I'm on the first month of lease. So far everyone has been exceptionally nice. Everything was in working order. The apartment is clean both inside and out. The community so far has been quite. Food and shopping close by as well

I have really enjoyed living at this apartment community thus far. The office staff has always been really helpful. Maintenance has always been concise and professional. The community is in a great area of town.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful! I have never had an issue getting a hold of any of the staff for anything I may need, they are always so friendly when you go into the office, are excellent when it comes to answering any questions.

A few tenants have been rude/mean but have been taking up with the main office and has Been resolved and no more issues have accrued. Have had some issues with parking with other tenants not parking in appropriate spots.

My experience living at this community has been fine. The main complaint is the completion of maintenance tasks and willingness of staff to work with their tenants. My hot water went out and was not fixed for nearly a week. I had to call multiple times to the office for the problem to be fixed. When maintenance did come the water worked for an afternoon, by the morning the water was cold. When I brought my complaints to the staff they did little to help. In the end, you get what you pay for. Nice apartment, less than nice staff and maintenance. Don't set your expectations too high

Great front office and maintenance staff! Easy to communicate through text or phone call with management . Quite and peaceful neighbors. Any maintenance needed is done with in the day. Easy to move in and close visitor parking.

Most of the staff is friendly and they try to be helpful. They could improve the communication between the office staff and the maintenance staff, however. It would help if there was a way to contact maintenance personally to describe issues rather than playing telephone so that the issues don't get missed/incorrectly passed on to the maintenance staff.

It is a great place to live. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff are professional and get the job done correctly the first time. The complex stays clean, quiet, and respectful.

Exceptional staff, wonderful amenities, the units themselves are absolutely beautiful. All of my appliances are brand new, they are pet friendly and on your first day they give you a super sweet and thoughtful gift bag filled with items and they even include treats for your pet!

accessible to all points in Lexington, which is what I enjoyed moving from a major city. Because of the ease of living in this community, I decided to move/purchase a home closeby. Office staff is amazing and kind :)

Great part of town! So close to post office, grocery store and banks. Office staff is very thorough, and maintenance team always does a great job on work orders and keeping the grounds clean. Would recommend!

My experience living at Breckinridge Court has been pleasant. It's in a great location to my job, plus it's really close to Fayette mall and the Summit. Neighbors are friendly and courteous, and the community is pet friendly!

this is a very good experience, I wasn't happy that it would be like this, a very peaceful community with a lot of peace that brings a lot of peace in spirit and that does me good, for me and not only for those who like to live in peace, the workers of office are always there to solve problems

I love it here, I lived here when I previously lived in Lexington and it was the first place I came back to when I moved back. The apartment manager worked with me to get everything set up even though I was still 2,400 miles away and my apartment was ready for me as soon as I arrived.

i have enjoyed living in my apartment, the location is great off with the grounds. everything is always so kept up with and so pretty and kept very clean around all the buildings and maintenance is always on top of everything and so nice and helpful.

Love the apartment and everything about it very clean and updated and there is a near by park that we love to walk to! Plus the staff are very helpful when needed! It's a very quiet and nice complex! Would recommend to anyone ik looking for an apartment!

It's a comfortable and welcoming community with helpful staff. I've lived there for two years and have enjoyed the location and the quality of my apartment. It feels quiet and safe and I have had no problems!

I've lived here 3 years. I really love it. It's the perfect size for 1 person. It has a nice gym and a pool. In walking distance from a good local park. It's in perfect distance from everything you need. Really great part of town.

This community is very nice. Very accessible to the interstate, grocery stores, fast food restaurants, and there is even a park near by. The apartments are very nice and updated, very quiet neighbors. Don't hear much from them. Great staff, quick maintenance people when they get the order forms. Amazing place, will definitely renewal again.

Ok, but strangely, this place does not reward loyalty. This seems contradictory to any marketing principles. I am a bit lazy to look for new places. But this is not the reason for the company to rip me off.

It's been great living here. My apartment was fine. I think the cabinets and bathroom could use some updating but for the most part I'm very satisfied. If you consider moving into here try to avoid the building close to the street. There's always cars with loud engines driving through. But beyond that the staff is great, the take care of service orders quickly and they get it right the first time. I renewed my lease and I'm likely to do so again.

Its been ok. A bit expensive for my taste but they apartments are nice and its in a good location. However I started a new job in Georgetown and I'm not sure if it will be financially viable for me to keep living here come next year once the lease is up. I would recommend this complex to friends that wish to stay in the area though.
