The apartment is just a little too small for my roommate and I but other than that I really love the neighborhood we live in and the staff here are friendly and extremely responsive in whatever may come up in and around the apartment!

The only downside to living here is that things have been stolen off my porch and people to try to break into cars. Plus the maintenance staff leaves messes every time they come to "fix" something. I have several carpet stains from the maintenance staff tracking in mud on their shoes.

Brandywine has been great so far! Jen was very helpful and available throughout the whole process. There are great amenities and ways to get neighbors connected! We especially appreciate the no smoking policy and how close it is to Kroger!

This apartment complex is close to everything in Lexington and surrounding areas. There is a really nice shopping area two blocks away that includes a Kroger. They have done a lot of cosmetic and beneficial repairs to the outside.

Brandywine apartments are wonderful. The team here are super helpful and maintaince are on top of everything. The walls aren't thin and it's quiet around here. My neighbors have be kind and many families live here. There is no commotion. Highly recommend living here so far!

The apartment manager, Jen, was amazing in helping me get my apartment in a short time frame!! She was there any moment I had a question and was willing to work with me. As for the property, it is very clean, quiet and and spacious! The one bedroom apartment I reside in is stupid spacious for the money, I highly recommend this bargain living. You will not find any better value for the price in Lexington!

Lived in 2 other apartments on this property. Staff is always awesome. I moved to MI for 3yrs and when I had to move back here there was not other option for me because if the amazing service. Service Requests completed within 24hrs.

Brandywine was the first complex I toured that actually seemed prepared, professional, and like the staff were happy in their jobs. The application process was one of the most ethical I encountered in my hunt for a new home, and was the deciding factor in choosing Brandywine. Upon applying, the unit is removed from the market until the application is processed - so there's no risk of it being "rented out from under you" like many other property companies are notorious for in Lexington.

The outside community is beautiful and has very nice staff. Just the apartment wasn't as appealing as I thought it would be due to the beautiful scenery around the community property complex..........

No complaints at all - the community is safe and friendly. No noise issues, no issues with neighbors. I'm a reserved person, so it's been a pleasure staying here. Staff is responsive and I seldom have issues with anything regarding maintenance. The grounds are well maintained and safe.

I really enjoy living here so far. The management are very responsive and the maintenance is lightning-fast. The community is also very pleasant, with everyone I've interacted with being very kind people. I also love that there are community gardens here. I'm still very new to living here, so I've not gotten a chance to really check out the area, but I love that we live right next to a Kroger and a drive-through cafe! The rent is also very competitive for Lexington; I am able to afford a very nice place here by myself. It's tight, but I'm making it work for now! The place was full of spiders when I moved in, but that's just because it was left alone for a few weeks.

It's been great, i have had no problems at all. The staff is awesome, and answer any time I call. At my old apartment i could never get any help when i needed it and i do not have that problem here. My apartment feels so cozy and i just love the atmosphere

Friendly, responsive staff. Great location. Neighbors are awesome and it's very quiet. Close to everywhere I need to be. So far I've had zero issues and I truly don't expect to. I feel like this community cares.

Great place to live, highly recommend, every one is friendly and/or keeps to themselves, quiet aside from some kiddos. Love that there's a pool in the front and the back! The big chess board you can play outside is awesome. Staff have allllll been so nice and understanding and great and respond quickly. Any issues maintenance completes very efficiently and is very professional. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Brandywine is my first experience living in an apartment but they could not have made it an easier/better experience. Everything has been exactly as advertised and they keep making improvements to the community. It's a nice neighborhood that feels very safe and my apartment has had no major issues, it's in very nice condition.

I needed a new place to live very quickly. I was able to schedule a time to see the apartment on a Saturday, which did not negatively affect my work schedule, and Jess answered my many questions with ease. I had never lived in an apartment community like this before, but honestly I recommend it to all my friends looking for a new place. The staff is all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the maintenance team is stellar and so fast, and there are two pools! It's great.

I love it! They don't nickel and dime you. They are friendly and respect your space. I like that they hold on to packages and let you know when they arrive so you don't have to worry about porch pirates. The pool is clean and the gym has always been clean

I would not renew my lease. They slapped paint on, and paved a parking lot and my rent went up a hundred dollars. Plus I do not ever wish to contact the office for any help because they're so rude. One employee In particular. I cant wait to MOVE

It's quite community and clean, peoples are kind, pretty nice to raise kids ,not smoking are allow , there so seriously of keeping environment safe for everyone, if they start cleaning kupat for those leaves long, it's could've been perfect

Great maintenance staff. Just painted the exterior and repaved the parking lot. Nice size in the 1 bedroom just wished there was washer and dryer hookups and ceiling fans. Hope my rent doesn't increase too much when lease up for renewal.

The community is friendly and clean. The few maintenance request I have submitted have been completed the same day within hours. Everyone is professional and helpful. Parking can be a little difficult at times.

We have loved living at Brandywine! I've never had work orders fulfilled as quickly as living here. Administration is very kind and always tends to problem immediately. Love having garden plots available at the complex as well as a gym, pools, and laundry. Not seen any bugs and everything is kept quite clean.

Good rent, great location. Friendly staff. Been here several years and they always take care of any issues that arise quickly and thoroughly. 15 minutes from pretty much everywhere in Lexington, right next to a grocery store, gas station, and a few restaurants.
