So far it has only been a few days, but commenting on the staff initially, I can say that Whitney and Chris were both very helpful and accommodating to answering all of my questions. I haven't had any problems in the first week.

Very clean area with friendly people. Staff is helpful when needed. Walking distance to Kroger or the park. Dog friendly which is nice and has two pools. The bathroom is a little dated but not sure on their renovation schedules.

I live by myself so I don't have any problems. I tend to keep to myself and work a lot too. I barely have any problems out of neighbors and don't have problems with the office either. Great location in terms of campus and restaurants

The rent I pay is somewhat cheaper than other apartments around but these apartments are older. I do like the location and how close it is to places. I have animals in my ceilings I have called about 3 times but the problem is still not resolved.

Everything is clean and working well. Anytime I have an issue it is corrected quickly and respectfully. The pools and tennis courts are well maintained. It is a safe area and surroundings. I would recommend to others.

The staff at Brandywine (especially Whitney and Tina) were more than willing to go above and beyond to resolve any issues. I really enjoyed my time here and I absolutely loved the location. The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving to a different city. Best value and experience in Lexington KY.

I have mostly enjoyed my stay at Brady wine apartments. Although my rents has gone up quite a bit since I have lived here. I do understand the value placed apartment rating system and also the system in which rent rates are annually increased but I also would greatly appreciate it if more emphasis placed on loyal long term renters. In offering appreciation deal for their loyalty and commitment to LeinBach company "Brandywine apartments".

I have lived here two years and getting ready to sign for year three. I feel safe, love the square footage of the one bedroom apartment. I like the entry doors to all apartments vs outdoor steps leading to second story. Very happy here

The office staff is so helpful in anything you need. They made the lease process a breeze. The apartment is nice and the kitchen has modern accommodation. If I were looking for an apartment again I would look no further than Brandywine.

This is a non-smoking community. This is a huge deal for me, with my asthma and breathing issues. It makes the apartment complex feel cleaner. The staff is wonderful. The pools are great! And the people are nice.

We have been living here for more than 2 years and all this time, we just have good things to say about this apartment complex. The grounds are kept clean, the lawns are trimmed, maintenance is quick in responding to service requests. Tina is very friendly and she goes out of her way to answer any questions. We are very happy living here.

Don't know the community because I don't talk to the community. Apartment building has thin walls as well. Also when taking a shower, the hot water gets cold in 10-15 minutes which is not pleasant. Overall, wouldn't recommend people to live here.

So far I love Brandywine! I've been here for a week now and I have no complaints. The moving process was extremely easy thanks to the staff, everyone was polite and made me feel at home my first day. I've had no problems with my apartment and couldn't be happier!

It's been a great experience! The office staff have been wonderful, always very helpful. Our neighbors are great. We love our apartment and the price we pay. It's in a great location, we can walk to Kroger and we are 10-15 min drive from most places we need to go. We've been here for about 3 years and have been very satisfied with our experience.

Make sure you check everything. I've had plenty of problems with the electrical works, neighbors let their dogs go where ever, they don't seem to care about their residence in the fact that I could have gotten electrocuted from the wireing and a bigger fire could have started. The floors aren't well done, or level. The bathrooms have cracks in them, and the curtain rod falls constantly. I have complained, and haven't gotten any compensation for these problems. I noticed these things not even 2 days living here. There isn't any parking when I come home from work because the guests can park where ever, and there isn't anyone even living in the apartment under me and still have to walk a distance to my apartment. Over all not worth the rent price. Lower it and maybe I could put up with it. Or fix everything at least before someone moves in. A friend of mine moved in a few doors down, and the 3rd time she went to open the fridge, the handle came off. It was glue on there with a hot glue gun. And her cabinet handles were coming off. Also should place ceiling lights in the rooms.

My experience here just keeps getting worse and worse. This review could go on forever, so I'm just going to make a few points: - They claim nice units with fresh updates. Not a single thing looks updated. They used the cheapest, ugly materials, and the unit itself is quite unattractive. - It seems decently priced at first, but then you realize what low-quality everything is and that rent is too high. Beyond the pathetic "updates", I'm convinced there is zero insulation. Doesn't hold temperature well, and I can hear EVERYTHING going on outside. I'm talking I can literally hear people's shoes crossing the parking lot. - The units don't have legit water meters. They don't tell you this when going over paperwork, but you get charged for water based on an "estimated" percentage of the community's water usage. So even though I am just one person who is actually very conservative with all resources, by looking at my bill you'd think I had 5 kids and did a million loads of laundry. But, oh no, wait... that's actually my neighbors. - I don't get hot water for more than 10 minutes, then it's ice cold. They pretended to fix the problem by installing a low-flow shower head. Trust me, the water is still cold in no time, but now I get to just stand under a tiny trickle of it. - Even though the lease says tenants are in charge of their own tv/internet, they decided to sign a contract with a company called Suite Solutions. They did not consult residents at all. One day we got emails and flyers saying that this would be happening within the month, and that any other mainstream services would become moot. The switch over was handled terribly and I was without internet for 48 hours. And by force, I now have poor internet service that costs way more for fewer mbps than I'd been getting before with my company of choice. - To top it off, they forced this switch mid-month, so I had to pay for my old service AND this new crap. I could keep going, but you've already read like a champ, if you've gotten this far! So long story short, I hold a very low opinion of this management, and I would highly advise looking elsewhere.

This place is Pleasant and accomodating. The Staff is ready to help. The apartment has practical space and ideally useful. Generally, neighbors are respectful to each other. The neighborhood is compacted with grocery market and shopping center less than 5 minutes away.

Very friendly and helpful office staff. Maintenance staff is very helpful and do what they say in a timely manner. I have no complaints about anything. Hoping to be here for many years to come. I'm so happy to have found this place when I moved here in 2015. I enjoy seeing all the furry critters that live with their family.

Great clean place. Close to work, shopping and I wouldn't choose any other place. Rent is reasonable and affordable. Neighbors are cool no issues. Very great place to live. Will prob be here years to come.
