Beautiful campus...great amenities...nice apts..awesome office staff. Maintenance and lawn care are amazing. . We love the convenience (location) of the complex. Close to everything. We are allowed to be at home here instead of feeling like we're in prison camp. Neighbors are great. Nobody bothers anything or anyone. Truly is an awesome place to live

Breckenridge is a wonderful community. The units are super clean, the staff and tenants are extremely friendly, and the grounds are always well kept. I cannot express how lovely it is to love here! Highly recommended.

From start to finish the move was easy, everyone was very helpful. The communication was very good, and everyone was willing to help with whatever was needed to get done. The area is very nice, and the neighbors were very welcoming.

My experience in this community has been a bit mixed. I've encountered a few issues: some neighbors are quite noisy, and the stairs could use a thorough cleaning as they're covered in spider webs. While I appreciate that the leadership is open to feedback, addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall experience.

It was great! Finding a place to park the car to unload was challenging because the spots are very tight. Also, if you have friends/family helping you transport items, there is no good place for them to park without people complaining.

Breckenridge is a well maintained property. The Landscaping is pretty and there's a lot of good amenities. Staff is friendly and eager to please. This community is close to shopping and transportation. It's also very close to the library.

It seems to be very quiet and peaceful so far, which I greatly appreciate. It is nice being able to have quiet time and go to bed early. I also enjoy being able to walk my dogs without worrying if it is safe to do so.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the office and maintenance staff. Our apartment is comfortable, well-appointed, and in excellent condition. I also appreciate the availability of the fitness center and the pool.

My boyfriend and I have loved living here so far. We have only spent two months here, going on three, but it's been great. Staff is super kind and goes above and beyond. We have good neighbors and live close to a lot of places in town! Having so many amenities has been amazing too!

The new management is far better than the previous management. The buildings are getting old and needing more repair. Price is quite high and goes up every year. However newer people who are more family friendly are moving in and many of them are nice.

after viewing the property inside and out, i can see that it is a very welcoming community, i do plan on applying for a 1bed room and honestly i cannot wait to be apart of the community if i am accepted

I have only lived here for a week, but have already had a great experience. Everyone I have met has been very kind and the staff is incredibly responsive. The apartment is clean and so far, I have not run into any issues.

I have not been here long enough to give a very good explanation or description, but so far it has been good. The grounds look solid and the apartment is fine for the affordable rent. The dumpsters do seem to be pretty full but we have only been here a couple of days so we may have not been here for garbage day yet

I love the great management of this building complex. When you have any issue they solve it as quick as possible. People that live here are very kind and nice. It have a gym that keeps you fitness. In the summer I love be In the pool and relax. Great place to live!

We've enjoyed our time here. We have a nice place at a good price and maintenance is carried out quickly and done very well almost every time. We had some issues with packages being stolen but haven't had that problem in more than a year after they installed a security system at the entrances.

I have not yet rented from Breckinridge, but after touring, this is one of the safest-feeling communities of any apartments I've visited in Lexington. The staff are friendly and helpful and the grounds are immaculate. I hope to be living here in the near future.

I like where I live and I like my neighbors. The office staff is very personable and professional as is the maintenance department. I am ready to sign my lease for another year. It's a good apartment community to be a part of.

The location and community are great and the ammenities provided, ie fitness center and laundy facility are a plus. The only thing I wish would be to be able to utilize spectrum as my internet service provider instead of suite solutions.

The facility is nice for the price. They have a lot of different amenities like pool, gym, and pickleball courts. No smoking community is appealing. There are lots of options for floor plans. Budget friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Breckinridge Court in excellent condition. It is an older apartment community but the grounds and buildings were very well maintained. I am excited for the possibility of this becoming my new home.

The apartments are clean, quiet and well managed. They are older though. I don't think they are worth 1000 a month for a 1 bed. A studio might be worth it. They neighbors are friendly. Parking is a bit tight.
