Community is very good and stuff is very helpful, but when I moved in the room has very strong smell of dog from previous resident and even after applied deodorant it still has strong smells. It is near the kitchen and when I smell it while I am eating, it is disgusting.

The community is absolutely great!!! I love that it's pet friendly and that they have fun events for the residents. Love that I can walk my dog at all hours feeling safe due to the very lighted parking lots and grass areas. The staff is very friendly.

Breckinridge is a great place. Rent is reasonable, it's fairly accessible to much of Lexington on Tate's Creek and off New Circle and the staff is great to work with. A downside is that the units themselves are somewhat dated. Another downside in my unit is that the fireplace encroaches into the square footage a bit. For the value, Breckinridge is a great option.

It has only been a little over a week and so far I am extremely happy with the community. It is quiet and staff responds readily to my concerns as a tenant. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to my friends.

It has been a great 8 months living here. Every maintenance request has been handled almost immediately and completed so well there has been no repeat of the problem. The staff is very friendly and approachable. Accessible to nearby eateries, a pharmacy, gas station.

I have enjoyed living here. The community is nice and the people are too. It is for the most part pretty quiet and it is extremely pet friendly. They do really well fixing things when requests are made to do so.

Office staff are helpful and nice. Maintenance crew are very good at repairs... The grounds are always clean and nice. The garbage dumpsters are emptied in a regular bases without to much being accumulated and setting around.

I just moved in a few days ago. People seem very friendly. Staff seems to be attentive. There is plenty of parking. I live close to the road so I can hear traffic in my apartment but it is definitely something I will get used to.

This was a great place for my sister and I to live and though she has passed, I still feel welcomed here and revel in our fond memories we have shared here together. From going to the gym to walking to the nearby park I feel I can call this place home.

Overall my experience has been good living at Breckinridge Court. I've dealt with a couple issues that were fixed promptly when I told the office, including fleas from a previous tenant and mice that were coming in trough a hole under the stove. Both issues were resolved after the first maintenance visit. The staff in the office are always polite but it seems like they have a high turnover rate for some reason. I'm in the smallest apartment (called a studio but the spaces are more separate than a normal studio), I have awesome natural lighting since I'm in a corner unit (middle units don't have as many windows), but since I face Redding Road instead of the parking lot there is so much traffic noise. Like I can't really open my windows in the summer because it's too loud for me. The neighborhood isn't bad, but it isn't the ritzy side of town either; I've never felt unsafe. The rent is pricey but was worth it because I liked the complex instantly. I am annoyed by how much they charge you if you don't renew for a full year. I'm a graduate student and don't know exactly when I'll be finished with school, making it hard to renew my lease. For anything under a year, my rent jumps $100+ which is nuts since I've been here over 2 years and never missed rent or caused issues.

I love living here. The rent is affordable and fairly priced. The area is great and has a good number of needed amenities. The staff are responsive and helpful. Overall its the best company I have ever rented from in Lexington.

The place is very clean all around affordable and has a good community. The pool is great in summer time and if you're a dog lover everyone around has a dog. There's a park close by and restaurants at a walking distance.

Great rent payment for the size. A little outdated but to be expected at this price point. Clean. Parking is limited at the 430 address and parking is strictly enforced. Office staff are very friendly. I love that they text me when I have a package.

So far, I really enjoy living in this community. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great! The only issue i have is the condition of my apartment and parking! Parking is horrible around my apartment. I can NEVER find a spot. Maybe the complex should assign a spot to each apartment.

Breckinridge Court apartments have overall provided my with a good experience. In regards to my layout, I love the fact that there is a fireplace in the living room but the kitchen is somewhat small. The bedroom is the perfect size, walk-in closet, and the built-in vanity is much appreciated!

Very nice place to live in. It is safe and clean. The landscaping is great. All the office staffs are very professional. The maintenance team is great. I am very likely to live more here. All in all great experience.

I really like my apartment but I would like to know if there are any people living here that are my age that might be interested in doing things together. It appears that there are only young two income people living here. I am retired and would like to meet people like me who enjoy doing crafts, watching movies, going to church, going out for lunch or dinner.

It has been a great place to live! Not the newest, but a nice quiet neighborhood. There could be some renovations and better upkee of the parking lot, specifically the parking lines. This was a good place to live overall.

Management and office staff professional and curteous. Also creative ideas for community social events. Love the location! Close to park, shopping restaurants, library, banks, and pharmacy and schools and churches. All in walking distance.

I moved to this place by recommendation of a friend and it was the best desicion is a complex of apartments very quiet and safe to live, healthy environment, whenever I have had any situation to solve within the apartment have been very diligent, I have no complaint, I recommend it

This apartment complex is clean, quiet, and affordable. I have greatly enjoyed living here, and plan to continue to live here until I decide to buy property. I haven't had any interactions with management or neighbors that have been unpleasant.

Apartments are a great value if you are looking for something affordable, but not necessary luxury level. Community is awesome and neighbors are pretty quiet. The location in the city is also really good to. Was a perfect 10 minutes to UK.
