While this is only my first week living in this apartment complex, I can already tell the community atmosphere is so comforting and welcoming. The staff is absolutely wonderful and you can tell they love what they do and are more than happy to assist any questions one might have.

Great maintenance team, so friendly and truly do a great job. Apartment themselves could use an interior renovation but overall theyre nice. Biggest problem is the trash, 1 dumpster just doesnt seem like enough for the whole complex

Nice place, nice carpet, still expensive but overall worth the price. Nice apartment, nice people, quick response to maintenance. Like the balcony, don't love how we had to pay extra for screening though

Brandywine is an interesting community, but not in any negative fashion. It's quaint, quiet, charming. It feels like a home rather than a complex. The grounds are well kept, the neighbors are lovely, the staff are kind, expedient, and cordial. I'm gonna like it here.

Nice, clean, and spacious. The property is kept up really well but is definitely dated. Could use updating such as cabinetry, bathrooms, microwaves in the units. Price somewhat comparable to communities in the area but the aesthetics are not on par.

I recently put a maintenance request in for my water heater, which started leaking overnight. I put a request in and maintenance showed up to my door within 30 minutes. The speed that maintenance requests are handled is very much appreciated. I can't say enough great things about the staff!

The Brandywine staff (especially Amy and Jess) has made moving in from moving across country extremely seamless and stress-free. The one bed one bath has just the perfect amount of space for one person and is in excellent condition. Maintenance has done a great job being responsive to any issue I could have with the unit. Overall I have loved it all so far, I have enjoyed KY and my new home!

From the beginning they made me feel comfortable. They were honest and straightforward. I appreciate how helpful they were and they were right, I would enjoy it here and I am. She also told me how to orientate things in my apartment to utilize space.

I love living here, it's safe, quiet, and comfortable! The staff are always extremely friendly and all of the facilities are very well taken care of. I'm always very picky and apprehensive about apartment complexes, but this one is great.

I have only been at Brandywine for a short time, however the staff and maintenance teams are excellent and complete requests promptly! The office staff remember my name, and info and are consistently friendly whenever we bump into each other. The greounds are clean and although the units are older they're in relatively good condition.

Brandywine is a great place to live. The leasing and maintenance staff are fantastic. There are a lot of benefits to living here, including having great neighbors and being in a safe neighborhood. I appreciate that they enforce the no smoking policy and truly care about the well-being or their residents.

Very nice community and property manager. It is unfortunate only some of the 2 bedroom apartments have washer/dryer hookup. Otherwise this place is very nice. I have had a good few years here at Brandywine

Living here has been really pleasant so far! The apartment is great, and the community is fairly quiet. The only time I've had an issue for maintenance, they handled it quickly and thoroughly. The ladies in the leasing office know my dog by name, and he loves visiting them for treats!

Brandywine is a great place to live while jus starting out! My wife and I just recently got married and decided that Brandywine would be the place we start out. We love the space and the location of the complex. We also enjoy walking in the surrounding Hartland neighborhood.

The office and maintenance staff are fantastic. When I've had issues, they've communicated clearly, and then followed through until the job was done. The team is top notch. The apartment complex is pretty quiet. The walls are a bit thin.

i love it here, i lived here in the past for 6 years, once i sold my house i decided to move back. the maintenance staff is fantastic! the grounds are always clean, quiet, property is smoke-free, and close to kroger/hartland park!

We just moved in and had a wonderful experience. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Our apartment is very cozy and was really clean on move in. We met one of our neighbors as we were moving in and they were very nice. The environment seems very welcoming.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful and maintenance has been quick about fixing any problems in my apartment. The complex is also super close to grocery shopping and is in a quiet neighborhood which I really like.
