Nice place to live. Apartment buildings need work. Friendly staff. Rude neighbors. Issue with towing cars when they belong on the property. Pool needs work. Community events are fun. The smoking rule needs to apply to EVERYONE and not just certain people.

No problems to report. This is a good location for me. I found the apartment on The office worked with me to let me move in several days before the assigned move in date. The office has communicated with me about work requests, I need to make space in the apartment for someone to move around.

This has to be the worst apartments in Lexington ky. I've had water damage due to leaks my tiles has come up as well. It's took 3 different maintenance workers to attempt the fixing the leaks. Horrible people in the office I have plenty of pics that I could show you but it won't let me then on here please I'm begging you DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE!!!

Good for the first week. Location is good for shopping. Neighbors are friendly and they don't make noise. Wide area to walk my dog. The apartment itself is also nice. New carpet and upgraded flooring look great to me.

It is a nice neighborhood and a reasonable price. The apartment wasn't very clean when I moved in and it took a few calls to get some repairs made. There was some miscommunication among the staff with my move in and I had to stay on top of the paperwork and call with follow ups. They are always polite.

Our daughter really enjoys her new apartment. It seems like a safe community which really helps us be at ease. It has a pool, fitness center,tennis court,laundry on site, dog park. We are impressed with how well kept the outside and landscaping is.

The staff is great. My two main complaints are with a mouse issue and the parking. We have had maintenance and critter control come to our apartment multiple times to repair the area where they determined the mice were coming in. Each time we think it has been resolved, the mice are back and terrorizing our kitchen. Also, we often have cars parking at our complex that do not have resident parking stickers on them. This results in us having to park 2 buildings down from our complex when we come home from work. This is an issue. We should be able to park at our own building. This needs to be monitored more closely and action needs to be taken.

DO NOT LIVE THERE. I AM WARNING YOU. They did the worst thing they could do to us. They showed us pictures of an apartment and then ON OUR MOVING IN DAY when we got the key and saw the apartment, we realized this is not the one they showed us. We rushed to the office for help but they were very rude and basically told us this is what it is. The manager told us either to take the apartment or leave the keys. They handled this situation in a way "they don't even care if you stay or leave" while this we were definitely right and this was definitely their fault. None of them accepted what they did to us. The agent was so confident that the manager has her back that she did not even bother to calm us down or something. I was moving from a furnished apartment to their community and I bought many pieces of furniture for my new place. Now all my stuff is packed, I have electricity, internet and home insurance lined up for them, I reserved a UHaul and paid for that and WORST of all, I gave a leave notice to my previous landlord so I have to move out while I do not have any place. They are AWFUL and TERRIBLE both in MANAGEMENT and simply being ALTRUISM.

The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It's like living in a park! We love our ground floor, 2 bedroom/1bath, and the patio is a great bonus. The fitness center is basic but functional, and the pool is delightful with a large deck offering shade or full sun. The staff are friendly, responsive, and professional. I can recommend Breckinridge without reservation.

The walls are extremely thin, I can hear my neighbors open and shut their doors sometimes. The apartments are nice; however, when we moved in the carpet was dirty (stains and pet hair), there were nail holes in the wall and windows, and the electric outlets were loose (as in our plugs fall out). The facilities are nice, the garden is cute, and the pool is refreshing!

Kind of expensive for what you receive. We're in a one bath two bedroom apartment and rent is about 25% more of what we've paid for two bedroom two bath townhome. The only reason we moved was because this apartment was closer to our jobs.

Great value, good location, maintenance is very responsive, you can pay rent online and submit maintenance requests online, office has Saturday hours, grounds are upkept nicely. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

My wife and I enjoyed the time we stayed at Breckinridge Court. The location is excellent for our lifestyle and the maintenance team is very responsive. I like the automatic lighting in the stairways at night.

This has been a fantastic place to live. As a college student, I appreciate how nice my apartment is without breaking my budget. Also, the short drive to campus and recreational activities is very convenient.

Decent living for the price. Never have had any trouble with parking. Maintenance tends to be slow and might need a follow up call to get things done but eventually they will. It is an older building so there have been some structural things like the stairs being repaired and thin floors/ceilings that have come up.

Not a good experience. I got bed bugs and yes it's my responsibility but for a staff member to call me a liar to my face. Also my sister in law was robbed here and staff wouldn't help her. Maintenance locked my dog in a bedroom for hours and he is harmless with sever anxiety!!!!

The staff is super friendly and have been very quick on fixing any issues that have occurred. I switched from one apartment to the other and the transition went completely flawless and quickly. It's a great complex I think and close to everything I need.

I have lived here for a very brief amount of time, and I am thoroughly impressed with the complex and the staff thus far. They are warm and welcoming, and the apartment homes are absolutely adorable! I am excited to be living here at the community this year!

Management is extremely rude and completely unreasonable. Specifically, Amanda, the manager. Please read comments I've already written regarding management and the ineptitude and the type of low life tenants that are valued over hard working people in healthcare.

The staff (both office staff and maintenance staff) are exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to any requests you may have. The community is also located in a very pleasant neighborhood with plenty of walking distance places to eat or buy essentials.

Not too shabby for the price. Amanda is a great manager and always prompt when answering emails. The maintenance staff is so-so sometimes it takes them time to get back to you. Love that they're pet friendly here!

I love how friendly the staff are, and how pet friendly the community is! They regularly leave my dog treats and know her name! The staff notify me when there are packages in the office, and the service/maintenance is great!
