It has been so great . It's like living in a luxury hotel . I am very happy and my daughter has lives here her whole life . It's home amd it comfortable . We would stay as long as we are able with her schooling it was great with the Chelsea school system. Pleasant and competent staff have always been professional. Great atmosphere amd extremely accessible for any work areas. Close to Boston amd also the great parts of the Nirthshore

Love my apartment it's nice and spacious ,modern it has high ceilings , walking closet's spacious ,bathrooms laundry in one of the bathrooms , pretty good sizes in the bedrooms The kitchen perfect size and it's modern I also enjoy very much my balcony with my friends and family

from the moment we moved in it has been a breath of fresh air. to the office staff in how accommodating they are to the maintenance staff whom have been friendly and very efficient in our requests. the grounds are kept up well and very inviting once you arrive at the complex. the only bad experience we have had since we located here was the amount if building wide fire alarms. other than that is has been a wonderful experience.

I have enjoyed my apartment. I was able to do everything online and I moved from another city so this was very helpful. Management does a good job communicating with the tenants regarding exceptions and policy.

Not satisfied at all in the brief time there. I feel the communication isn't at a satisfactory level. The trash/recycling rooms are also very small for the size of the sections of building. Just have not had pleasant experience so far

The apartment is beautiful, modern, and spacious. It also has a lot of natural light. My apartment also came equiped with a mini patch panel, which was great for cable management. There are 3 restaurants walking distance and the community counts with lots of green spaces, not to mention the pool and a gym.

Friendly environment; adequate living conditions; security can be an issue as when the front door is unlocked / left ajar, anyone can come in. Also, on the apartment floors, people (not knowing if they belong there) wander

I love living here at the Parkside Commons. It is well maintained and very quiet. It has easy access to the highway and many stores are within walking distance. The whole staff is wonderful and I recommend this place to everyone.

The community is nice and conviniently located. The place is not cheap, but not the most expensive either. The fire alarm is kind of a nightmare cause it goes off at odd hours. Is a green community so big on recycling. No smoking allowed but a lot of times smell like weed on the whole floor. Maintenance is super quick and hassle free for the resident. Overall is a good place to live.

Nice community, maintenance is great and office staff is helpful. Resources available at property (printing, fax, package concierge) helpful. Only complaint is fire alarm goes off to often, like once a month or sometimes once a week. It's very annoying and it would be nice if something was done to avoid it going off unless there's a real fire.

The rent keeps going up, but I don't see much improvement in this place. I get that it's "market rate" but who the heck wants to live in a 1 bedroom apartment in Chelsea, MA for $2100/mo? Rent this high should be illegal.

Management is decent. Maintenance crew is awesome. They will often complete jobs the same day you request them. My only complaint is loud neighbors. I mean these people are so obnoxious it's ridiculous. I feel like the walls and ceilings are thin af so that doesn't help. Anyway. Great place to live if you can afford it $$$ and get lucky with chill neighbors.

It is a quite community. This August will be 2 years that I have lived there and it is very clean and pleasant. The office staff are always helpful and the concierge and maintenance staff are also always helpful. I would certainly recommend the Parkside Commons to a friend.

Experience has been okay. The home has been clean, the water has had a few issues with heat in the past. Once reported it was fixed promptly. The garage parking has been good. Recommend installing bike racks, there aren't enough currently.

We love our home and the building. The amenities are nice. We enjoy using the gym and pool. Staff are kind and helpful. The only issue we are faced with is the frequent fire alarms, especially in the middle of the night.

Very pleasant so far. Staff has been communicative and organized. At times I had to follow up a few times to get a clear picture of how the utilities situation would be and how to sign up for services, but overall the move-in experience went smoothly.

Nice apartments and amenities. Gym is available and everything is within one building so very convenient. Parking is also convenient-- garage is on first floor and you can get straight into building. Not directly on transit but still close and there is shuttle service

Parkside Commons is a nice community to live in. Although I moved in at a difficult time, the staff have been very kind and willing to assist me with any concerns. Overall the property is clean and regularly maintained which makes me feel comfortable and safe.
