Good community atmosphere, always orchestrating ways to come together as neighbors with regular games and activities. the landscape is always clean and up to date, being considerate of seasonal changes without disturbing the natural wildlife that also lives on the property,(squirrels/ bunnies).

This community, overall, is very nice. The communal areas are well kept as well as the grounds. I like that they have options for recycling and adequate spaces for outdoor activities. While some of the furnishings of the apartment seem a little outdated, I very much enjoy living in this community.

This property is everything that I needed in an apartment? pet friendly, budget friendly, enough space for a single person and not too small or too big. The many activities and events give you a chance to meet others in the community around you! It's easily the best place that I've lived

It's been overall a fantastic experience. I am always taken aback by the staff and quality of life here at Breckenridge. I have already recommended to several friends to live here and now even my best friend lives with me!

Honestly a great experience so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is thoughtful and timely. My apartment is clean and it's been a quite and comfy place to be so far. Definitely recommend!

The office staff and the managers are excellent. The community is clean and actually smoke free. It's kids friendly and very pet friendly. Everything about it is great but the parking could be better, that's mostly because the people that don't live here don't park in the visitor parking, so they don't leave free parking near our buildings.

I have enjoyed staying with Breckenridge its a nice community that i enjoy being a part of its quiet and peaceful. My only issue is the cost of living here has gone up which makes it very tough for me as a single person who lives alone

Great amenities and great apartment for the value. Office staff has changed, and love the current staff. More community events would be nice. Maintenance is great, always comes very quickly whenever we put in a request.

In the beginning, it was mostly negative. However, when Tina took over as the property manager, things slowly began to improve. And while there are still some unresolved issues, I hope that her positive influence will serve to affect real changes in how Breckinridge Court Apts are managed.

Quiet and not much as far as making friends. The upstairs neighbors have small kids that run late at night. Parking lot lines are not completely drawn and difficult to align parking. A lot of shotty repairs from the previous maintenance group.

The apartment and grounds are clean but the apartment interiors are incredibly outdated and the paint work to cover up flaws is mediocre. I hate carpet. No laundry machines in units and facilities are cheap and love stealing your money. There is only one place for recycling and it's behind the leasing office, thus no one recycles, have to drive there.

Somewhere you can make home. Good parking. No noticeable crime. Cute pets and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Worth a look into. Communication is nice with office staff and maintenance is handled well. I like it here

i really like breckinridge. when i saw the listing online i knew this is where i wanted to live. i love the layout of my apartment and the amenities included. only complaint is guest parking. i wish i could have guest passes instead of having my guests park in the already overcrowded guest lot. also in the winter time or at night it's inconvenient for them to walk so far.

Have lived here almost 3 in half years. Overall the experience has been great. Maintenance concerns taking care of promptly. Only issues i have had is noise from living on main road. Out of apartment property hands. Lots of loud exhaust racing up and down the road. Loud music and sirens all hours of the night.

It's clean and peaceful. Staff is happy to help. Squirrels everywhere, which I'm fine with. They chirp at me in the afternoons. Maintenance has been quick to fix the little problems I had. I've been here a few months and I'm happy.

CONS: Walls are thin resulting in noise from connecting units. Noises from floor above as in crackling squeaking floorboards whenever there is someone walking around. PROS: Staff is friendly and attentive.

I love the apartment complex , staff is awesome a lovley community close to fast food restaurants and a very convenient gas station right next to each other . The apartment are very homey I absolutely recommend them to everybody you will love it

Office and maintenance staff are very friendly. The amenities (pool, gym, garden, etc.) are very nice. The property is very quiet and close to many shopping centers. There is ample parking and everything is well-lit.

Breckinridge Court currently has good management and the grounds look really great. It's quiet and well maintained. Maintenance personnel are very polite and do a good job. I would recommend Breckinridge Court to a friend.

Breckinridge court has been a wonderful place to live. The office staff are great and the community gym and pool are well kept. It's a great location and is close to shopping, food, and nightlife. I have enjoyed the past two years living here!

This apartment community is a very nice place to live. It has a very reasonable rent price and has several different amenities that allows residents to feel comfortable. Some of the amenities include: a pool, community laundry, a fitness building, etc. It is located just off of Tates Creek Road and is close to the New Circle Rd exits.

Overall positive experience but as rent has increased no upgrades have been made, making it hard to continue renewing the lease. "Upgrades" such as the baseboard installation was honestly a waste of time and energy. Maintenence moved all of my things to the center of the room and didn't put them back. the baseboards did not add any sort of aesthetic to the apartment. I could see them being needed if the apartment had hardwood floors, but it does not. It was unnecessary when there are other things that would be more beneficial (like hardwood floors, new window sealing, etc.)
