It feels like a geeat fit for us! We are going to put in final credit and background application in and it would be nice to move in by April. It's wheelchair accessible which is a necessity for us. It has 4 elevator which is very helpful.

Staff are very friendly and they are always ready to help. The apartment is kept clean and our apartment had new carpet and paint done just before we moved in. Our maintenance requests are always tended to almost immediately as well!

I loved it here. It's a great place to live. It's close everything. The DMV is litterally across the street, you have mcdonals chilli's and other places to eat. Not only is there Burlington place there is also dollar general dollar tree litterally they all 10 footsteps away and let's not forget cvs is litterally next to us.

The community is quiet, the apartments are nice and spacious. it does not take maintenance long to fill a work order unless they don't have whatever parts you need.They have very nice events going on each month for the tenants.

I have few complaints living here, except that the elevator takes a long time to be repaired when it breaks. The rent is roughly on par with similar communities, they hold lots of events for residents throughout the year, and the surrounding area is nice and walkable.

This condominium offers me security, comfort and leisure. Covered garage to protect cars , storage to things , Swimming pool and gym for leisure, party room, inshore, all this makes me stay here for more than 10 years.

I have been here for 5 years in September. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff are on top of any requests and so is the cleaning staff. Most of all, it is a safe building.

Mostly a positive experience. Communication within the last month has not been optimal, but conflicting and, at time, incoherent. Even though the community is "smoke free" the hallways regularly reek of residents who smoke marijuana. Additionally, you can smell what neighbors are cooking when you are in the hallways. The fire alarm frequently goes off as false positives trigger the system building wide. There have been 3 water flooding incidents in the building this past year, one of which impacted the fitness center and elevators. As a person with a disability, the reduction in the number of working elevators was quite concerning. One of the flooding incidents collapsed the ceiling in the parking garage. The parking garage doors are frequently left open all day and the building deals with rats and mice coming into the building. While advertised as a cat friendly community that does not allow dogs, there are lots of residents who do have dogs.
