The apartment is in such a nice area, super close to Kroger and the park, the mall, downtown, etc, the office and maintenance staff are amazing and always professional. The grounds are kept up and look awesome, I highly recommend moving here.

Apartments are outdated but the staff is amazing and the grounds are always kept. The maintenance staff is some of the best you will find at a complex. Very honest and thorough work. Nice area to live in too

The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and are quick to respond and help when they are needed. The property is well kept and safe. Its been great living here so far. I am really looking forward to when the pools open for the summer!

It has been a wonderful time here at Brandywine apartments. The move in process was quick and easy. Jen was very quick to get back with me and answer any questions or concerns I had upon moving in. The apartments are nice, and are located close to a Kroger and a Walmart.

Here at Brandywine, the staff are pleasant with existing and potentially new people looking to lease on their property. There are protocols to follow, but for good reason. The Maintenance team here are respectful and talented.

We love living here! They truly care about the residents and the property. Any problems are addressed promptly and professionally. The staff is wonderful and so friendly! They do fun events for the residents and it really does help to build more of a sense of community in a large town like Lexington. We are very happy with our decision to move here and would recommend Brandywine to anyone as an affordable, wonderful place to live!

Everything has been great. We have had few problems and we did have a problem, it was fixed right away. The office staff is always super nice and they keep the grounds super clean as well. Really happy with everything so far

Great community and service as far as maintenance goes things they need to improve on would be parking landscaping an residents leaving trash at there door other than that this is a very good place to live.

I love living at Brandywine! Third time is a charm right?! Davids the best. The office staff is professional and courteous. Lilly my dog loves living here and exploring the grounds during her walks, she may also like the chess board too.

You get what you pay for. It is decent for the price point, but building is older and some problem tenants cause issues. However, staff and location are great. Great first time apartment, especially if looking for pet friendly.

overall it's been a good experience. office and maintenance staff are great but recently there have been more issues. i wish the new washers would work better and the pigeons were control. i feel safe here however

Quiet community overall. Clean areas overall. Amazing staff and maintenance crew. Two pools rarely used by rowdy kids. Spacious rooms, need more storage area though as far as closets and pantry needs.

We have had no real issues. Its very quiet in building we live in and we actually love the pools in the summer...(greatest perk for us)! Most people that live here are working couples or singles no unemployed riff riff to speak of!

I have enjoyed my time living here, almost 6 years. Any maintenance issues are resolved right away. I really like the laundry room improvements. Makes it easier and fell safer with the magnetic door locks. I also like the color they're painting the buildings.

A good value. Affordable, especially given that my job requires a lot of travel making this a good base camp. I have enjoyed getting to know some of my neighbors, trusting them to keep an eye on things for me when I'm away. Office staff has always been very accommodating.

I love it here. The staff is incredible. Jen has been so helpful since my move in and super friendly. Any maintenance I submitted was completed faster than anywhere else I have lived. I feel safe in this community. The facilities are clean and everything works well. I have felt very welcomed.

All and all it's been a few issues with salt not been put down when the steps were ice and slick.. had a few falls from that but by God's Grace I didn't break anything.. my neighbors are nice that are in my unit.. the staff are very helpful especially Tina.. she is a sweet heart.. I'm satisfied going on 5 years for me ..

The complex is spacious and the apartments are nice. The closets are all walk-in closets and the bedrooms are a decent size. Parking is a little difficult to find sometimes depending on what building your apartment is in. There are two pools and everyone seems to love them. The complex has been working hard to fix the place up and make everything look nicer. My only complaint about the complex is we only have one dumpster for trash for over 20 buildings and no recycling.

I have personally had a good experience living at BrandyWine Apts. The staff and maintenance have been kind, prompt, courteous and professional. To be completely transparent... I wish renters would adhere to the smoking and picking up their pet feces rules. There are designated areas for that. I smell cigarette smoke through my vents and pet poop can ruin a child's fun when they accidentally step in it while playing or walking in the grass. Besides those two inconveniences, I have enjoyed living here.

I have been very pleased with my experience at Brandywine. This is my second time living at this complex in the last 10 years and it is just as expected the last 3-4 years that I've been here since the first time. I can not say enough good things about the leasing office manager and maintenance manager. They go above and beyond to make sure that all residents' needs are met. The maintenance manager came to my home to complete a repair and noticed that my front door lock was loose and even fixed that on his way out. It's the little things like thoughtfulness that make Brandywine home!
