I am living here only because I am bound to a lease. It is merely a place to keep my things. The walls are paper thin, the neighbors are annoying, the office staff picks and chooses which rules to enforce, and the price of rent does not match the value of the apartment.

Upon arriving on the property, the outside is very clean and well put together. The people around here are also friendly. The maintenance people have a very quick response time. I like being able to access my door on the outside as well.

I've only been here for a week so far but it's so quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the move in process was super simple. Before move in, Tina was very accommodating when it came to viewing apartments during Covid and answering my many follow up questions so thoroughly. The apartments have huge closets which is a great bonus. 2 pools, a gym, tennis courts. Can't complain so far!

Everything is good we have lived here twice once for 6yrs and again a couple years later. We have never had any issues that were not fixed quickly. I tell people all the time how good the value is here

I absolutely love this place the staff is very friendly with making sure your move in is easy for you they're always there to answer any questions for you or concerns that you may have I must say if you're looking for a place to move Brandywine is the best place for them all

Move in was simple and so far the apartment and area is nice. Management has been helpful addressing any issues I had. The community amenities look nice but I haven't experienced them due to current circumstances. The location is convenient to shops.

Great area, nice apartments and management office is easily accessible and always ready to help! On-site security staff are amazing and make you feel extremely safe. Very close to Tate's creek and hartland plaza's.

its a clean smoke free community. So far everyone seems nice. The staff was very helpful with my many emails before move in asking questions. The move in process was quick. We signed our lease online stopped in the office on move in day got our keys.

I love living here! Great location and great apartment parking. Never a problem finding a parking spot. Safe area that I never have a thought about something bad happening. Love the layout out each apartment

So far it's been a pretty great experience. My former apartment raised the rent to an absurd level, and when my roommate and I were Scrambling to find a new home, we were able to find it here. The staff was incredibly helpful and so kind to us, it really made all the difference.

Office staff is wonderful!!! Maintenance staff was on in repairing Needed. The areas convenient to get to shopping entertainment!!! So close to the university of Kentucky!!! I'm so happy I found this apartment complex!!!

Quite complex with lots of amenities. There are pretty strict "non-smoking" rules but if you dont smoke that is actually a benefit. Apartment is pet friendly and responses quickly to service requests. I loved living here so much that after living there in 2016-17 I returned years later in 2020.

When we first moved in we thought this was a great spot. Close to shopping areas, a great park, and a nice quiet neighborhood. In the years since we have learned that the overall quality of this location has dwindled. Amenities are out dated, parking is a mess, the staff are overwhelmed at times, and its looking more and more dated itself with the overall grounds keeping.

I haven't had any issues besides my car has been broke into several times. Its a good community overall. I feel safe with my kids going out playing. No one bothers us and we bother no one. Everyone is pretty much friendly. I just hate there's not a in site playground for the kids to play.

The complex is very well-maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help with any problems you may have. As with any apartment, you may find yourself with bad neighbors, but otherwise a renter can expect to be very happy here.

Brandywine has been a great, comfortable place to live. It is affordable, the staff is helpful, and the amenities are good. Parking is always available, there is a laundromat on site, and the apartment is cozy.

It is a very clean place to live. The maintenance and landscaping staff always do a first class job. The main office, common areas, and laundry room are well up kept and clean. The office staff are always willing to help.

These apartments are located in a great area. Close to shopping and entertainment. Everyone has been nice from neighbors to the front office staff. Maintenance needs to be improved though. You have to keep following up with any issues.

I love living here! Maintenance requests are done pretty much immediately. I love the office staff and truly feel the actually care about our community and the residents who live here. Affordable living in a great location!

Maintenance is always quick and efficient. Pool is always clean. Staff is very nice. Price is very reasonable. I feel safe here as well. Definitely recommend . No complaints what so ever. Looking to renew again for this year

We greatly enjoy the fast and thorough maintenance team and how friendly the office staff always is. The only problem we've encountered is the dog droppings that surround our apartment. Other then that, we have no complaints and greatly enjoy living here.

Pretty nice for the price. The walls are somewhat thin so I can hear my neighbors easily but luckily they have been polite for the most part. Good staff and maintenance. I like it, I don't know if I absolutely love it though.

The office staff at brandywine are very helpful and super nice. I enjoy the convenience of having Kroger within walking distance as well. The community is quiet and everyone is friendly. This is my first time living in the city and I'm glad I picked brandywine as my home.
