The experience here can waffle greatly. One month management is engaged but the next might be the opposite and couldn't care less about your issues. I can't speak toward apartment situation as we are in a townhouse.

The office staff is phenomenal. it's the best move-in experience I ever had. The apartment is clean and great. I chose an un- updated model (no granite in the kitchen) and it's still great and clean. My last apt was updated to the hilt, but it was honestly the worst placed I ever lived. No maintenance and the office staff was sleazy. It's just the opposite here. Things are truly fixed (not just with a quick, cheap band-aid) and it's a great neighborhood.

Our experience has been great since moving in May 2018. We've had no trouble with neighbors, noise, cleanliness or for maintenance. Recently, our sink was stopped up and a gentleman came to fix it just an hour after I put the work order in online and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Great service from him and everyone here.

I'm still very new to the community. I have enjoyed my experience thus far, my neighbors are friendly and I like how quiet the area is. The apartment has good storage and the neighbor sounds are a minimum.

Apartment is older, not in the greatest shape. Lack certain amenities such as a club house or play area for children. Security is lacking. Not the most efficient at repairs. Sad that this is the best value for space in Lexington.

This is such a happy community. Everyone is friendly, and caring. And all the employees are so helpful and kind. They really want the best for all their residents. There areas many fun events too! I swear it feels like the sun shines more often here.

The office staff, especially the manager, are very approachable and easy to work with. I just wish that cabinets and bathrooms were updated. I moved in an "updated" unit and the only updates are the flooring and appliances.

So far we've lived here a week and we are over all pretty satisfied. The office staff is extremely friendly and it feels as though they care about whatever you may bring up to them. The maintenance team could use a little work but they seem okay. The unit itself is older but it meets all of our needs and the price is great.

The place worth the money you pay. I personally like the natural light in our apartment and spacious bedrooms. The maintenance team is amazing and really quick. There are also regular community events that are really fun to attend.

I have had issues with maintenance with there little knowledge and care for what they are doing. I have had nasty patch work done on one repair and it took them three months to even finish it up and paint it, also they cut more holes in my ceiling and it's been almost four months since they have done that and they still haven't even patched and painted that. They even put holes in my kitchen wall when they put in the new refrigerator. There are constant theft and break ins here, I've had my car broken into twice, truck once as well as my apartment. Where my fire arm was stolen. I've seen possible drug deals go on outside in car parked cars and so on. I will be moving ASAP. Tired of all the BS.

I love living here, I just wish rent would stop increasing so much. They told me $10-15 a year is normal, but it's been double that the last two years. I started at $605 and after two leases I am at $665. The staff is great and super friendly, but maintenance is a bit slow. It took 3 months for them to fix my broken AC.

I love that the complex is situated close to shopping areas and to the University of Kentucky. The office staff are nice and helpful in addressing the maintenance requests. The only major issue that I encountered living here was the noise. The walls are very thin and one can hear everything that happens in the adjacent apartments.

The staff at Breckinridge courts is very friendly and remember their tenets. When selecting an apartment to rent they were very friendly and worked with me on move in times and move in specials. Looking for a place that is close to work and popular areas is a must.

I love this apartment. It is a great value, reliable and clean. I have not had any issues with bugs, and any normal maintenance is fixed in a very timely manner. The office management is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

I was located near the roadway and the loud dumpster on trash days so I heard every bit of both. Landscaping could use work but the maintenance team is fine. My ceiling vent did leak one time and luckily I was there to catch it all in a trash can because it wasn't considered a "maintenance emergency" for after hours problems. The landlord was very friendly and made me feel like she actually cared about the residences. Unfortunately, the property manager isnt very personable or willing to work with customers. Instead, its about corporate policy and the bottom dollar. For that reason, I would not recommend to a friend unless they simply need a crash pad for cheap.

Been here 3 years and have gone through multiple office management and maintenance staff. Limited parking, limited visitor parking. Only one net company allowed so no competition. Steps and walkways not swept or cleaned during snow.

I have always loved living at Breckinridge. I first moved here in July 2014 and lived in a 1b/1ba before moving into my current unit. The apartment staff, though very much changed, has always been incredible with their residents. Amanda has made that even better. The community events are always fun and provide the opportunity for me to meet some of my neighbors.

My apartment hardly ever has any issues but whenever I need to put in a maintenance request, it is completely promptly. The staff also does a great job following up to ensure the job was completed and nothing additional is needed.

Amanda and her second in charge are pathetic at doing their jobs. If they had informed me of changes in policies and parking stickers none of this would have taken place. To live somewhere for 9 months and come home from being out of town working and your car is missing due to their communicating issues is painful, expensive, and embarrassing, I just wonder what kind of kick back she is receiving from the towing company. Especially this towing service has been known in the court system here for towing vehicles illegally many times.
