Find somewhere else to rent. Prospective tenants have considerably better options with management companies that are honest, professional, and responsive. One especially strong indicator of how poorly this company is managed is that the property management has been reported to the Lexington Fair Housing Council for discriminatory practices on more than one occasion and was compelled to cooperate to remedy their violations under threat of legal action. Additionally, both the office and maintenance staff have high turnover and service is truly substandard in both arenas - only the manager has been here longer term (it's easy to figure out why there is high turnover?). The units themselves are okay, but be aware that the amenities are super-basic low-end (builder's low-grade carpet that looks terrible with only a modest amount of use; cheap peel-and-stick linoleum tiles?) and the whole complex is really showing its age ?upkeep is mediocre.

It's a very quiet community and I like it here. The apartment is nice and the rate of rent is decent. The staff members are always friendly and Maintenance is always on time and quick with anything problems

The worst apartment I have ever rented and the building needs serious repair. I do not recommend renting here. The only good thing is the complex allows pets. The fact that I have to type 200 characters to get this message submitted is annoying.

Breckinridge Court offers conveniently located comfortable housing for young professionals, families, and students. Several grocery store options are within a five minute drive. Kirklevinton Park is a beautiful natural space within walking distance. Plus the grounds are well maintained with a super helpful maintenance staff on call. Highly recommended!

It's been perfect. Never had issues with heat like I did at my last place. It's close to work. Well maintained. It's not very expensive but it still offers really nice units. I'm extremely happy with this complex.

I've lived here for a few months. In that time my car was broken into. We've had maintenance here multiple times all within the first month. They would say something is fixed but it wasn't. There's not enough room to park. The apartment itself is dated.

It's been a good experience overall, however there are other places that are cheaper, or around the same cost as here that seem to have better and larger spaces. This place is starting to get pricey and unaffordable

I really enjoy living here. I feel that my rent price is fair and the community is clean and safe. The apartment has a gym, pool, tennis court, vegetable garden and cookout area with grills that are all well kept. As a student, I love that it is close to campus and affordable without sacrificing safety or comfort.

The apartment complex itself is average. Nothing super special for the price you pay. The worst part is that the only internet provider allowed is Suite Solutions. It's a horrible company and you will constantly have internet issues with very little guarantee for a fix.

These apartments are reasonably priced. I looked on line at a variety of apartments and these were within what I was comfortable paying for. I am near a park and a branch of the library. Other amenities are located close by such as grocery, pharmacies and restaurants.

I've had a great experience at Breckinridge Court. I've lived here for over a year and haven't had any issues. The maintenance staff is professional and quick and the office staff is friendly and helpful. The property is kept up nicely and I love that it's pet friendly. My unit could use some updating but is overall clean and everything I need. It's affordable to live here for the area as well. The only things that would cause me to not renew my lease again is a price increase.

My experience here had been great so far! The rent is at a nice price, my neighbors are quite, and the area is nice. The area is a nice place to live. The office staff is nice and has resolved any problems that I have brought to their attention.

The price is good for the complex and the maintenance was great in the past and so was the office staff. Now the manager seems to be the only one that knows anything and the maintenance is not very communicative nor do they seem to want to fix small problems now that will be problem in the future.

Nice community, decent apartments, office staff are easy to get ahold of, and usually nice. I do hate that there is no dog park. And apartments definitely need an upgrade, especially if they are gonna charge 810$ for a 475 square foot apartment.

The biggest turn off to these apartments are that you have to go through the internet provider that they have a contract with. The rent prices are high but normal for that area. I have not had too many issues with living here and feel it is a relatively safe neighborhood.

I called for info and came in to see the apt. Loved it and started the paper work. . They worked hard to get all info and to get me approved. I was so happy when I was called and told I was approved. These girls are very efficient and sweet. Thank you

I think Breckinridge Court is a great complex to live in. I really like my apartment layout itself and feel that I have plenty of space. I also think the additional amenities and services are very nice. The maintenance staff is always quick to take care of any problems you have as well!

I like the apartment complex that I am in, everyone living there is really nice and friendly. Just watch out for doing your laundry late at night people may like to steal clothes. Other then that it's a good place to live at.

Not perfect, but surely not the worst apartment complex. The manager was very flexible regarding me resigning my lease and not gouging my rent price, but I still believe you are not getting exactly what you pay for here. I'm just holding out until I can find a more permanent home.

Breckinridge Apartments are very nice, and the community is very caring, respectful people. I couldn't be anymore blessed to be able to be apart of the community. I would most certainly consider getting an apartment with Breckinridge. They're so spacious, and beautiful.

I've just moved in, but at this point that apartment complex seems well kept and quiet. The complex is located close to my place of employment and that was a big factor in my decision. Overall I am happy with my decision.
