Quick and friendly maintenance staff. Clean community, good amenities are offered. Community is very dog friendly. Community is centrally located and is very quiet, even on the weekends. The office staff is friendly and responds to concerns quickly.

The leasing office staff is incredibly helpful and kind, this is my first apartment and they helped walk me through a lot of the process, the apartment itself is great for a first one and the community is really gorgeous.

Breckinridge is a very beautiful community with an awesome staff. Very quiet usually and always well maintained. Staff is quick to address any issues in a timely and polite manner. Would highly recommend.

Nice quiet community. We hardly ever hear our neighbors the apartments are close to everything. Maintenance staff is very responsive no matter what time of the day or night. Office staff is wonderful too.

The apartment management is very friendly and extremely helpful. The area is very well kept and I feel very safe living here. The community is friendly and very pet friendly. All issues are fixed very quickly and the maintenence will work with you if anything comes up that prevents them from working. Everything about these apartments is easy, thanks to the entire staff. We love it here

They were willing to work with me for times to tour. It was such an easy process and they were not pushy like others have been. I liked the addition of amenities. This is the perfect location to lots of things within Lexington.

While this complex isn't new or fancy, it used to be a good value for the money. Lately, however, the rising rent is very quickly outpacing the quality. Vinyl and carpet with 10+ year old appliances isn't worth $850 per month for a 1 bedroom.

I love it!! I like the way the property in very well lit up at night. It is safe. The whole staff are wonderful, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They keep the grounds and laundry room very clean.

The staff is very helpful and sweet! We were moved in quickly and love our new home! We plan on staying as long as possible. Our place was very clean! Would recommend for anyone looking to find a home.

This community so far has been a great experience. Management has been super friendly to work with. The apartment community has been friendly and quiet. The neighborhood is well kept and clean. I love that there are local restaurants and stores nearby as well.

Beautiful setting! So many amenities I personally love the gym here! The pool is also great! I love the fact that the complex is so animal friendly as well for our fur baby! I would definitely recommend living here to family and friends!

It's been good. I wish there was more in the complex itself. The gym could use some work. Some of the machines and equipment don't work, plus the door doesn't even lock. Also what's replacing the tennis court?

Overall fine. Could use some updated appliances and windows. My utilities are higher here than larger units I've had somewhere else. The complex is in good shape though and the staff is always nice. Relatively safe area

This is a great and economical place to live i. Lexington. It is safe and conveniently located. There aren't any significant maintenance issues for the time of my stay. The people at the office are friendly

Very personable staff, both management/leasing and maintenance team. I've lived here for a couple of years now and have lived every day of it. Pool is a great amenity during the summer but the gym is a year round treat. Great job with ground works and parking arrangements. Quick to respond to requests/concerns. Great smoke-free enforced rules.

It's exactly what we needed. The apartment was clean at move-in and very cozy. Love the building arrangement and visitor parking location and availability. We can't wait to sit on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful grounds.

I have only been living here for a few days, so far everything is going very well, I really like my study, it suits my needs. Everything is in good condition and very important without cockroaches hahaha. It is a very quiet and cozy place. At the office the attention was excellent and I especially want to thank Tina very much for her help and patience since I speak almost no English. Congratulations and I hope you continue like this.

Make sure that when residents enter the apartments, the management guarantees a clean apartment or townhouse ?, and that the lack of cleanliness of the previous residents has been completely removed. In my particular case, it took me over a month to clean someone else's filth. It was extremely humiliating. Eventual repairs should be taken care of prior to leasing any unit (e.g., dirty bathtubs, broken window frames, dirty kitchen cabinets, extremely dirty carpeting, closets that don't close properly, heating system, broken blinds of the balcony doors, etc.

A very nice well kept community that I would recommend to friends. Has an outdoor pool, tennis courts, weight room, and an outdoor garden. Close to schools, shopping center, mall, restaurants and is on the bus line. Conveniently located to get places easily.

It's a great community the pool is awesome the garden and tennis court were cool the only thing would be I wished there was a gated dog park instead of just a open valley that they say is the dog park.

There were two separate maintenance issues, each requiring Maint Dept attention. Those staff members were quick to respond, courteous, and professional. And I say the same concerning the Management office, as well.

Overall, Breckinridge Court is a friendly and welcoming place to live! This has been my first truly favorite place to rent from compared to other places that I have lived at. And the management works hard daily to maintain and improve this place. I love it here!

My only suggestion would be investing on the interior of the apartment. Curb appeal is important, but the interior of the home is what will keep residents. The apartment paint, closets, and interior overall are outdated. The interior of the apartments need to be more modern. Overall, Breckinridge Court is an awesome place to live and is very festive, just needs some sprucing up on the inside.
