It's been enjoyable and pleasant to live here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient in their dealing with requests. I have very friendly neighbors. The grounds are kept up and entrances are given a beautiful and welcoming feeling with the flowers and other plants. I feel secure and safe in this community.

Apartment is in a convenient location even though we do hear gunshots from our apartment frequently from the neighborhood next to us. Maintenance and office staff are rarely in a good mood or competent. Rent will increase no matter what but no efforts are made to improve existing units and maintenance inspections are rarely done/done correctly. Parking sucks; visitor parking really sucks. Amenities are basic.

I love my apartment! Office staff is super professional and friendly. Maintenance staff is very efficient, too. Every time I've had to turn in a work order (which has only been a couple of times) it was handled very quickly.

The moving in process was a breeze, the rent is very reasonable (was actually a little cheaper to get more space than stay at my old place), staff friendly and worked with me to ensure I would be able to move in asap. The amenities are nice, the community garden is probably the highlight for me.

The staff that I interacted with were very friendly. The application process was fairly quick and easy to complete. I was approved within 24 hours so it doesn't take long for that process. The units are definitely outdated but still good quality.

Breckenridge Court has everything that I was looking for in an apartment. The staff, especially Fernando was very welcoming and hospitable towards me. I moved into my current apartment in February 2025 but lived in another apartment in the same complex from March 1, 2023. I moved in with my son. I have enjoyed living here, the staff is great and any problems that have come up were almost always taken care of within a few hours. As I said, I convinced my son to move in here too!

Everyone has been very wonderful so far and we've been extremely pleased with everything. We are looking forward to using the fitness center on the pool in the future. We have not been able to do that yet because of the weather.

I've only been here a couple of weeks, and so far all has been great. The staff and maintenance are excellent. Parking is a bit of an issue, especially for anything larger than a small/mid size vehicle. Visitors are required to park in an area that is not near my apartment, which is a bit of an issue for my elderly family.

From the time I first made contact with the office to apply to the time I was paying the deposit was at most 3 days. Everything moved along so efficiently so I knew this was the place I was meant to be. Any question I had, I received a response the same day. When I initially called in to ask about availability/pricing, it was too early to know if they had units coming available when I needed to move, but the leasing agent kept my number and reached out to me when it was time. I've never had a leasing office keep me in mind like that. It's been my dream to live here for years and I'm so glad I was finally able to move here!

I have not moved into this community yet, but I have looked at multiple apartments and for the price you can't go wrong. Now there is a few things I would like to change and that is the color of the paint in the apartments. It's a flat paint and if it was a semi-gloss it will be easier to clean and not stain or leave wet spots if you try cleaning it. And then just make the breezeways look more inviting. I love the fireplace inside the apartment and the 24 Hour gym they offer and how close it is to everything without being on top of the highway!
