Overall a satisfactory experience. Great location. Very good amenities and friendly staff. Very close to new circle for commute. Walking distance from park. Close to restaurants and gas station. Very peaceful over all.

This has been a great place to live. Fantastic experience so far. I would recommend this place to anyone. Is is clean and well kept. It feels safe. The apartment size is perfect for me. The grounds are well kept and pricing is fair.

We haven't lived here very long but it appears to be pretty good so far. It is away from the road and is pretty quiet. We can hear the neighbor above us walking around a lot. We aren't used to that. Other than that it's nice.

So far I have really enjoyed living here. It's in a convenient location so I never have to go far when I need groceries or something. It's also quiet and peaceful, I'm originally from a very rural area so I thought moving to the city was going to be noisy and annoying but it's not like that not here.

The apartment staff at Breckinridge Court were extremely helpful and friendly upon my move-in date. They also have been proactive about fixing any maintenance issues that I experienced, which were minimal at the time.

Breckinridge Court is a wonderful place to live! Office staff and maintenance crew are all fantastic! The neighborhood is great too: close to Kirklevington Park, library, bus, restaurants and stores--very convenient!

The office staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting me in finding my new apartment. It was the first time living on my own but they were very helpful in helping to describe the process to me and ensuring I had everything needed to start this new journey!

Breckinridge Apartments are the place to live! I feel so safe and secure in this community. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help with any kind of problem, question, or concern you may have. Their promptness and eagerness to help is what has made this community a fantastic place to live.

Nice, BUT Very Expensive for 3-4 month period. Then staying another 3-4 month. EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE!!!!!!! Grounds upkeep good be better. Walking my dog I have hit my head with low hanging tree branches in three different locations.

I love this apartment complex. The staff is so friendly, the apartments are great and in an awesome area! Maintenance is always on time to fix whatever needs fixing. I also love how friendly the other residents are. 10/10 would recommend.

I love the apartments but the only thing I wish is that they were updated. And updated as in new kitchen completely and newer bathtubs. I also wish the apartment was more soundproof. At night when I'm trying to sleep, if my neighbor comes home, it's so loud that it feels like they're actually coming through my door

I have just moved in! So far so good! The first day I came in, Aaron showed me around the complex and the unit that was available. And then went on to briefly explain how the process of getting approved works and the requirements. I couldn't be any more happier. The management staff were professional and took care of their part. Everyone I spoke to were very nice and friendly people which I really appreciate. Overall I have nothing to complain about. I wanna thank everyone!!! God bless!

Overall, Breckenridge Apartments has been a great place to live. I only had one major issue once I moved into my place (the windows leaking), and it took about two months to get it fixed. But the staff has overall been friendly and been able to answer any questions I have. In addition, the rent is the best deal I saw for a studio (which actually functions as a one-bedroom). I would recommend Breckenridge.

I just like the neighborhood itself her in the city of Lexington. Its walking distance from the Kirklevington park and is less busy compared to some of the areas in the city. The fitness center is okay as well.

The move in process was very straight forward. All the staff were helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed. It was great because I had to work with more than one person and they all were great. So far, I would choose them again.

The leasing experience was easy and efficient. The leasing office staff were an amazing help through the entire process and made things simple and easy. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the apartment was move in ready.

The biggest apartment cheats in the Lexington Area. I happily stayed in this place for about 1 year and really liked it. The normal amenities were present such as gym and pool and the location was closeby to fayette mall. The scam begins when the Lease end date is reached. They pointed out that I did not submit a 60 day notice period even though the Lease had ended and I did not approach them to renew the lease. I was forced to pay extra 2 months of rent without staying there and it was jacked up to $1100 from $870 per month. In addition to that, they charged me additional $7 per day for 60 days in electricity charges. Absolutely terrible customer care. Please stay away from this cheaters, do not commit my same mistake.

The community is awesome. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Management does a great job taking care of any problems or questions we may have. We had a couple problems we had asked to be fixed and they are currently working to resolve them all.

Everyone seems to very nice. It feels like a very safe community. Not a lot of traffic comes threw and there is plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend to friends to move here according to what I have experienced so far.

The maintenance staff is the best. They are so nice and helpful... and the crew in general (main office) is very nicely and you can contact them six days a week... also, the best, they are pet friendly!

Pros: The price of the apartments are pretty good. Dog And cat friendly. A Park in walking distances. Food selections are available all around. Cons: Parking spaces are scarce in some locations. Recently the surrounding neighborhoods have had crime problems. The gym needs a good updating.

Great community to live in. Mostly friendly, only had one issue with someone living above us snooping in my car. Pet deposit is pretty high, especially for having cats, but we did appreciate only having a $100 deposit instead of a full months rent upfront.

This apartment is very good, located in peaceful neighborhood. Overall is pretty impressive. Additionally, staff are attentive and helpful. The room is spacious for me and my fiance. Also, this apartment is a pet friendly one.
