The apartments themselves are very spacious, but the lack of sound-proofing is startling. Even when neighbors are not trying to be noisy, the noise travels so fast through the walls that it can be startling at times.

Very clean apartment upon move-in. Alex was very helpful with the renting process and maintenance was very quick to address an issue with my A/C. The 24 hour gym is in very good condition with a good variety of equipment.

The staff at Parkside Commons are wonderful. They are responsive, friendly, and always make sure that you feel like you're the only tenant they have. One of the best things about Parkside is the fact they provide shuttle services to and from the train station. Great place to live!

Nice, clean and there is a shopping center next to the apartment which is an advantage. It's very safe to live here because of the shopping center and also because the police are always patrolling in the area.

Maintenance is responsive and effective. Facilities and building are very well maintained. Building management is welcoming and helpful. My biggest complaint is that it's not particularly economical to pay for it myself.

Both my kids and I are happy and the safety and security are very well. All the transportation is closer and if you like you can use the shuttle schedules, it's amazing and for this reason I'm really happy with the commute.

The experience at 100 Stockton St., Chelsea MA 02150 in Unit 116 has been great so far. There's plenty of space for my girlfriend and I to move our furniture in - and we're super excited about turning the den / office into a guest bedroom for our family and friends to use when they come to visit.

Property Managers at my community are very professional, very helpful. I would recommend them anytime to anyone looking for a clean, well maintained rental place that carries lots of amenities including a pool, in-apartment washer/dryer and dishwasher, available shuttle to the subway in the morning and back in the evening.

Awesome apartment complex. Well maintained and very clean upon arrival. The management staff and maintenance are great. The pool and outdoor grills/fire pit are great add-ons. However, location could be improved. Would have been nice to have a little downtown with shops and restaurants to walk to. Overall 4.0/5.0!

Pros: clean and modern building, shuttle service to subway, security at night, pleasant and reasonable staff, has gym, has pool Cons: walls are a little thin and noise travels a lot, especially when kids are playing in the courtyard (all summer long)

Overall the leasing and front office staff are warm, courteous, and very professional. Maintenance requests are attended to very promptly. It is right by a Home Depot, dollar stores, Walgreens, and CVS. It is a good price given its proximity to Boston.

I have been a long time resident and have found the management and maintenance staff very professional and friendly. The location is very convenient and the close proximity of nearby retail area with stores and restaurants is a plus.

To many false alarms and staff acted likes it nothing. The heating system, for the three winters I have been here, has had to be adjusted. Staff can be difficult to deal with. Unlocked side door entrances.

The apartment is nice and the proximity to the city is great, but there are definitely some opportunities at this location. The elevators dont feel safe. They won't let you get your packages until 6 pm each night, which is severely inconvenient. If you ask a staff member in the office during they day they will reject your request. Maintenance is taken care of very quickly and i have never had any issues with them. Overall I'd rate it about a 6/10 for the amount of money you pay monthly.

Parkside commons is a good place to live and like any other place it has its pros and cons. Appearance and cleanliness is a pro, also location. But the walls could be better insulated, at times they seem paper thin.

We just moved in last week, and won't fully be living there till the end of April, as of now we love everything about this place. We found it on we had a hard time getting a hold of them to get us a showing. Once we did we fell in love right away. The home is just everything we were looking for, open and all up to date! The bedroom and closet are huge! I love the kitchen and having our own balcony is always a plus!

Overall, the apartment community is great. Generally clean and noise level is acceptable. The units are spacious and the amenities (pool, parking, grill area, fitness room etc) are very nice. Management is typically very easy to get a hold of just by walking into the office, and the staff is always gracious and friendly. Maintenance is easy to get a hold of (even after hours), and non-urgent requests are fulfilled promptly (within 1-2 business days). My only complaint is the extremely slow elevator situation, that could possibly be remedied if the elevators were inspected regularly (the inspection permits expired in is now 2017). They also claim to have a "no dog" policy, but it seems that there are looootttss of dogs, which is fine because I love pets.

In the very beginning we had aome uncomfortable time because they complained about my dog (service dog) when this community has a dog area, and there are so many dogs here. After I drop off all the documents stating my dog is a service dog, we are all set and I didn't have problems afterwards.

Great, moving in was a bit tough with the small elevator, but there was an elevator which is a plus within itself. Service requests are taken care of promptly. Love the parking and guest parking and concierge service provided as well. Great community.

overall it is a well managed facility - prompt and courteous personnel - quick attention is given to any issues or complaints that may arise - higher rents for services (eg shuttle, grills, California style kitchen). while needed to be competitive - cause higher rents, which is not well received if not using services
