The staff immediately welcomed me, asked me what I was looking for, and gave me a tour of the property and unit. As a first time renter that wasn't student housing, I needed a help filling out paperwork and gathering documents. I am forever grateful for the patience and help I received from the staff.

Very nice and quiet community. Love the no smoking policy. In love with the wood burning fireplace in my home. Very spacious and well kept. Staff are very nice, professional, and courteous. They are accommodating to your needs.

I absolutely love my apartment and especially its location. The floors above me seem to be a bit thin, but I suspect that's the case in most, if not all, apartment complexes. The staff is super kind as well.

I've lived in my studio for a year now and just recently renewed my lease for another 12 months. This is my first apartment and also first time living alone, so lucky the environment is nice and the apartment is cozy which made the transition really smooth for me. It's nice and quiet, staff are all really friendly, and I've never had any disturbances in my time here. It's a nice little community here.

I absolutely love this community. I lived in a 1 bedroom for a year and a half then found a roommate and currently in a 2 bedroom. I love how quiet and safe this complex is and they have great community events especially for our four legged friends! Highly recommend this amazing complex!

I like living here. It is relatively quiet. I like having a pool and workout facility. There is also a park with a walking track right up the street. I love the fact that it is a smoke free community! There is a gas station and drug store within walking distance and now there are 4 restaurants close by as well.

The apartments have lots of closet space, are conveniently located, and the 2 bedroom is very spacious for the cost. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Some aspects of the complex could be improved, such as: appliances are older and the pool is very small.

Friendly, professional staff. Service and repairs are done quickly (they have a 48 hour turnaround policy). Quiet neighborhood, I've never had a problem here. While 2020 was a challenging year for everyone, management here was quite responsive to any concerns and did a great job.

This is a great complex to live in. It is relatively more affordable than other places in Lexington, and the apartments are high quality. The grounds are well kept, and my maintenance requests are always addressed and fixed quickly. No complaints!

The apartment is nice and clean. I've lived in two different units and both units had water leaks and AC went out a few times. Not a huge deal but something to note. My apartment is on the ground floor and we do see a lot of spiders, even after pest control treated for them. No bed bugs or roaches though.

I moved in to Breckinridge Court on Monday, October 5th. So far, living here has been pleasant. The leasing agents and managers were quickly respond leading up to move-in, and accommodated me in every way that they could. My apartment was clean upon move in with only a couple very minor blemishes. The electronics and appliances work nicely. I only have a couple small concerns. I have driven in the complex at certain times and almost all the resident parking spaces were full. I worry that there may be a time where I will need to park several buildings over. Also, there is a faint hooka-like smell in the apartment, which I believe is just stale heater air. It is easily masked or forgotten, though. All in all, my experience has been very good so far.

I was told the pool would open before I move in. After I sign the lease I was told the pool would not open. The water heater was not working well, two outlets are broken still two weeks later, the dishwasher is still broken and has not been replaced 2 weeks later and there are several smaller damages to the apartment. I would have moved into an apartment down the road with less amenities at $100 less per month if I would have known this apartment did not have the amenities it advertised. Now I am stuck in my lease and they refused to give a discount. I have been ignored several times with my emails. Very frustrating. I would like to say nice things about it. Lots of space.. but parking is also I inadequate and tight!!

This facility boasts its beauty but it doesn't take long to see that it is a run down, poorly maintained community. The windows are clouded with mold and we were told the management company will not replace due to cost. Parts of the outer trim falling off the building.

I like living here so far. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept up. The maintenance staff came and took care of my request the day after I submitted it. The only downside is the gym doesn't have the best equipment and the pool is closed for the summer but those are the only complaints I have!
