We moved in less than a month ago and we love the space. The hallways are always clean and smell nice. The concierge is super friendly and already knows us. The mail room is wonderfully handled and we do not worry about our packages being misplaced. The leasing office is always available to answer our questions. The gym is awesome. And the maintenance staff leaves detailed messages about the work done after they complete a request. I love it here.

Parkside Commons is a beautiful, clean, and convient place to live. It is surrounded by many stores that are walking distance and 2 parks for children to play. The move in process was smooth and were able to get our lease very fast.

The community doesn't feel friendly and there's no sound proofing and people open the front door to people without a key. Overall I do feel safe and my apartment is beautiful. I will be staying here longer.

Since the beginning I loved this complex apartments in Parkside Commons. I think I decided the best choice of all. I'm really happy to live here because it has a great location and an incredible community.

I very much look forward moving into parkside. I think the property has a lot to offer and would be a pleasure to live in the community. There seems to be a good mix of people living there. The grounds were very well kept.

Parkside Commons is an excellent place to live. The staff is friendly, and they get to know you by name. I love my apartment and the convenience of stores and transportation around me makes it a great place to live.

The community is very quiet and very clean. Only complaint is that the main elevator in the lobby keeps being out of service very often. But everything else is okay. Hoping for the rent not to go up this year.

The community is clean and easily accessible to many shops and businesses however because of that it is very noisy at times. But I like it here so far and hopes to live here for quite some time. My apartment is huge and I love my balcony.

My apartment itself is great. The hallway carpets were finally replaced and that was good and necessary. Pool area chairs were in disrepair all of last summer, and the rent increase last lease term was almost unaffordably high.

So far so good. The apartment condition is good. The residents are nice so far. Haven't had any issues with any of the tenants and also the management is better than expected given the reviews we saw online

I am happy with the experiences with Parkside overall, and it would be ideal for my family if it could be located closer to the Blue T stations. I can notice the maintenance team is doing a good job, but is still little unsatisfied the elevator is out service for weeks.

The building is very secure. There is garage parking. The apartments are all different but with enough space. The 2 bedroom apartments have two full baths, and the kitchen is well laid out. I would recommend this building to friends and family.

I was very surprised to find such close apartments to Boston and they have great rooms at a great price. Thanks for helping me in such a short amount of time. Pros: Fast, friendly, great rooms and location. The Parkside Commons Apartments are great.

The best place to live, close to everything, the apartment is very nice and modern, the building is clean, safe and quiet, the maintenance staff very polite and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality of life.

My experience at parkside commons has been great. I've been here for almost 6 years and plan on staying a cpl more. Whenever I needed anything such as maitnrnce or just a new light bulb they are there. It's clean and friendly and a nice place to live.

It was good. I enjoyed the tour and it was informative. There was a near by plaza close by, driving distance there was access to the trains & to the commuter rail. Walking distance it would probably be 30 mins, but driving short drive. Seemed like a safe neighborhood

The experience has been great. The apartment was the perfect first apartment for us. The only downside is our location, as the city itself is not a safe neighborhood. Other than that, the location of being in a plaza and the convenience of the stores nearby is a bonus.

This is a great community, has great customer service, and they solve issues quickly. Everything is close by and public transportation is very accessible. Community does events in every season, whether to help the community or just events for the joy of residents.

Very friendly staff , I love the community. Good management . it's very quite community . Very clean environment. I love the grill area outside to hung out with family in the summer . The staff specially the concierge service guys are very supportive and very friendly .

Me and my partner have really enjoyed our stay here so far. The community is quiet for the most part. The staff are extremely friendly and personable. It's been a very relaxing time staying here. With location and amenities alone make this place very worth it!

It's an efficiently run community with wonderful staff. We don't have the opportunity to partake in many of the amenities but we can see many residents do. We appreciate the services, staff, and the upkeep of the property the most.
