Beautiful apartments that have enough space so you don't feel like you are living right on top of each other. Great amenities such as a gym, pool, shuttling to the nearest train station and parking in a garage.

Ive been living here for about 4 months and am happy so far. I like how close it is to route 1, most neighbors I have encounters with are friendly, front desk guys are nice, and maintenance is responsive. Some downsides: limited visitors parking, there's resident parking in the back of the building that barely any residents use, they should use it to provide more visitors parking, and depending on where your apartment is you might hear a lot of noise from others. My apt is towards the end of a hallway so I dont have any noise complaints. The only unsatisfactory remark I have is towards the lifeguard. All summer Ive only been to the pool ONCE to bring my two young cousins. They had the pool to themselves and aren't rowdy kids. The lifeguard was on the phone the whole time, which doesnt bother me because Im capable of supervising my kids, but whenever the lifeguard actually looked up from her phone she would pick at every single thing the kids would do and yell at them. After maybe 20 minutes of them swimming she found a reason to kick them out of the pool (one of them was trying to climb out of the pool and she accidentally touched the vent cover on the ground so the lifeguard goes "Okay that's it. OUT! I told you not to touch it. Out. You're done. Go. Now!" It seemed like she wanted to scold them for every little thing so she wouldn't have to worry about watching anyone in the pool. She was literally getting paid to just sit there and talk on the phone. Maybe it would've been better if there were more people swimming so she wouldn't have picked on my kids for every little thing. As a teacher I have no problem with people needing to be a little firm with kids, but that lifeguard was just rude, she doesnt have people skills. I wish she didnt have to ruin the one and only time i brought my guests to visit the pool. I paid ten dollars for them to enjoy the pool for twenty minutes. Hopefully they replace her with a friendly lifeguard.

It's been ok so far. I recently moved. The only thing is that I don't like paying. FOr water because that's a lot of expenses that I don't need. The storage is tiny and so rent is too much for the community and what it offers.

I like the concierges at night both guys are great. The apartment is amazing as everything is functional. Outside however is not the cleanest of places. Hallways are stained and visitor parking is always full which makes it very difficult to have guests over. The gym could be more up to date or include one or two more machines or mirrors. Also the water jug is empty half the time I go down. Also people leave the back door or elevator door propped open which defeats the purpose of the locks every

I just moved in and so far everyone has been very nice and accommodating. They helped me with all questions and let me us a dolly when I moved in which was very helpful. The process went very smoothly as well

This is by far the best apartment building. I love the management on site. They are very quick to respond to issues and very helpful if you need them. The building is kept clean all the time and the amenities on site are also really useful. For example, the gym is not just one dumbbell and a treadmill, but a nice size gym with a lot of useful machines.

Office staff females have been rude, head of maintenance also rude to me and to other staff in front of me, apartment is fine, never used pool or barbeque, lots of rats on ground outside apartments, in garage, and at times it sounds like they are scratching in the walls. Power bill excessively high considering we keep apartment in the 60's in winter and almost 80 in summer with heat/ a/c mostly off and only energy saver bulbs. We stay because similar places are more expensive. Night concierge guys and one maintenance guy are AWESOME PEOPLE. Repairs are sometimes handled quickly, other times take months. Well lit place and car in garage seems safe. Fire alarms in middle of night in winter can be tough to deal with, as can neighbor pot smokers' smoke in this non-smoking facility.

It's a nice community, my air went out right after I move din last year and Gabe took care of me, getting an AC unit in my apt while waiting for parts. That was nice of him. I really really really really appreciated it even though it wasn't that hot out.

The experience was good when we first toured the property but things changed within the first week that we signed the lease and we had water leak in our apartment, the property manager gave us an empty apartment while they did work on our current home and we had to sleep on the floor for about 10 days during the same time our car got towed from future residents parking which cost about $250 to get back. We we're never compensated for any of that. Each year rent goes up despite any changes happening to the building or our home. The equipment at the gym has been broken for the longest time but yet we pay a increase each year. Just one month ago my mother was got locked out of the apartment and the property manager wouldn't let her in because she was not on the lease. My ill mother had to wait from 4:45pm until 7:30 pm for me to get home. I have asked and bagged the property manager to let her in and I said I'm giving you my permission to allow her in and I'm happy to send an email so you can have it in writing but she refused to let my ill mother into the apartment. We also had noise from our next door neighbors who plays all types of instruments all day/night for the past 1.5 years and management team has field to do anything about this.

Good place to live. Lots of amenities. There is a decent sized dog park, nice swimming pool, and good grills to use when the weather is nice. The staff is attentive and they do a good job of making sure this feels like a home

Everything is very clean, staff is very friendly and they run the co pled very well. The doors in the apartment are extra secured. The facility is clean and they recycle. I like that you can't smoke so it always feel clean.

Everything is great, management is very friendly, maintenance crew is always on top of everything, few times in almost 3 years had problems with appliances and they replaced within a day! All the common areas are always clean, so far a great place to live!

I've been here for 2 years and it's been an overall positive experience. Not knowing the area, I was looking for convenience to work in the city. It has that, but the neighborhood, though diverse, is not The greatest. If I had it to do over, I'd probably look elsewhere.

The apartment is really nice it has a huge living room and laundry in all apartments. The building has a gym space.. The maintenance employees are nice. However the management need to let the tenants know of some fees they charged. For example I was charged $440.00 for trowing away a sofa, more of the cost of the sofa. I call waste management company and I was told that it was only $80.00. I told the property manager and they said that I had to pay $380.00. I did not want to argue anymore but I know that I wasn't supposed to pay that.

Everyone is friendly, and the office staff is very approachable and communicative. Indoor garage is a BIG plus. Central air conditioning and heating is like heaven. Central pool and grilling area makes the summer months very enjoyable.

I have only been here a month and I'm not totally impressed. The building is nice, but for the area it is pricey for what you get. I also expect a lot more from management. They need to be more professional and on top of things. From the start I didn't get a good impression because I wasn't given all the information up front, and then when I need things taken care of in the apartment I am given excuses. The hallways also constantly smell of cooking from each apartment. They should install some type of freshener for the hallways. Neighbors are also noisy at night; kids running through the hallways and people frequently knock on my door and run away. Extremely disrespectful.
