This community is clean, well kept, and in a good location. However, rising rent and restrictions on internet providers makes the price harder and harder to justify. I have enjoyed my time here, the office and maintenance are both fantastic and responsive, the 15 mpbs hard cap on both Suite Solutions and Windstream due to the phone lines that connect to the complex mean you will pay for internet speeds you cannot physically recieve. Once again, this is a clean, well run community. Just keep in mind, my rent started at around $650 in 2019 and is now up near $900. Many apartments are in that price range, all with no internet restrictions and better amenities. You will be satisfied as a customer if you rent here, but you will likely find better options elsewhere.

It has been wonderful. Staff have been very polite and helpful through the entire process. The unit was cleaned and looked well taken care of. The utilities were easy to set up and the property portal for rent and package pick up is very helpful.

Helpful, professional staff that were in great communication with us when we were deciding where to move. Helped make our move-in process smooth. There have been many improvements made to the property in the few months we have lived here, which have updated the amenities and exterior curb appeal. Our apartment is spacious, which I love. Overall, I am satisfied with our apartment experience.

great place if you're moving out for the first time. i would personally like to move into a house, we have found houses with more bedrooms and space for cheeper than what we pay in rent here. we will not renew our lease in the summer as we will be moving into a house

Overall it has to been that bad..only issue is the price for what we get living in the apartment. They took the drop off box for rent away. That was beneficial to those who can't make it to the office before they close.

The staff is professional and very friendly. I've lived in the community for almost 2 years, and I don't plan on leaving soon! I would recommend this apartment community for anyone looking to relocate to Lexington or from another part of town.

The apartment is great quality for the price. Office/maintenance staff are wonderful. Amenities are decent. One of the best parts is how affordable it is to have your pets, the deposit and rent for pets is reasonable. I would recommend living here to a friend!

These apartments are great although they could use some updating on the inside. These are in a great location that is quiet and peaceful. I've lived in these apartments for three years and have not had a problem at all.

This community is very well kept. They keep their complex in very high quality and very presentable. Weekly lawn maintenance, but during work hours. So its as minimal invasive, as possible. They are very pet friendly and even promote how welcoming they are of family members, tail or not. They always stay on top of service requests. Keep you informed, regarding when they will show to fix it and when it is estimated to be done by. They are quick to help, with issues. And always seem to be in an uplifting mood, which becomes contagious to their tenants. 10/10 would recommend

Good the only downside of my one bedroom is no washer and dryer connection and bathroom. Everything else is perfect. Close to grocery store/ gas station. Spacious apartment , updated kitchen friendly neighborhood.

Over all this complex is a very nice place to live . One area is the increase of rent. Seems the longer you stay and rent the price increases higher rent each year and same services. You receive nothing new or extra for more money.

It's great. Great parking. Outstanding maintenance. Staff are always so nice and courteous. It's a great location, close to two Kroger's. As well as a few gas stations. Within 6-7 minutes to the mall.

It has been a great experience living at brandywine apartments, always good maintenance and help with anything that we need, very nice pool and gym area and the giant chess board is awesome I would highly recommend playing it

Perfect location in the city to be anywhere in the city quickly. Great close-by grocery store. Not ------ community in the apartment complex. Close to manowar. So when it snows if you can make it there its more than likely plowed.

Overall pretty good, I've enjoyed living here, I live on the bottom floor which makes it easy access to get out now that I'm handicapp. And I like having easy access to parking lot from where my apt is and espically now that I'm handicapp.

Nice and clean. Neighbors are friendly and everyone I've met has been lovely. Close proximity to a lot of businesses. Office staff communicates with their residents, maybe too much. When construction was going on, my phone was blowing up with information that didn't even pertain to me. It's annoying.

The office staff and maintenance staff are great. If things need fix, they do it quickly. If you ever have a question about anything regarding your lease, your utilities or anything like that they answer all questions that you may have or any concerns that she would like addressed.

I was in a real pickle when I was looking for somewhere to live. The folks in the leasing office were incredibly helpful and made an extremely stressful time in my life VERY manageable. Since living here, those standards have continued. All of my neighbors are quiet and respectful and there are never any issues. Maintenance is always quick and takes care of the problem the first time! I am so happy I found Brandywine!

The area is nice but the buildings are a bit dated. It's to be expected and doesn't bother me, just something to be aware of. The staff has been great! We had an issue at move in and they were very understanding and worked quickly to resolve it for us.

I have been content to live here long enough to now recognize I have trouble with the walkway behind building 20. Don't ever build another property with any path that requires navigation of steps without hand rails.

I love it here. The staff is super friendly. I've had no issues with anything in my apartment. It's super clean here. This place is right next to a good shopping center. Most importantly you feel safe out here.

I highly recommend living here. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I love the amenities and how close the complex is to Kroger and nearby restaurants. They are within walking distance. The property is maintained well.

Make it easier to get approval. The kind of hoops you need to jump through just to get approved and move in are ridiculous. I'm not buying the property, just renting it. You all should just need a proof of employment and income. I can even understand credit. But I went through so many hoops to get approved it was stressful.
