I have found this apartment complex to be relatively quiet (there will always be some degree of noise from neighbors) and the grounds and community are well kept and look nice. My apartment itself is nice for the amount I pay for it and overall I would recommend living here. The office staff and maintenance team are both very helpful and professional as well as kind and they have always been quick to resolve any maintenance issues I have had.

Typically apartment community. Thin walls with noisy upstairs neighbors and barking dogs. A good place overall other than parking, which I suppose is subjective to which building you live in. Package pick up is a good added service.

I love the area it's clean and close to about everything the gym and pool are nice to have but there is several things that I do not like noisy neighbors I've called several times without any resolution, towing service always on the lookout for no sticker Parkers So please have your visiting family and friends GO TO VISITORS PARKING. Rent seems to increase every year there hasn't been any upgrades to the apartments so that isn't cool for me. Staff as long as you stay on there good side they seem fine. I guess this is about like this with anywhere. I hate all the noise here it's seems very loud all the time. City life what can I say.

Its a beautiful and calm place to live in. All the staffs are friendly and help out with queries. Its a safe location with park and tennis club at a walkable distance. It would be nice to have more activities in this community as it would help in bonding with neighbors.

Good deal for the price. I'd recommend living here for about a year or two since it's affordable and not the worst complex out there. Decent accomodations for the cost as well. Pet deposits/rent is cheapest around this area

Of the several complexes I've lived at Breckinridge has been the most positive experience by far. The maintenance and office staff are all so friendly and helpful. I love the overall value of living here.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. They explain things well and are prompt to respond. They also follow up always. Maintenance works on orders in a timely fashion. I have a two bedroom and it's plenty of space for my partner, our cat and two-year old

It's ok. It's great for a young couple getting on their feet but the longer I'm here the more issues I have. The unita they showed us when moving in had the newer appliances. The apt. We got has old cheap ones. Like one of the reasons I'm moving. That bad. But it's pretty quite. And I like all the trees and they keep the grounds pretty clean except for right now in fall. Lol

I love this complex, the only problem I have is people dont pick up after their pets in my yard. Other than that, the pool is amazing, the office staff is amazing, and the laundry machines arent as bad as most community laundry machines. Overall, love it!

It is very peaceful and it's a very acceptable amount of quiet around the complex. If I had the ability to pay several months of rent in advance just so I can keep living here, I absolutely would, no question.

Tried to edit my original review but it won't let me. See the review that starts "Don't move here. There's simply not room to full describe the hell of living here."|| They claim we made a maintenance worker uncomfortable - they have never reached out to us by phone or email and no worker ever asked for accommodations. They say it's unacceptable yet their replies to our reviews are literally the only written record we have of this having ever taken place. In one reply they claim we recorded them - untrue, they seem pretty paranoid about people being on their phones in their own home. Here they say we were too close - why didn't the worker ask for my partner to back up and give them some room? They really seem incapable of communicating on any level here. || "Please remember that abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward employees as well as other residents will not be tolerated" - Please explain to us where we were abusive, threatening, or harassing - we have at several times reached out to you by email asking what happened and what you all need to go differently and you ignore it. If you were that concerned with your employees well being, why wouldn't you let us know what specific behaviors you don't want us doing so that we can - you know - not do that. Or is it harassing an employee to want to stay engaged with a repair going on in your home and not read their mind that they would prefer more space? Is it threatening to stand there texting? Is it harassment to point out you didn't review our work order and that you have misled your own employees by telling them incorrect times and nature of work? We'd genuinely love to know. That you don't submit anything specific into written record is telling. You're making ---- up to get rid of a tenant who has been vocal about a maintenance issue and given you bad reviews. || They also have mixed up the order of events and I can't tell if they're blatantly lying or perhaps genuinely this incompetent. My bet is at this point a mix of both. After the threeish weeks it took to get them to actually take a look at our pipes, we did say that we were still having issues but would monitor it and let them know. A few days after that, they emailed saying they had ordered a plumber who would be there in less than 24 hours. We said we needed the legally required 48 hours notice because we work from home and would need to cancel meeting in so that a plumber coming wouldn't disrupt our coworkers. When we told them this THEN they canceled the plumber. We asked when they we could get a plumber in and the *ignored* our email requesting this. They also broke our dishwasher on that repair and it took several more weeks of them not being able to communicate with their own staff to get it fixed. We let the maintenance worker know that it had not fixed the smell and asked what next steps would be taken. We have it in our record that he said he'd have to find a time to look at water usage in the building and investigate further. That was several weeks ago. Per your own policies, you're supposed to confirm with a resident that an issue has been resolved - at no point have we been contacted about this because we would have let you know that no, it's still ongoing. It's still causing us to lose sleep the smell is so bad. If you're tired of getting our reviews about it, maybe take your own maintenance requests more seriously. Maybe don't cancel a plumber when we asked for the proper notice and ignore our follow up emails about it. You made your own problem here. || Per their very weird responses to mask complaints. What I specifically am talking about is that they did not wear masks in the office any time we had to go in and get things. Maybe that is compliant, but it's still not wearing masks in an enclosed space prior to vaccines being available. We've had several people show up without masks and try enter without putting on one which isn't to say some do show up with masks. Just that there were some who did. They do not seem to understand how masks work? I don't get where they're getting the idea that only one person needs to be wearing one. Both people do. Telling us to remove ours is not okay. || ****TL;DR: The staff here will absolutely lie so if you're going to move here do everything in writing. But be aware, they'll punish you for it (as they have us). Again, the best advice I have for folks thinking about this place is one, don't, but two, get a copy of the lease ahead of time. If we had not needed to move in a rush, we would have and it would have been a dead give away for the type of place this is. It has a component directly contradicting state tenant protections they hadn't removed as of May 2021 - the section claiming trying to form a tenant union will get you evicted, which is illegal in KY. It has incredibly broad clauses that basically just serve to bounce anyone who doesn't "comply". They're scum lords, plain and simple. || And to Breckinridge Court, we're still waiting on your documentation on how we've harassed, threatened, or harmed your staff. Cause we've got ours showing you never contacted us about it and informed us only after we provided negative reviews. Interesting that you only came up with that little bit after we had to report you to code enforcement for negligence. Y'all are retaliating. Plain and simple.

My husband was assigned for a year or more in this city of Lexington. When we started looking for where to live, we saw photos of this apartment on two websites and we came there and the attention of the team was very friendly and fast. Since we arrived we loved the whole condo and apartment.

It's a very nice place, all of my neighbors are super friendly and helpful, as well as the office staff. A big plus was the pet fee is reasonable and the rent itself. Also very satisfied that all my appliances work and in good condition!

Interior of apartment is a bit outdated. The amenities like the pool, gym, and grilling area make the complex seem more like a community which is nice. There is plenty of parking and you have a parking pass but no designated spot. The residents have been friendly. It seems like the office doesn't keep up with the community type events like they used to. They offer package holding at the office as a convenience but it can sometimes be more of a hassle. Maintenance staff has always been great both with friendliness and service. They are consistent on the landscaping upkeep. Office staff is generally friendly?
