This is the best place I have ever lived in Lexington the staff is so friendly and the maintenance do a great job I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely renew my lease I love this place

When an issue arises, management and maintenance have always been quick to respond, and they do a good job. Most people keep to themselves in this community but are willing to help if asked. Overall, I like living here.

Fireplace, large size, out of date appliances or none available, broken washer dryers, nice storage space, balcony. There are some working equipment in the gym. Most are a bit dated or falling apart. They make strange sounds when used. I do not use the gym anymore.

Breckenridge Court staff are friendly and responsive to needs. It is a safe, clean, and well maintained place to live. It is in a quiet and yet central location, especially for those that need access to UK or Baptist Health. A good value and a hidden gem.

It is in a great part of town. My dog loves it in my apartment and having a safe place to walk her. All appliances besides washer and dryer are included which is nice for my first apartment. I would recommend it to anyone that likes the location or anything else that is included when renting from this complex.

I have been here for quite some time and am very satisfied. The staff have informative and helpful. The property Is well maintained. I am limited in my use of steps, so when I get a package in the office, they have brought them down to me.

This has been a good place to live for the past several years. It is a good location with good amenities like the pool in the summer. The community is very pet friendly and the neighbors are nice. The office staff are very friendly and the maintenance workers do a great job.

So far my experience at this location has been nice. I really like the location of the apartment because it is so close to lots of great restaurants along with a nice park. While I do think rent is a little high and the apartment could use a renovation, overall I have liked my experience so far

The apartments are a good value and are located in a nice neighborhood. There are several amenities on site that are well maintained. Overall, my experience living at Breckinridge Court has been positive.

We love living here. The community is typically safe. Neighbors are quiet and kind! The only improvement that I would like to see is cameras around the community. Sometimes there have been a few sketchy things, but for the most part it really is safe. I feel like it is the cheapest rent in the area and the apartments are great. We had an issue with bugs at one point, but they were very quick to assist us with this and they went away!

It is a good location, it's close to almost everything. Although, they are outdated. The appliances, cabinets, etc. I also wish hardwood flooring was an option opposed to only carpet. We've had minor issues with neighbors

It has been an overall good experience, way better than my last apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to a single renter. Relatively quiet, clean and the staff are very respectful and helpful.

Very confortable , nice place, very quiet, the neighbors are nice persons, the gym is nice, the laundry clean. The pool is excellent and the grill zone are in a good place?the enter of the condominium are beautiful and the manager is a good person, i love this place

The apt complex has sidewalks and many areas of dog walks and disposals. The added porches allows for views of trees and wildlife. The apt itself has more than enough storage and is pet friendly and no apt is connected by the sides only above and beneath. Parking is not crowed and for most part there is personal privacy.

We moved in when I was very pregnant and have been so blessed by the kindness and warmth the staff has provided. They've gone above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. We're happy our family is expanding but sad that we have to leave. If i could hire this staff to be my personal home staff i would. ?? 10/10

THE RENTAL PROCESS WAS KIND OF LONG BE CAUSE AM RENT CO. HAVE A WRONG INFORMATION IN MY CREDIT RECORD, I LOST THE FIRST APT. We are new to the apartment complex but are satisfied so far. The staff seem attentive and the complex is well maintained. We had an air conditioning issue upon move in, however, the maintenance team was able to install a brand new unit and the air is working great.

The staff were so kind and very helpful with the whole process (touring, applying, signing). The apartment itself was in decent shape, some aspects seem pretty old and in need of replacement soon like the windows and sliding door. Some appliances didn't work and there were some issues with cleanliness on moving in, but the maintenance responded quickly.

so far this place has been amazing! much bigger than my last place plus it feels like a home. the staff were very helpful through the whole process, answering any questions i might have had before move in day! i had just some small cleaning issues but was taken care of quickly and professionally. the area is quiet for the most part even though it's next to a busy street and neighbors are very respectful of noise and when quiet hours are!

Fantastic community! Very easy move in and convenient location. Friendly staff that was extremely helpful during my move in. Great part of Lexington with plenty to do in the area. Walk friendly. Very nice amenities.

Great experience. My husband and I just got married and moved into our first apartment together. I'm glad it's here and my dog loves the area. It's quiet and I feel completely safe. I love that we are 2 blocks from a nice park. And about 10 minutes for any needed location.

I've been living in the Breckenridge community for about a week now. From what I've experienced so far, the leasing office staff are always kind and willing to help with any questions or issues. The location is perfect. Everything is 5 or 10 minutes away. The gym facility is bigger than any I've ever had. The equipment is quality and it's never crowded. The pool is also never crowded or too noisy. The apartment itself is clean and the other occupants quiet. The only negative is that the onsite laundry room isn't very clean or well kept. This could be because so many units have their own laundry hookups. Otherwise, I highly recommend Breckenridge to anyone looking for affordable, quality apartments.

We've enjoyed living here. Staff are friendly and quick to respond to problems. I have made use of the tennis courts recently as well. I never have to worry about my packaged being stolen or mail not arriving, which is always a plus.

A great place right in the center of the Tates Creek area. Pets are allowed, it's a pretty quiet neighborhood overall, very clean areas and lots of vegetation and flowers around the campus. No smoking is a bummer, but it keeps my habit at bay at least!

I like living here. It is within walking distance of the library and a few restaurants. It is close to a bus stop. Any problems that I have had were quickly dealt with. Everyone I have communicated with were nice and helpful.
