The apartments are great and really adorable. I love having my own stairs and how parking is ALWAYS available! The location is great for us and so close to work! The staff members are always helpful with my silly questions and easy to reach. And having a pool is awesome.

Just moved in fairly recently and I like it so far. The buildings aren't the newest but the apartment is in good condition, and all of the office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors if they're talking loudly or playing loud music, which can be a pain especially later at night but I've never felt unsafe here. And it is really decently priced, so it's definitely a good value for the price. My only suggestion would be to add W/D hookups to all apartments, as it is kind of a hassle to do laundry without them. Other than that I really like it here!

It's a great location but the qulaity of residents could be improved. What I mean by this? Make sure that people living there aren't loud and obnoxious where you have to warm them constantly about loud music/tv.

Price is affordable yet there are not many amenities outside the apartment in the complex. Terrible Pools and small workout facilities that I only used once because of the lack of equipment. Need to update the exterior of the buildings as well. Looks very old.

Overall the staff is nice, the apartment is priced well for what you receive, and for the most part the community is quiet. I haven't had many problems with the apartment itself, but it would be nice to be able to open the windows and them actually stay open.

The property is very nice and clean. Maintenance is completed promptly. Apartments are a very good value for the size and price. Neighborhood is safe and quiet with a Kroger just around the corner. I have lived on this property in 2 apartments since 2014 or 2015.

Brandy Wine isn't the fanciest place but for the low rents I do appreciate what they offer and the overall feeling of safety due to their screening process. Overall could use some updates but overall I'm happy living here.

The grounds are clean, there are two pools. Free parking. Good first apartment or for students. Staff is nice, rent is relatively cheap. Quiet area, most neighbors mind their business. Overall a nice place to live.

I've teally enjoyed my residency here at Brandywine Apartments. The staff is excellent and very hands on when it comes to helping with anything you need. The community is perfect for all types of personalities wether you are someone who values privacy or enjoys getting involved in the community. Here at Brandywine they have several community get togethers if anyone is ever interested. Overall I've really enjoyed living here, my previous apartment never felt like a home. It always felt as though this was never really MY place. But here at Brandywine it truely feels like I can call this place home.

Safe place to live, Quite, friendly staff make you feel like family, convienent to work ,shopping, restaurants. Kroger down the street is very convenient. Along with shamrock if you want to get a drink and some good pub food.

Went I was looking for a place to live I never thought I was going to be here for no more then a year but I am very happy I love my place is very safe and very close to the grocery store and of course the mall I highly recommend Brandywine apartment

This is a great place to live only problems I have is the parking and washing clothes will cost u a lot in the long run. And if you live up stairs u can hear the people's tv from down stairs but other than that this is a great friendly place to live

The community and apartments are very nice. You are able to hear your neighbors on occasion. The bathtub can only be filled about halfway with hot water before the water turns freezing. The new internet service provider is not good. I had almost no issues with my modem and router when we had spectrum but after the switch to suite solutions, none of my devices will stay connect to wifi for more than a few minutes at a time.

I do not any complaints about this property other than I feel like there could be more security. Office staff is nice and respectful & maintence never disappoints me. The apartment itself is nice for what you you pay for. I love it here!

Very affordable, comfortable apartments in a great area of town! Convenient to shopping, easy access to major roads around town. Office staff is friendly, and maintenance is quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Enjoy the friendly staff and prompt attention to resident needs. I wish there were a recycling compactor and easier access to the garbage shoot because of the heavy door and mess usually around the garbage area is gross.

This apartment is in a good location, although there are many more available apartments down the road from here that are more affordable. The units have nice kitchens, but the bathrooms are a little cramped.

The apartment complex is a in a safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly. And the neighbors are relatively quiet. Maintanence is fantastic. Although the building was built in the 70s, it still feels modern. The amount of rent you pay for the space is also a great deal!

I love living here at Brandywine Apartments! There office staff is always super nice and they know my dog and I by name. Maintenance is always very quick to fix any issues I have, which are few and far between.

I have lived it Brandywine Apartments since 2014 and before that I had lived here in 2013 move to Florida and then came back and didn't even look for another apartment complex Brandywine is a place I wanted to be. The staff is great the grounds are kept up great, and I feel very safe here.

I love the location. no issues other than the parking I mentioned. great facility for the value. its close to my work, shopping and restaurants as well as interstates. I don't go to community functions due to work hours.

Great for the price you pay and staff is great. I never had any problems and when I did, they took care of it. I'm happy and would continue to live here if we didn't require more space and look at buying a home

It is a very quiet well kept area. Very close to shopping and fine dinning. Office staff very helpful and concerned about you. I have enjoyed all of the events planned by the office staff. The food at the events was plentiful and delicious.
