Everyone is very nice and accommodating. It is Great place to make a home, and the staff was very informative and friendly. Beautiful place to live inside and out. The move in process went very smooth as well

So far, my experience has been great here! I did have some issues with the address change at first, but the staff worked with me until the problem was fixed. The staff was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. The apartment was clean and had no bad orders when I arrived - very pleased with that. I am close to the main road however; so I do get a lot of engine noise. I love this area of town and I love the view from my 3rd story balcony.

An OK property. A little pricey for what you get. Most staff members seem friendly. Sometimes it can take a little while to get a response for an issue you may have. Fairly quiet, most people keep to themselves.

It is a very nice and quiet community. There are not a lot of parties that go on, like college parties, but if there are I cannot hear them at all and I love that. There is ample parking near my apartment for myself and my guests. Staff are very nice and would definitely recommend living here to a friend.

Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Work orders are always completed quickly and effectively. They obviously take pride in the appearance of the property as well, because it's always clean and well-kept. And most importantly, in my opinion, there are no bug problems that I've experienced.

I'm pretty much satisfied with my apartment. There was just one breaking in once happened which was weird for us living on a second floor and locked door in the middle of the day. Other than that everything was fine. We really like the community. The staff are nice people and easy to communicate.

I have lived here for 2.5 years and it is by far the best quality for rent, the office/maintenance staff is great, and the community is friendly. There is a nice park nearby and is really close to the major shopping areas in Lexington. I would not live at any other property!

The staff here takes its time to get to know you personally. They maintenance crew are available, and follow up with any concerns in a very timely manner. The manager takes every step she can to ensure happiness, and the safety of the people living here. It's been one of my favorite places to live.

Great apartment, but one minor situation with Heather the office staff is making me question whether I will be renewing my lease. Good communication and respect goes a long way. Remember that some tenants don't have to live here, some of us choose to. And if I feel that I'm not welcomed somewhere or a minor issue that could've been easily resolved was blown way out of proportion I will spend my money elsewhere. Also, had the office manager reached out to me or had spoken to me when I came down to the office things may have gone totally different. Yes I was frustrated because the situation wasn't a major one and could have been resolved easily. Even after that the office manager didn't reach out which says a lot unfortunately.

Had a terrible leak at the first apartment I moved into but after the staff realized that there was no fixing it unless we moved out they offered us a better apartment at the same price and paid for all of our stuff to be moved

The office staff are polite, efficient, and nice to work with. I called about the weather stripping on the outside of the window coming loose and it was fixed the next day. Unfortunately the tenants above and below me are noisy, vindictive, and/or crazy and driving me up the wall. Since nothing can be done about them, I'm going to have to put up with them until my lease is up.

Some improvements have been made over stay. Can't say what most apartments are like, since we live in townhome. Townhomes are quiet and secluded from the rest of the property. The water is bad though and rusts everything.

Breckenridge court is a beautiful community. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my move in needs. The apartment itself was nice and clean upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

I like living here it has a nice atmosphere and beautiful grounds! Well keep up on everything! I like the staff they are very helpful and friendly! I would be interested in a job to help with cleaning the empty apartments if needed! Thank you for all the hard work to keep the place running in a well lived area !

Overall, the community is good. Prices are great for the size and quality of the apartments, but they slap fees on you and utility costs are high, so it's a wash. WiFi can only be purchased through their provider, which is expensive for the quality which is tolerable. Good place for pets! They give us cute little gifts for our cat sometimes

Very good experience . Friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood. Studio perfect size for needs. Love there are washer and dryer hookups in units. Looking forward to using the pool this summer. Only complaint is interior could be updated

Wonderful place to live. Have been here for a little over 2 years and so far it's been pretty great. Little issues if any and the staff and management are pretty open and quick to get back to you. Would recommend.

This is a great location with great management. They offer recycling services, which is a huge dealbreaker for me. The staff is friendly and they respond to concerns in a timely manner. I have not had any issues living here.

I've been living here for almost seven months now and the place is pretty cool. All of the residents seem nice and the staff if extremely friendly. They also throw Margarita parties by the pool on occasion, so if that doesnt persuade you, I don't know what will.
