I've had no problems living here at all! When our hot water heater wasn't working they sent someone within an hour or two to fix it! The staff is super knowledgeable about the property and very courteous to your requests!

Worst move-in experience of my life. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff members. We worked with the office member: Hannah. We applied for a 1bed/1bath apartment (A2 floorplan) with stainless steel appliance and on the 3rd floor that was available for immediate move-in. When we let her know that we needed to move in the following weekend, she immediately let us know that that apartment is not ready and offered a 2nd floor, same floorplan, same sqft apartment, no additional upgrades. On our move-in day, we signed the contract, we experienced extreme unprofessionalism and rude attitude from Hannah again. When we asked if the area was safe and if there was anything important for us to know from our lease document, she replied that we should check google ourselves and that everything was good. She gave us two visitor passes for our Uhaul, but never informed us that my daughter (the resident) should immediately and constantly have a parking sticker on her car as a resident. She didnt inform us that she increased the rent by $35 for the same apartment we applied for on the 2nd floor, and when we approached her about why this increased happened, we experience extreme rudeness and were told that we had enough time to read the lease ourselves. My family came into the office trusting that this company would not scam us out of what we originally applied for and more. And not even a month in to living on this property, we feel extremely scammed, especially since we can not get into contact with higher staff members and management. My daughters car was towed the morning after her move-in before 8am, without breaking any rules®ulations on the lease/"Rules&Regulations" form we signed. She was parked legally, as a resident of your property for not even a full day. When we called to talk to a manager about this situation in the middle of the day, the staff member (Hannah) informed us that she is out of office and starting her vacation. I believe my daughter needs to be reimbursed for the $130 fee of unlawfully towing of her car, and the rent amount should be reduced to what every single other apartment (A2 floorplan) of her same degree, same timeframe was at, and what we applied for in the first place: $640. We find it interesting that a friends car that was parked right beside my daughters that night of her towing (that had no stickers, passes, or was not a resident of Breckinridge Court) was not towed that same morning. We feel a strong negativity and some type of revenge from your office staff members for absolutely no reason. We hope you will read and get into contact us. Emina Odobasic

Dont move in here. If you do, make sure to screenshot, keep all emails, all receipts, and any possible trace to make sure you are not scammed by this leasing company. I was lied to about my apartment rent rate, and when I confronted Hannah in the office about it, I was rudely dismissed with no explanation. The next morning after my all day move in, before 8am, my car was towed because I did not put a sticker they provide you with on my car immediately. No refunds were given and no rules were broken. My family, who were staying with me that night, did not have their car towed. Which was parked right beside mine. Also with no sticker. I was scammed heavily and advice anyone looking into this property to think twice or be on the lookout to watch every penny and every document/word passed between you and the leasing office.

Breckenridge Court is a decent apartment. I've only lived here for a few months but have gotten a good sense of things. The staff is friendly and the location and quality is good for what you pay. It's still not the best quality. There is not great parking lots or parking in general. Visitors have to walk far distances. My unit doesn't have baseboards and it is obvious that they used to be there. I was told that I would be getting new carpet but the carpet was obviously worn. Maintenance provides band-aid solutions to problems so I've had to call them a lot. They've had to shut water out and it lasted longer than it should. Overall, its pretty good place to live for the price but they have efficiency issues in certain areas. I would recommend in certain situations but if you can pay for more, you should.

I have had a very positive experience at this community! I was welcomed by a very friendly staff who were very helpful in helping my roommate and I a good deal on an apartment. I did have a bit of trouble hearing back from them when they said they would call us back, if I wanted a question answered I had to call even when told I would receive a call back. Other than that the communication between staff and resident was phenomenal. The place is not a 5 star but it is a roomy, affordable, welcoming community even all of my neighbors were friendly when I was moving in, asking if I needed help and offering water and greeting me with smiles. And when I had any trouble with the apartment they had a friendly maintenance staff member attend to the problem promptly.

My name is Dr. Smith. I would highly warn against renting at this apartment complex. Management is terrible. They are unprofessional and will completely ignore your calls and concerns. I was warned against applying here, but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Worse decision I could have made. There is no continuity between the staff members. Employees don't understand company policy and there is always a break down of communication. There goal is to collect the money and that's it. Took multiple weeks to receive my deposit, despite being lied to by management that my deposit was already sent. Look somewhere else, not worth the hassle.

Clean and safe community. Work orders are responded to in a timely manner. There is no crime and it is quiet at nights. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Apartments are spacious. Probably the best price in town for this kind of space.

The apartment is fine, grounds and pool are good. People park in my spots without permits, which I had to pay for. So I sometimes have to walk far to my apartment when I get home. The office does NOTHING about this. Also, this is supposed to be a non-smoking community. My neighbors smoke and now my place stinks something awful. Office staff has done NOTHING about this!

tres dias reporte sobre la mojadon y humedad en mi cuarto donde duermo soy una persona alergica hable con la manager de la propiedad y esta se expreso con un caracter muy grosero y con un punto racista lo que iva hacer segun ella iva poner un secador para despues sellar y dejar la alfombra mojada y la espuma de avajo de la alfombra igual esta empapada nos tiene viviendo en estas condiciones y durmiendo en la sala ya que si te vas de la propiedad quieren meterte par colection .yo soy una persona alergica al igual q mi hija solo espero que esto llegue a niveles superiores y resuelvan es situacion aqui les va la nos tiene ostigados con quejas que son como que les molestamos porque decimos la fin no hacen nada

Maintenance and the general upkeep of the complex is impressive. I've never had disputes or issues when I've needed anything fixed. The dog run is so convenient, I just wish it was fenced in to insure the safety of my pup.

It's been okay for the price. I prefer the old management and maintenance staff from when I first started. The new guys just don't care. The unit above me have had a water issue and has leaked into my unit multiple times. This last time my hallway ceiling had to be replaced and they did a real ------ job. Also no one notified me to cover furniture and months later I am still getting drywall dust out of my living room and kitchen.

Good community. Seems secure and safe for families. Apartment is nice and spacious. Extras such as the pool, gym, and garden make it more attractive than other apartments. The greenery infused with the apartments allow a more homey feeling.
