When we looked into this apartment, the leasing agents were extremely helpful in answering questions in a timely manner. Fast forward a couple of months and my husband and I moved in a couple of weeks ago! The apartment was clean and spacious for what the rent is! I really have enjoyed living here so far and im looking forward to staying here!

So far, so good. No problems. Helpful staff. Excellent spacious apartments. I like it a lot. My wife does too. We moved here recently and everything is good. Bathroom is clean. Kitchen is clean. Great.

It's seems good so far I do feel a lack of inclusivity from the community. I have seen many of my neighbors and none have attempted to talk to me and have made foul faces at my girlfriend and I when we are with each other

Everyone in the leasing office was lovely for the application process and move in process. I applied for the unit online, Leinbach has a text line to contact the leasing office for any questions or concerns you should have. Answers were always prompt. Alina was who helped me, and she was absolutely the best the whole way! She let me know exactly what I needed to get approved for the apartment, the requirements and process were both very smooth and reasonable! After being approved we set a move in date and time I came in, signed some papers, got key fobs etc I had thought there had been an electrical issue, which was looked into by maintenance within the hour. Turns out I just hadn't learned all the switches yet! It's a lovely community, I'm really looking forward to living here

I had a great tour and the management was thorough and extremely helpful. The utilities and amenities looked very nice and up kept. I have a friend that rents from here already and has had a great experience overall.

Amazing service, clean quarters. Staff is friendly and reliable. We ended up moving into a two bedroom for additional space, but wanted to stay at Brandywine because we love it so much! Would highly recommend.

I have enjoyed my time here. Love the pools, the gym, the vegetable plots. The staff is great. Always courteous and willing to help. Complex is close to a grocery store, a gas station, restaurants, a park with a walking trail. Love events like resident appreciation week

I'm very happy to be a resident here. The staff is great: both management and maintenance. The location is so convenient to shopping and major city roads. Parking is ample. I couldn't be happier. Great place to live.

i just moved in and it's been a blast! the property manager was super kind and very on board with all my questions/concerns. never made any question feel too silly to ask. maintenance came within a couple days to fix any minimal concerns i had. overall pretty nice

I have had a really nice time living in these apartments. I always get fast help from staff. Everyone is really nice. I once dropped my wallet in the parking lot and it was quickly returned to me by one of our neighbors. We've had a car cover blow away in a storm and end up on the other sides of the apartments and someone from the apartments returned it to us. We are surrounded by very good people, both in the neighbors and staff.

Neighborhood is great. Convenient to Kroger and many other businesses within a walkable distance. Leasing office and maintenance are prompt in their responses and pleasant to interact with. Very safe!

It's been great so far. We just moved in, so we're still new, but I really have enjoyed the community. Things have been great so far though. People have been great. The staff have been nice too. Overall very good.

This is the perfect place to call home! Brandywine has everything you'll need and want in a place to live. The beautiful landscaping will take your breath. The staff will always go above and beyond. They definitely make the residents a top priority.

Staff was nice but overall the apartment was outdated bad. The bathrooms were gross like they haven't been updated since opening. Just not something I would want to live in. Had a smell and being restricted to a certain internet provider.

It's nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The community is 100% smoke free. It has a gym and Laundry facility on site. Two large swimming pools and recreational area. Several dog areas that are clean and maintained. Plenty of parking. Grocery, gas, pub, coffee hut right around the corner. Nice park within walking distance.

I just love this place already! Staff is second to none. The fact that it is a pet friendly community is awesome because I enjoy seeing the different types of dogs. And the neighbors around me just seem so happy. I just love it!!!!

Let's go back to the beginning the staff is friendly and courteous the maintenance is outstanding the safety is a top priority it's a clean environment to live in we feel safe. It's a real pleasure to live here I would highly recommend it to all interested parties
