I love living at Breckinridge! The staff is friendly, the apartments are nice, and it is close in proximity to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and UK. I like that it is close to Kirklevington Park and that it is situated in between Tates Creek and Nicholasville so it is easy to get anywhere!

Breckinridge Court apartments are a great deal. The grounds are well-maintained, the management is very friendly and willing to help with any problems, and the apartments are a very good deal for the price.

This is a very nice place to live. It has a great location near Tate's Creek Rd and is near grocery shopping and food. It is also very affordable and is nice for what you pay. I also like it because it is quiet and I feel safe.

This is a nice community with affordable prices. The staff are quick to help you with any problems you have and the fitness center and pool are nice to have to stay active. There's also conviance store and gas station down the hill in walking distance if you need anything

The staff at Breckinridge Court is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues (if any) are addressed the same day they are submitted and notice of completion is provided. The community is very quiet and conveniently located to work and shopping.

Everything has been pretty smooth. Staff, housing, grounds have all been acceptable. Having kirklevington park nearby is wonderful as is the library around the corner. Nice and close to amenities also.

Nice staff and reasonable price at first. Grounds are kept relatively clean. Maintenance is very good about fixing the issue and cleaning up after themselves in a timely manner. Area is good too a lot of stores around it.

This apartment is good for young people who like the nightlife. It is not a good place for those who want a quiet place. If I had children I wouldn't want to live here. Not a lot for children to do. In fact, there are not very many children.

It has been good so far.. no complaints so far.i feel like the leasing hours should be more flexible during the week. Maybe from 9 till 6.. for example I had a package in the leasing office and to rush from work to get there at 5:30. I arrived 5 mins late due to a couple stop signs and manager said I caught the manager outside while she was closing and was told I had to wait until tomorrow to pick the package up. I understand rules but atleast have more flexible hours with tenants who work 8 till 5

I like living here! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located, the apartment is well maintained, maintenance and front office staff are all nice and responsive. I've lived here for almost 2 years and highly recommend it!

WONDERFUL, PLACE NICE, PEOPLE NICE JUST LIKE HOME HAVE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY BUT LIFE STYLE HAS CHANGED AND MUST MOVE ON BUT WISH I COULD STAY. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND VERY WELL KEPT. THE RENT IS REASONABLE SO I CAN'T REALLY SAYD ENOUGH ABOUT IT .

Very awesome staff and the grounds are always clean and its the most quietest apartment complex I have ever lived in people are very considerate. And the rent isn't that high considering there's a really good gym and a pool and the events held by the staff are awesome!

I've been in my current apartment less than a year but with the community for over 4 years. Overall, this is a great community in a great location. I've overall been pleased with Breckinridge Court. Would recommend.

This is a great place to live. The staff are very friendly and the apartments are very clean. The grounds crew do a great job and the neighbors are very friendly. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.

Although some stuffs in the apartment are a little old but its very convenient and safe. We had a good time here and most of the times staffs are available and respond quite fast. They have a person always available for emergency problems.

The community is overall pretty nice, and my neighbors are all very friendly. I really enjoy that we were able to get a working fireplace in our apartment and also that we have a dining room space. I would recommend this community to someone if they asked me for sure.

Not a bad apartment for the cost. The layout of some of the units can make it difficult to best utilize the space, the appliances could be nicer, and parking can be competitive late at night. However, it is one of the larger floor plans available in this price range.

This apartment is in a great location. It is close to UK, school and grocery stores. I feel safe around here no matter how late I come home. My neighbors are very quiet I have never complained a noise issue since I moved in here.

I? chose this place for the price and overall I? have been satisfied with the company. They do need to improve their response time when it comes to repairs calls. They can be very slowly on fixing any damage in the apartment.

Thankfully I have never had any problems with safety. The area is quite and well maintained. Office staff is super and I have been through many staff. Maintenance is good and gets the work done in a timely manner.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and know us personally, which is so nice! Our apartment was clean and cozy when we moved in and is still wonderful. Everyone in the community is friendly and welcoming. Parking is perfect and I always feel safe!

Nice, quiet and safe community to live in. I would recommend this apartment complex to other individuals. My only qualm is that it's hard to see lines on the ground when parking, which in result people park like ----.

I am so glad I moved into Breckinridge Court. It is such a great community, the apartments are spacious, clean, and appliances are up to date. Staff is very friendly. Environment is quiet. I love living at Breckinridge and definitely plan to renew

A great place to live! The maintenance staff is 100% amazing. The walls aren't the best color, but everything is clean. Great small space for just me. Location is close to tates creek shopping. Also Malone's!
