Best apartment complex in Lexington. Quiet, classy, and you can walk to Kroger and Goodwill. There's even a park nearby! The management is very friendly, helpful, and transparent. They really care about their residents, which is a rarity. It's an unbelievable value for the rent you pay. I feel absolutely blessed to live here, and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic stag and maintenance team. For the price the space is appropriate. Dated, but well kept. I would love to see new cabinets and a larger water heater. The area is quiet and the neighbors have all been very respectful.

If you're looking for a quality apartment to move into, this isnt It. Everything is done half assed before you move it and the apartment looks like you went into the past 20 years. Popcorn ceiling, no light in the living room, poorly repainted bathtub with the paint lasting 1-2 weeks. If you live by the road you dont get a rent discount so you have to adjust the the constant noise of cars driving by and they're too cheap to install sound proof windows for the apartments next to the busy road.

It's been OK but my car has been broke into twice and I have no evidence to give to police because of this If I owned a home I would have been able to have cameras If I owned a home I would have been able to have cameras

10/10 service, they have exceeded our expectations as far as apartment living and maintenance goes. The ratio for quality of craftsmanship versus price for rent is perfect. Friendly staff and punctual with maintenance requests. As long as we don't move towns we plan to stat in Brandywine for five more years!

Brandywine is a beautiful complex in a great neighborhood. Compared to the cost of living in the Hartland neighborhood, rent is reasonable. The complex is pet friendly, and often hosts events for dogs and humans alike! There are two pools, a gym, a common area, a tennis court, AND we're walking distance from Hartland Park, a grocery store, and a pub style restaurant. We greatly enjoy living where we do, and we never get bored!

Great place to live! Great staff, great amenities, and wonderful location! My family loves living here and we are grateful to find such a great community in Southwest Florida. I would definitely consider living here.

It is a quiet apartment complex in a great area. It is easily accessible, and there's not a lot of traffic. The office staff is very helpful and friendly, and maintenance always does a great job. I enjoy living here!

I really love the friendliness of both the employees and residents. This place made my moving transition amazing and so smooth. I will definitely be renting for years to come! The older building are perfect because you cannot year your neighbors whatsoever and that's something I really value in an apartment.

This has been a good place to live. I think the value for money is great! It's not the most updated apartment complex out there but it's cozy and comfortable. When there's a real maintenance issue they solve it very quickly, but if it's cosmetic, they may not take care of it. Overall we love our apartment and would definitely consider staying another year.

I love Brandywine! It has a phenomenal location and the staff are superb in their responsiveness. It also is a great value for the community in which I live. I love the layout to my apartment and will definately be staying here for another year.

Brandywine is a nice community to live in. It's generally quiet. Landscaping is maintained. Snow is removed in the winter. Fairly close to shopping in Hamburg and Nicholasville Road. Nice neighborhood for walking or jogging.

It's been great! For the most part its quiet! I havent had any problems. Maintenance is quick to get things done. Parking could be better. Everything else is great! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The rent is very reasonably priced and it's always a bonus to be able to have pets. The utilities are nice and in great shape with little to no issues. It's a great place to live!

I am very satisfied with my apartment, It is in a nice neighborhood with close access to a grocery store and a few great restaurants. My cat loves the home. I feel safe and welcomed. Would recommend to a friend.

When moving in everything was completed speedily and professionally so that I could move in when I was available too on the move in day. The staff community really works with you on getting a date set up for you to move in and have everything turned on and situated to your desires.

Good quiet area, friendly staff. Overall a clean community. Wish there was a dog park for pets to help reduce with waste around the community. But other than that, I have no serious complaints. I feel safe here and havent had any issues with safety.

We love living at Brandywine! The office and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help! The units are clean and recently updated. We absolutely love how pet friendly Brandywine is! They provide waste bags and bins at the designated pet areas, which is super helpful and much appreciated!

The move in process was awesome! I went in to talk to the manager on a Wednesday & moved in the next Friday. Things were quick & efficient. I just moved in, but so far I love it! I already feel as though if there is an issue it will be handled quickly & professionally.

It's been great. We enjoy the unit and are happy to live here. It's quiet and in a nice location. I can walk to a grocery store, coffee shop, veterinarian, and places to eat out. It's also close to a lot of cool places in Lexington.

I love Living here. it's close to my family and the location is great i feel safe as well I can't complain about anything here it's everything I needed in a home and that it's Pet friendly was a win for me being right beside the pool is great!!! for summers

Been having a great time so far at brandywine. Move it went smoothly and the staff made sure we were well taken care of our first day. Very good community. Quiet community and very friend family. Love the pool

The apartments are nice, but pray you don't have to enter any significant work orders. They don't communicate at all about what's going on, except to send out a form response when it's been completed. I had an issue where the water heater was leaking and soaking the carpet, and I had to call repeatedly to discover that they had thought the water was from rain and they evidently hadn't even opened the utility closet to look. I ended up getting the form response that my work order was finished when I was on vacation, and returned home to discover that they hadn't fixed the carpet, which was still pulled up and moldy.

Move in was easy, all I had to do was call with a time I would be there to pick up my keys and someone was there to do so. They didn't allow me a few days to write down what was wrong with the apartment so our deposit wouldn't be affected, like chips and dents and such however.
