Good place to stay, especially if you have pets. It was a good experience to live. A little pricey with everything going on with the pandemic but it's is a quite place to live. Depending on which apartment you in the neighbors are nice.

Barandywine is an excellent complex - the staff is friendly, the grounds are well maintained, and the quality of support and living is well worth the price. The location is convenient and your neighbors are respectful and courteous. I have lived here for three years - nearly five months since I upgraded to a larger apartment within the same complex - and it has been a pleasure.

I love everyone in the office! The office staff is great and super friendly! Maintenance does a great job with getting work orders completed. The work orders are always completed within a timely matter.

I've lived in 2 different units at Brandywine and have enjoyed my time here. Overall good value for what is offered with good service and quick responses from facility staff. Community is quiet and is close to stores and restaurants.

My experience has not been bad with the complex. I have had a few minor noise issues that Tina made sure was fixed and when my power went out in my apartment only, she let me stay in a vacant apartment until mine was fixed.

If you are looking for a clean, friendly, spacious and upgraded apartment area and unit, this is the place for you. It's very quiet yearly. I have never had one complaint here and the staff makes you feel at home.

Pretty good I guess ive never lived in apartments before so i dont have any experience else where to say anything negative about Brandywine the office seems to be good at their job and get stuff done quick like maintenance or any question you have about the apartments

Great location and very spacious apartment. I love living here. For me and my dog it is a great location near a shopping center and a park. The staff is very friendly and professional. The grounds are maintained.

Apartment has been good. Decent value. They do not have lights or fans in any of the rooms so you have to use lamps. The apartment that have built in laundry, they could use some extra storage rooms. Otherwise its not a bad place to live.

Staff is very competent and always service my needs. They are always helpful and friendly. I feel safe in the complex as the community is full of working younger/new family class who respect neighbors. I have never felt threatened or concerned for the activity of my community.

Just moved in, but so far the neighbors have been very nice and the staff at the leasing office have been super helpful and full of cheer. Would definitely recommend this community as a place to live with a respectable rent price.

The community is cool, I like how close it is to Kroger. The park down the street is also nice. I wish that there was a basketball hoop instead of the tennis court, but everything is nice. The jumbo chess set is also nice.

Very pleasant staff. Not a bad price compared to other apartments in town. Wish gym was better and there was more parking . Would definitely recommend to a friend considering living here. Not as modern as other places but still nice place to live.

Bet quit place to live everyone keeps to themselves but are still friendly and will greet in conversation. No smoking is taken seriously and is appreciated good bang for the buck! Rent is also easy to pay online and some utilities are just added into rent.

I have lived in this community since May of 2020, and compared to another apartment I was living in in Lexington, it is much nicer and cleaner and the neighbors have been great. We haven't really had any issues that couldn't be easily taken care of with maintenance which is very prompt about taking care of issues. We really enjoy it here and are likely to rent again if we both can afford it and our financial situations don't change.

Everything has been perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful have had no issues with the neighbors or office staff Also enjoy being in a clutch location with a Kroger not even two blocks away to get groceries from.

The property has a nice, friendly environment. It's located just two blocks from a Kroger's grocery store, a fuel station, and several restaurants. It's a great complex. My only disappoint is that we couldn't enjoy the pool in 2020 due to the pandemic. We'll get in there next year for sure!

This is a great community. The staff is always super friendly and extremely helpful. The complex is kept clean and well maintained. Very pet friendly, which is great for me. The community is peaceful and quiet.

I have lived at Brandywine for almost 2 years. I love it here. The staff are great, have not any problems whatsoever. It is in a great location. Neighbors have all been nice. I would definitely recommend Brandywine to anyone.

This is a very convenient place to live and work. I can get to many locations in Lexington With ease. And the neighbors are very friendly and staff are very friendly And knowledgeable. And the maintenance staff do a very good job as well as the grounds keepers

Living at Brandywine apartments is a sub par living experience. The management staff gives notices to the tennets in the form of nots on your door instead of any formal notice. Also the only internet available is Windstream so disappointing all around.
