Brandy wine apartments, is located in a beautiful area. Everything is very nice and quiet. My experience with these apartments has remained a good one. I had trouble finding another other apartments like this one.

I looked at this box trying to figure out exactly what to say without seeming like a sugar coater and then it hit me. My experience here can be summed up in 2 words: Peaceful & comforting. The place where I lived before was so loud and stressful; as is my current career. When I first moved into my complex, I was actually nervous about it being so quiet. Once I got over the initial shock of the change in environments, I really learned to savor my experience in this community. It's quiet, calm, safe, friendly, peaceful, and with all of that listed, by proxy, makes it very comforting.

Overall I have had a good experience living in the Brandywine apartments. The staff is always helpful and friendly, as well as the complex is always very well kept. I have never had any problems with living here and would definitely recommend to others.

The cost is efficient compared to the value of the complex. You may hear some noise from your neighbors because of thin walls. Convienent location and no parking issues. Overall, a resident will enjoy their expereince with the Brandywine.

This is the first apartment complex that I have lived in that I had a strong desire to renew my lease. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to any issues no matter what day it is. The staff itself is easy and friendly to communicate with. You can't beat the location or the price.

Brandy whine is a excellent choice to live. The staff are outstanding. If there's any problems in your apartment. The mechanic are on duty. There well trained. And they get the job done. They have a awsume pool and tennis court. Place over all outstanding.

The mateinence and office staff are all great and kind. Everything is always handled promptly and i never have any issues when trying to get into contact with someone. They are also very good about informing residents of any changes or upcoming events or issues.

Brandywine is a nice neighborhood with easy access to the grocery store and gym facilities. It's very quiet and safe. The staff is always professional and responds promptly to any request. Last, but not least it's very nice and clean.

Brandywine is a nice apartment complex that offers lots of space for a cheap price. Location of the apartment complex is a plus especially being right by Kroger and various shops. Parking is also a plus and there are always plenty of spaces.

We have lived here since 2017, and overall love the apartment. Hartland is a great area and we have never had any issues. However the maintenance staff can be a pain to deal with, we still have a few issues not fixed. But overall, it's one of the better and more affordable places to live in Lexington.

Safe neighborhood, quiet with occasional jerk neighbors. Rent however has been climbing but the move-in deals are usually decent. If only we had Long Term Resident Rewards to entice people to stay. Been here 6 years, never know my neighbors for long as they don't stick around.

I love living here. The staff is so positive and willing to help you. My apartment is so clean and all of the appliances work great. The grounds are kept nicely and I feel very safe here. I have good neighbors and it's quiet. Kroger's and other shops are close enough to walk to.

always awful neighbors I love animals even the barking chihuaha that annoys me. Can you improve the community by making trash outside the doors a huge fine! I am sick of seeing the trash problem at the doors and at the trash can

We love Brandywine! We love the location and the convenience of living near everything. We love the price for what we get and our neighbors are all so very kind and friendly towards us! Overall so far a wonderful experience.

BrandyWine Apts are a nice place to live. I've lived here 2 years and have had a very good experience overall. Accept for a few minor fixes inside my apartment nothing major has ever happened since living here. I do like the office staff. They are always very concerned about anything that may be of a concern to me. Also, the maintenance guys are very respectable and polite. Some updating inside the units would be very beneficial. But, again it's nothing major. I always feel pretty safe in and outside of my apartment. The complex is very well lite and we'll kept. I especially like the surrounding community this apt complex is in. We're surrounded by home owners with very nice homes, a park within walking distance and shopping plaza. That's all a plus.

This is the second time I have lived at Brandywine.My experience has been nothing but a positive experience,It is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood.The apartments are at a reasonable rate compared to similar apts.The staff has always been great to work with and have gone above and beyond to make my experience a positive one.

Good experience overall.. I have not had any major issues, and all of my maintenance complaints were taken care of immediately or the next business day. The office staff always express concern and seem to legitimately care.

Brandywine is a great place to live especially if you're looking for a first apartment like I was. The price is amazing, close to school, and Kroger is around the corner. One thing that isn't the best and when my upstairs neighbors come home you can hear them coming up the stairs everytime other than that it is a great apartment!

The apartment is in a good area of town and the grounds are kept clean. Maintenance is generally quick to see to the problems reported, however there is no time given as to when they will arrive. The office staff and maintenance seem very disjointed in how they work together. You can pay rent online, which is convenient.

Overall living here has been a great experience. The office staff is friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Cost is affordable. Pools are great. Pretty calm community. Great location: near grocery, gas, food.

Nice place ,quiet and very elegant for the money!!!I used to live in a one bed room and I upgraded to a two bed room !! I like it the neighbors are great!!!I would love to have more closet space. Over all its a great place to live!!!

I like it here, I dont have pets like most nor do I smoke so I dont really get into any problems. It's just generally a pretty good place. Kroger is really close, along with some resturaunts and gyms, plus a small personal gym. This place has a bit to offer and I use as many of the perks as I can.

The Office staff are always friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and so are the closets! Located close to major shopping, downtown and UK. The grounds and parking lot are always clean and well kept.

Brandywine has become my home. I am a single mom of two kids. Before Brandywine, We moved every year in search of a place to settle down and find some stability. Everything was to expensive or questionable for me and my children. Then I come across Brandywine and it was in perfect the schools are great the apartments are in a great neighborhood I never thought I could afford to live here. I feel safe when my kids play out side they have several police officers that live in the premises. The staff is familiar with us and are always walking the grounds. I have made great friendships with many of my neighbor . Brandywine has been my home for over 3 years and plan to stay for many more years. I am great full to have found a great community to set my roots.
