I have particularly enjoyed the location of Breckinridge Court. It is close to a quiet, spacious park, but also only a short drive to downtown Lexington. The apartment complex is always quiet and the people are kind.

It has been lovely so far! The community is beautiful with its aesthetics and cleanliness. Everyone has been very friendly so far as well. The area is safe and there are lots of places to go nearby, including the park, library, gas station, etc.

For the moment everything is fine..the management does a good job in case of problems in the apartment the maintenance does the necessary, I have adorable neighbors who welcomed us well..Very calm the residence!

The community was very nice, great location compared to others I've looked at, very friendly staff, and clean and well structured apartments. I am quite interested in this community but some time is needed before making a final decision.

Efficient maintenance. I have vaulted ceilings (optional) can be a little more expensive on energy, but really opens up the place. Has an older inside feel. Positives of that are useful storage within the apartment (no issues with cabinet or closet space) no longer need to rent a storage facility (i had a 10X5 before moving here). Negatives is technology updates, you only have 2 places to place internet modem and router and they are opposite sides of the apartment so choose wisely.

The community has been fantastic so far and the leasing staff were on top of everything throughout the leasing process. The facilities that are within the complex are well maintained and super nice. I do recommend living here.

The maintenance staff are always so nice and clean and make me feel comfortable. They work so hard to get my work orders done in a fast manner which makes me so grateful. The office staff are also very accommodating

Nice, clean and spacious. Best decision ever to move in here, my husband love to spend time in gym and swimming. Maintenance team is excellent,Just most of the time i see some laundry machine are out of service, otherwise it's great.??

I like living here because the place is nice quite and the staff that we have now is very friendly and seems like they care about their guest that live here. I like all the changes that they have made this past year as well.

All the staff members, office and maintenance, are being so helpful and nice with us. The community is in a prefect place to move around town. Gym and Pool are in a good condition. Laundry room is the only small issue, but maintenance has fixed some of them.

Just recently moved in. Apartment was clean, move-in ready. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Convenient local, with access to local restaurants and business. Convenient to major roads and interstate.

Love it here at Breckenridge! It's quiet peaceful and well kept. It's a nice place to walk and see nature all around. It's in a convenient location close to shopping centers and quick pickups. The staff are nice, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. In other words a very nice place to live!

It's an excellent place for live. The customer service is wonderful, ther office personal are very Kind and attentive.It's quite, safety and very clean all. I'm glad to live here. I have recommended to my friends.

The community is safe and quiet. The apartments are nice while possibly slightly overpriced, however, they are not kept up well. The are good about replacing big things like cabinets and flooring and windows, but things like closet doors and sinks are dirty and broken.

Everything looked nice! I wish it was better accessibly though. Preferably with access roads and elevators for wheelchairs. If I were to get injured, and be bound to wheelchair whilst living on the second floor, it is no long accessible to me.

New tenant! And no lie it's awesome. The complex is quiet and calm. It's really clean and I love the pool area, the gym, everything! Quiet neighbors and as soon as we moved in the unit was nice and clean and ready for us! All the people in the office were super nice and helpful as well. I'm looking forward to living here and enjoying all that this place has to offer

This apartment has been so much better that where I was at last. The apartment is very nice, clean, and homey. We only had a couple of small issues that were fixed right away. Again, at my old place I wouldn't have had that. They are extremely friendly and answer right away here!

We have had so many problems with Breckenridge since we moved in and nothing has ever been addressed. From having a creepy neighbour staring into our apartment to another neighbour putting notes on our vehicles. We have complained and complained to the front office and nothing has ever been done. Tina is a horrible manager and has no regard for her tenants. This has been the absolute worst living experience I've ever had and would never recommend anyone to live here. The apartments are outdated and disgusting and nothing will ever be addressed about that.

The apartments look very clean and have lots of wonderful amenities (gym, pool, community garden, etc.). The 2 bed-1 baths are very spacious. We were shocked at how inexpensive they were. The leasing agents are unbelievably kind. I feel like they genuinely care about me.

The location is convenient on Tates Creek road with shopping, gas, and food within short walking distance. There are large dumpsters in multiple places so it's always easy to take out the trash and you won't have to walk too far. Rent price is a good bite for your buck especially with inflation.

So far we have really enjoyed living in the community. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful and we have had a positive experience! The neighborhood is quiet and kept up very well. The maintenance staff have been helpful and quick and the front office has answered all of our questions promptly and efficiently!

This community literally looks like it's very cozy and welcoming. They have many amenities, and the staff was so very nice to us when we toured. The apartments are a great price, and they are very clean and I love the structure!

Friendly community. Clean and attractive. The staff is always helpful and nice. Grounds get upkeeped consistently. Apartments have nice layouts. Campus is getting some nice updates. Like the gardens and gym is nice.

I had a great customer service experience through my time interacting with Breckenridge employees, but my apartment was not clean when I arrived to move in. I had been assured it would be. The carpet and fridge were cleaned but the linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathroom were quite dirty, as well as the kitchen sink.

Well where to start ?This place is amazingly beautiful, extra clean, and smells really good. they can access any part of the property and the presence of security 24/7 makes you feel Safe and secure. Very easy to get anywhere in town without struggle. Great location!
