Most apartments are pretty much the same. However, here at brandywine the people who manage the property are why I stay here. I am treated very well and with respect. The grounds are clean and neat and my unit is homey.

The experience has been very pleasant. The neighbors are nice, the pool is well taken care of, issues are addressed in a timely manner, and everything is up to date. The rent you pay and amount of space you have is good.

Its great, i would recommend anyone to live here. I haven't had any issues at all on the 6 months that ive been at thus apartment. Noise level is low, parking is always available and best of all i get what i pay for!

Brandywine is very friendly and caring about you as a person not just someone who's pays them money. They always ask about my son and how my life is going. When I was late on my rent, they called me to make sure everything was ok and what they could do to help me get it paid.

We love it here. The pools are great. The tennis court in fun. Lots of space to walk the dogs here. There is a great exercise room too that is fun to use. I can go on and on about this place . I been here going on three years thats much I love being here.

Brandywine's amenities and community buildings are very nice for the price. For a single bedroom apartment, the square footage is a good size compared to other places. I did notice the carpet and paint were not the best. The paint was spilled on certain areas and the carpet was stained. There are no lights in the bedroom or the living room and the windows don't offer much sunlight. The community is nice; mostly people keep to themselves. It's close to a grocery store and not very far from Alumni drive or Tates Creek so location is very convenient.

I have really enjoyed living here otherwise I wouldn't have lived here for so long. The staff are really nice and are always there when I need them. They make this apartment feel less of an apartment and more like home. And I would recommend anyone to live here.

My experience has been positive and rewarding. The Brandywine staff are absolutely wonderful, as is my apartment unit. Classy organization, and clean homes. Cannot wait to renew my lease next year in 2018!!

I have been living at Brandywine for over one year and it has been a great experience so far. The community is quiet and my maintenance requests are always answered within 24 hours. In addition, communication between staff and resident is effective. The only downside to the complex is their laundry facilities - the machines are small and outdated.

Great location, feels very safe. Good value for how much you're paying. Staff is very nice and professional. I have lived in 2 apartments at the complex. Only wish there were more windows and that they were better insulated to hold down on electric costs in the summer and winter.

Overall, I've had a great experience. Any issue I've had is handled promptly. The office staff is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to messages and emails. The location of this complex is ideal. It's close to grocery shopping, food, a gym, and has easy access to main roads.

Great apartment! I've has a great experience living here. I have recommended it to lots of friends. I love how convenient it is to the Kroger shopping center and it is very close to the interstate and I use that for work.

Tina and Whitney went above and beyond for me a few years back just to get me in a apartment they explored every avenue possible until finally it all came together . Whitney especially has always been a big help for me around renewal time , not to mention waiting until the last possible minute to try and find me a cheaper monthly rate . I've always felt welcomed with the girls in the office and from my experience's with the whole Brandywine team they do a great job .

Since my stroke I love everything about this place.I don't drive but I get around.I can walk to grocery store get a haircut goodwill store a four places to eat. I can catch a bus to go to everything I want .

Good place, haven't had any problems . Good location lots around you can go to to eat and shop. Place is safe. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Had an issue and they came in just a couple of hours and had it fixed in no time.

I really think the one bedroom apartments are reasonable considering the area. Maintenance is very prompt to response. The only down fall is no washer machine hookups. However, I am very happy to live here.

I have loved living here since my move in day. It is quiet, clean, and safe. The Hartland neighborhood that surrounds the property is beautiful and offers neighborhood Kroger shopping center with nail salon and dining options. The few maintenance requests I have had to submit were promptly addressed and resolved. Management and office staff are also very polite and professional.

The location near The Kroger and the nearby Park are great to are all the basic needs at nearby Kroger and gas station. I love to visit Hartland Park to visit the large Turtles at the pond. And a has a good walking path. Tools are nice to have as well.

Not bad place to live in,, how ever expect a rent increase as soon as your lease end for no reason.. maintenance will do their best if you submit a request early as in before 10 am. Now it's not worth the rent they are asking for..

Not too bad. Lots of room and good facilities, but rent is a little expensive. Community and maintenance are very nice and professional. Very close to shopping and main roads. Pool is awesome, but could be open longer

Nice amenities and space in the apartments, tons of parking spaces. Lots of friendly pet owners around, and is in a pretty secure area. I have lived here for two years now and I am very happy With the quality of living here

I have enjoyed living in the Brandywine location. The complex is clean and well kept. Also the rent is reasonable and management is very friendly. Though we have not been here for long we have had a wonderful experience so far!

They have reliable staff members, the maintenance team is fast and get the job done, the community is nice and quiet, and everything you would need is near by. The only bad things i can say is sometimes people dont pick up after their dogs so you have to watch out.
