Pretty quite, not disturbs, clean, attending your requirements, pretty comfortable, good place to live. Friendly staff. Schools, stores food, restaurants close to the residence. Good parking lot. Nice

Friendly staff overall, clean community, reasonable amenities, and affordable for the location! I would've like to use the laundry closet but sadly the stacked unit did not fit. I might consider renewing my lease or moving to a new unit, or sister community.

The move in processes was thoroughly simple! The community leaders such as management were extremely helpful in all of the processes that go into moving into a new apartment. It felt like home almost immediately which was something that very much pleased me!

My experience in the community has been wonderful! I love the activities they offer such as the gym, swimming pool, gardening, etc! The staff are warm and welcoming. They are quick to help with any needs.

It's a good place to live. Any problems are fixed quickly and well by the maintenance crew, it feels safe, the office staff are super nice, there's a lot of really nice amenities to take advantage of. I will happily live here until the day we're able to get a house of our own.

The office staff is great very helpful maintenance is super fast at getting work done and very dependable even with emergency calls. It's super easy to pay rent and for the service we get and the amount of space we have is a great price on rent compared to the other places we have lived

I like this community and neighbors around and within in the community. Everything is so close and convenient to all the places. There gym looks pretty new and clean and staffs are working hard with tenants. I would recommend my friends and family to live here too.

I am happy living here. Property is in good shape for its age. About 35 years old. Location is good. You can jump on the inner or outer loop and get around Lexington easily. Also only 10 to 15 minutes to downtown.

The experience with moving in was fine, the look of the apartment was not the greatest. I also applied for an apartment with a fireplace which mine does not have as well as some issues with the flooring un the apartment. I just wish everything was more polished so it felt like home not like like I just moved into someone else's apartment

I have overall had a good experience with this community. However, the neighborhood can be a bit noisy at times (which isn't the communities' fault). The office staff are nice, if a little slow to respond to inquiries at times - I'm sure they have a lot of inquiries to respond to. I had a negative experience getting my car towed, as the towing company does not alert the office / check license plates with the office - but that was my mistake, as my sticker had fallen off my front window. Overall, it's not bad and I may stay for another year as I live in a nice quiet building (resident wise) and have a nice view.

Living here is great. I love the location and I think it is a great value and price for the location. There is not really any security other than the required parking passes, but I have never felt unsafe at all. Maintenance and office staff are nice and they keep the complex looking very nice. My apartment was clean when I moved in and I love that the "studio" is separated in multiple rooms.

The community is very nice. The layout is convenient and the location is great. Outdoor areas are well lit and grounds are kept fairly well. Residents are very kind and friendly. Evening ours are quiet and comfortable.

My sisters used to lived at Breckinridge and I have heard nothing but good things about it. I used to live in another Leinbach Property, Spring House on the Park. We had a wonderful experience there as well.

The partment is a little older, but nice and in a great location. It has a decent price point as well! It's close to stores, restaurant, and a good school. It's within walking distance of a nice park too.

We love living at Breckinridge Court. It is in a great location with the park and library down the street and major roads just around the corner. The community is quiet and well kept. The gym is small but has most things you would need for a good workout.

This apartment complex is very well maintained and provides a great place to walk. I live how pet friendly the complex is. They provide doggy bags in several places around the complex. The two bedroom apartments are spacious and very nice. Some of the appliances and cabinet are older but still very functional.

This apartment is a lot better than my other apartment, the floors and walls are thick and well insulated so you can't hear neighbors. The maintenance staff will get requests done in a very timely manner.

It's a nice, quiet community. Visitor parking is a little scarce. Snow plowing the parking lot wasn't executed in the best or most efficient. Heating the apartment isn't difficult. Love the fireplace and the vaulted ceilings. The staff is amazing!! The process of applying and moving in was so easy.

This community has been really great for my husband and I. We love the no smoking and quiet community. The gym and pool are great assets! We also love how quick them maintenance crew come to our rescue when we need help.

Overall I would say this great place to live. Management, Leasing Office, and Maintenance staff are all friendly and approachable. We have been pretty unlucky with problems in our apartment, but I wouldn't say this is typical. All these problems were resolved (not always to the standard I would like them resolved, but nonetheless they were resolved).

I've had an overall good experience at this apartment. The office staff are friendly and promptly respond to any issue I'm having. The apartment is spacious for the price and fits to my lifestyle. I would recommend living here.

It is so nice to live in Breckinridge Court! I love it here and am so glad I can all it home. The staff is very friendly and always attentive to my needs. It so so quite and quaint! Thank you for everything you all do to make my apartment a beautiful home!

Close to restaurants and UK, quiet area to live in. Studio has separate bedroom unlike other studios and is bigger than other looked at. Have not had any issues while living here. Parking is close to my apartment.
