For the price of the smaller apartments this community is worth it. The longer you live in one apartment though, the less the worthwhile it is to stay due to the continual increase in rent. Staff are great and easy to work with and maintenance is trustworthy. Community has many great features such as tennis courts, pool, gym, and laundry facility but not without fault (as should be expected) when you have many people using these areas.

I would recommend these apartments to anyone. I have had a very pleasant experience since moving into these apartment homes two years ago. It is a very clean and safe place to live. I have not had any bad experiences so far. The maintenance and staff are on top of things and very professional.

Lived here for 2 years total. 2 separate 1 year leases, both of which were satisfactory. My apartment is good for the rent I pay. The staff is friendly and help with what they can. I'd recommend this apartment complex based on price and what you get. A good place to live as an apartment.

Restaurant very close / near by and so much to choices from, plus gas station at the end of street very convenient when we need something in the middle of night. Do not move here if you are needing a place for longer than a year. After living here for a year, the office staff turnover and the blatant negligence of returning residents is sickening. The annual rent increases will seem manageable for some time, but the inconsistency in rent increase, at an arbitrary amount each year, will leave you feeling short-changed and confused. Would only recommend if you are needing housing for a year and only a year.

The management staff is efficient and very attentive. community is set up nicely with lots of food, gas,services within walking distance. Apartment is nice and modern but when your right next to the road it makes it worse

The area feels comfortable and safe. I go on a lot of late walks and I feel like I am able to do that here. I have met with a few neighbors with questions and they were always willing to help. Also, I enjoy the convenience of location with the surround businesses and New Circle.

This place has been really convienent. There are a lot of useful places within walking distance, and a lot of places that are just a short drive away. I don't like that my rent keeps increasing every time I renew, because the jobs I've had can't really keep up with the price of living

Pretty decent place, had no problems. Kinda noisey dur to the road, but it is the city life. The only problem I had was things need to be updated. Like you can see where the holes in the wall were due to bad putty job. Updating is a good idea, but other than that I liked it here. The wooden burning fireplace was a huge plus.

I am very pleased with living here. Could have moved after inheriting some money, but felt I would not find anything else that I would enjoy more. The sound proofing is out-standing, also sound within community is non-existence.

I've had a wonderful experience. The management is amazing and everything is always done in a timely manner. Anytime I've ever called everyone is so friendly and answered any questions I had. I would strongly recommend anyone to live in Breckinridge!

Great place to live, that's good place to stay as students with family's. Here had a very nice pool in the summer and great Gym for us to exercise. We also really like during the summer we always had a pool party.

It is ok, but could include some utilities in the rent, or offer free wifi. The parking is limited, requiring someone to walk a distance if filled up. The noise is not a issue, people seem to be respectful of their neighbors.

The one-bedrooms are pretty inexpensive compared to other local options and they are still nice apartments. Any time I've had an issue I've been helped within 24 hours. I've lived in Lexington for six years and this has been my favorite place to live.

The time we have lived here has been okay so far. Theres plenty of room, most of the neighbors are super nice,not to loud and the apartments are located in a good place if you want food or need to do light shopping.

Office and maintenance staff are incompetent. The inside of my apartment is very outdated (linoleum floors, stained carpet, fluorescent lighting, unfinished areas, old fixtures, sloppy painting, etc. The community laundry facility is gross and most machines are broken. The "dog park" is a retention pond with no fence. The gym is nice but minimal equipment. Not a lot of lighting in the parking lot, there have been some car break ins.

This is the first apartment that I have lived in that I have not once had an issue with noisy neighbors. They are quick to find solutions to any problems or complaints you may have. If you're worried about security, there are police officers that live in the complex, which is something that made me feel more comfortable when I moved in. I called after work to see if I could come in for a tour. It was 15 minutes before their office closed, and they still fit me in for a tour that evening. I went home and emailed the office the next day to tell them I'd take it!

I enjoy living at Breckenridge Court and have lived here with minimal issues. I would recommend this complex for anyone in their 20's. I am actually living in my second apartment with them. I decided to stay and move into a bigger apartment after my first year because the staff was so accommodating and helpful.
