The apartments are clean and in a great area. When we moved in we had all new appliances in our unit and it was priced very reasonably. We haven't had many issues but when we do, maintenance is very quick to respond to our needs.

We have been happy and content here. Not the flashiest or newest apartments in the city, but quiet, friendly and affordable. We have been here 5 years and have watched our daughter go from a baby to a bubbly kid. We have felt safe and unbothered. Parking could be better and things could be better updated/maintained, but overall lovely to live at.

It's been nice. Everything is well kept and clean. Staff is very friendly and always get task completed on time. Recommends to friends or other looking for a place to live. So great yes so great and nice

Breckenridge has been a good place to live. I feel safe there, maintenance is quick to respond and the office staff have always been helpful whenever I have needed them. The best part for me is the location.

Awesome place to live. Great neighbors and great community activities. Many amenities like the pool, gym, tennis courts, and the garden. The office staff is fast and courteous. Great location to all the main roads and great shopping.

Excellent. I have no complaints for the building or community. Value for the apartment is one of the best in the area. Staff is very prompt answering all questions and concerns. Love the no smoking policy.

Not a lot of issues. I call maintenance 1-2 a year. I never have much reason to contact the front office. I like where I live, I enjoy the area. The buildings are a little outdated but the rent is reasonable. I plan to renew my lease before my current one ends.

Friendly staff that always willing to help. Quiet place. Good area of town. I like living here. Rent price is responsible. Maintenance staff have always been quick to respond and friendly. I feel safe.

It's been great living here. Any maintenance issue has a quick response. During the summer there are community events at the pool that are fun. The area is safe and secure. If you don't have a washer and dryer the community washers and dryers where just replaced with new units. The small issue can sometimes be with parking availability

I have rented a studio apartment here alone for 2 years and love my apartment. The staff and residents have always been friendly. Great place for pets and children. Wonderful amenities, and appliances have been upgraded. Downsides are that the rent has gone up every year, $20/mo pet fee, only one provider option for internet.

I have lived in three different apartments in this community over the past four years. It is a great place with great people. It is in good location and is a quiet place to live. The staff is very helpful and considerate. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Rude staff and residents, got threatened with a gun over something by a resident and had my car broken into by one of the residents. Very wishy washy matinence work. Do not feel safe at this place. There is never any parking available and I see spiders everywhere.

Interior condition of apartment not quite as nice as I would have hoped given the amount of rent paid but would not be a reason not to stay. Parking spaces are hardly viewable especially at night. Really need to be repainted in my opinion. Everything else is good to go.

I adore my apartment. It's perfect for me. I love my own washer and dryer, and really love my wood-burning fireplace. It feels like a little cottage. I love the location, being centrally-located in Lexington. I haven't seen any crime close to me, and my neighbors are friendly.

Great place to live at. Very secure and easy to get around with plenty of stores and restaurants around. Nice staff. Maintenance is the only problem, they do get the job done correctly but takes forever to get to the job at hand that you ask about.

Good apartment for the price. Rent elsewhere in Lexington is extremely over priced. I've never had safety issues here. The location is convenient and for the most part, it is a pretty quiet community. That is rare in apartment complexes, and is probably the biggest reason I stay.

Staff are friendly when you can get ahold of them, large neighborhood with nice amenities. They replaced the laundry facilities and it is much nicer now. Very nice maintenance staff, but not always prompt.

Always friendly, helpful and efficient. Maintainance is quick, efficient and done correctly first time. Always feel welcome in the office and when talking with maintainance staff. I would highly recommend this complex to family and friends.

The community is pretty quiet and clean. A lot of people have dogs, but they are usually cleaned up after. I like using the fitness center and they always keep the equipment clean. There is usually someone at the office if I need anything but sometimes they are unorganized. For example; I went to resign my lease after my roommates had already done so, and they informed me that they had lost it and we would all need to sign a new one.

Overall experience has been great! Staff has always been friendly and helpful, maintenance has always been timely and efficient. Extremely convenient location for working and going to school at UK. Wish a quarter machine would be installed inside the laundry room but other than that, no complaints. I have been here for three years and loved it.

Breckinridge Court is an affordable rental option in a safe and clean community. We chose this because of its convenience to UK, and it's definitely fit the bill. We would definitely consider renewing our lease.

Quiet community not fancy but not cheap either. Price was fair for a while but it has started going up making it difficult. Very middle ground in terms of apts. Location is good close access to stores and parks.
