a good dishwasher.

We applied with Brandywine for my son and found the whole process very quick and efficient. The staff (Marissa) has been amazing and so patient with me as my son gets his first apartment and takes this big step. We feel that he is safe and secure and for a Mom this is a huge deal. We are very pleased with this apartment complex; we would highly recommend it.
