My stay here has been largely uneventful. However, my last lease saw almost a 16% increase. I was told the reason had to do with higher property values. Being that the property values are in a slight decline, I expect, or rather hope, that management does the right thing by pricing accordingly.

The staff was amazing to work with. The property is very clean and quiet. There are security measures in every apartment. Maintenance was very quick about resolving my issue. Overall a great experience so far.

Outdated interiors with carpeted floors unfortunately. We knew this coming in but it was a bit more disappointing when we went through and combed over the apartment with detail. The cabinets are a bit atrocious. They seem to be very old and should have been retired a while back. They have Velcro as door stops. Everything is beige with no baseboards in the hallway. Overall old. These are the compromises you have to make to get a decently priced apartment I guess.

Had a wonderful experience with the leasing office, they gave us all the information we needed to lease as we ran in right before they closed. They gave us a reasonable quote and a floor plan sheet of the exact unit. They also sent us virtual tours of each apartment we were considering.

So far my experience has been satisfactory. We hope it continues like this during this year of leasing. The apartments are very nice and cozy The condominium is quiet and clean, the office staff is attentive and good people, and the most beautiful thing is that you can have your puppies.

The office staff are really nice, and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues that arise. The community it clean, I've not had any issues with neighbors or any issues with property being vandalized. I will say, the apartments are very pricey considering the space you get. At least for a one bedroom. There's not really space to have an actual living room. When I moved in, it appeared that an animal had clawed at the door trim and it was just painted over. Along with a few other things that could have been taken care of/repaired considering a one bedroom is a little over $900. They do allow animals, and the community is 100% non smoking. You can't even smoke on your balcony or in the parking lot which I find strange considering the price that you pay. (Totally understandable why you cannot smoke inside of the apartment) Another thing to consider is half of the apartment complex loses power during storms quite often, in one circumstance it was for 6 days. Not the apartment complexes fault at all, but it does happen in this area. In my personal opinion, there are places you could rent that are at least bigger in space for the price you pay for one of these apartments.

The move in process was pleasantly easy in my opinion. The overall quality of the apartment is reasonable for the rate. The amenities are quite lovely, with a great gym and beautiful pool. Everything is nice about it.

The apartments are nice considering their age. They're convenient to different things such as shopping, both retail and grocery. As well as restaurants and has good access to get around. Our apartment had a patio, large floor plan and upfront parking. Keep in mind, the apartments & the buildings have age to them. The exterior was been updated as well. This does absolutely nothing for the interior fixtures and flooring, etc. Expect the rent to increase, but don't expect the upgrades to go along with it.

The staff was very helpful with the whole apartment finding process and move-in process. My family and I chose this apartment due to the cleanliness, close proximity to parks and restaurants. This is a family friendly location and offers a lot of opportunities for children to Newgate in activities.

This complex is pretty good to live in. The buildings are slightly older and lower tech than more expensive apartments, but any maintenance is handled quickly. Slight noise problems if you live directly off of Redding, but a pretty peaceful place to live.
