I moved into this apartment a month ago. I have been very happy with this apartment. The staff have been very helpful and courteous. The apartment I rented was quiet, reasonable in rent, and quiet. I would definitely recommend Breckenridge Court to others.

Great apartment to live in. Neighbors are quiet and nice. The apartments are in great conditions. Most apartments have a good view to Tate's creek rd. Maintance staff is very fast responding and efficient, they are clean and nice. Office staff are very nice and comprehensive. They answer phone calls and emails with no delays! Like I said great place!

It is a very nice and quiet place to live. I look forward to coming home every day. If I have a problem in my apartment it is very good to know that I can place a maintenance request and it will be taken care of in a very timely manner.

This is place has a great location. Closed to Kroger, many fast restaurants, CVS, and even mall. Also, It has a quiet community. However, the maintain is not quite pleasant. Laundry room is pretty massy, and even appearance of building.

The community is very responsive of activities in the area, both good and bad. I appreciate the responsiveness of these events and in some cases the timely manner that they are handled. The only frustrating thing I've found is people still don't know how to park in the designated parking spots, all too often several people can be found on site double parked.

The first day I walked into the office and asked about the community I was given valuable information and prices. Being a first time apt renter on my own, I wanted to shop around. The lady in the office said you won't find a better value for what you get then you will here. She was right! I looked at several apartment complexes and this one took the cake! Staff is super friendly. The grounds are always taken care of and I enjoy all the tall trees and the history they have here on the grounds. The location is awesome, close to parks and schools and the mall if you need to go. Overall Breckenridge Court is an amazing place to live! I strongly recommend it.

I've always liked living here, everyone is friendly and nice and all of the facilities are kept clean. Maintenance staff has always been helpful, the community is nice and there are a lot of convenient places near.

Honestly the apartment is good but it can be great with few changes and updates. I love the office staff they are so nice. I would renew my lease if some of my concerns will be a worked with which im sure they will help me. Will see.

I have been here for a little less than six months and have enjoyed my time here. Compared to other apartment complexes, this one is extremely responsive with issues and I enjoy all of the amenities and the cleanliness of the complex.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. It has been pretty decent overall. The only qualms I have about living at Breckinridge Court is the parking, and the high rent. When I first moved in here in 2015, my rent was under $600, now it is close to $750. I think since I have lived here so long that I should be given a fairly nice discount since I have always paid my rent on time and been a loyal tenant. In regard to the parking, I am flabbergasted that we STILL have reductive parking (visitor and tenant)! There should be more places for visitor parking, especially since this apartment complex is immense! And the lines. Really? When is this apartment complex going to paint ACTUAL LINES and stop being so cheap? We are literally paying ten's of thousand's of dollars per month as a whole community, so come on Mr. Leinbach, stop being such a cheapskate, and paint actual lines for your tenants!

this comunity is very nice and clean the dffice staff staff are very friendly and they lisen to our complain and if there is any maintanace the job is done the same day and the good thing is here we dont have any break in the good part in living here is the shopping center is very closeand i recomend any one who will live here will be happy

I originally came across this complex while sitting a friend's dog just two buildings down from where I now live. I fell in love with the layout and location, and I feel very cozy here. There are times when some neighbors can get loud/violent, but other than that, I feel very safe and comfortable.

I enjoy that the management staff throws several community events For the residents all through out the year. They are a friendly office staff, and when you have needs or issues I feel like the management team does what they can to meet your needs.

I've been very impressed with the friendliness of the office staff along with maintenance! This is one of the cleanest and friendliest apartment complexes for the best value! The staff is sure to communicate with its residents and even has appreciation gifts for its residents and their pups too!

Car was towed at cost of $272.00 right after I moved in. No freedom to use internet of choice. Barking dogs sometimes all day. Washers are frequently dirty in side or out of order. Actually cost me $700 a month after Sewer and water are charged. Steps to laundry room dangerous until very recently repaired.

The staff here are friendly and wanting to help in anyway needed. The community is peaceful. Easy walking distance to a variety of places including gas station, CBS, restaurants, bus stop..ext. There is a pool and 24 hour gym both kept clean. The website tells you when you have a package and allows you to pay rent and request maintenance when needed.

Nice community areas(fitness center, pool). Safe area- I never worry about walking my dog alone. Maintenance requests sometimes take longer than usual and aren't completely finished. Office staff is nice and easy to deal with. During the warmer months, complex puts on a lot of social events. I love that they let your dog swim in the pool right before they close it! Very pet friendly.

Breckinridge Court has been a great place to live with amazing staff, I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the Lexington area. The prices are super affordable and they offer flexible leasing options to fit the timeframe you need.

I wasn't excited to move in to this apartment complex strictly because it seemed older and not as updated. I haven't had the best experience obtaining help from management or successful maintenance requests. I will not be recommending this place.

The office staff has been amazing and communicative! The neighborhood feels safe and well lit and there are a lot of helpful amenities! They offer the ability to rent washers and dryers from the property incase you were in need of one as well as an on campus laundry facility.

The staff are very nice and the price is right, and very close to stores and schools and other places you or your family may need to go. Neighbors are very friendly, from where I came from across town, they were not. Took me a while to get used to that,

The first apartment I had looked at they didn't even give me time to put down a deposit before they had rented it to someone else. The apartment im in now, the carpet is torn in places, missing in some. Places in the walls that wasn't patched or done poorly. Overall for the price I pay for rent, it isn't the best.

Overall, satisfied. Attractive buildings, apartments are well maintained, close to schools and parks, close to stores, restaurants and shopping. Nice and well maintained amenities. I do not have much else to say.
