Better than I expected. Love how staff are fast, professional. Every thing is near by. The amenities are amazing. Neighbors are friendly. Love the fact that I have run into childhood friends that also live in the building. Should've moved he sooner.

I like living here everything is new the building is really well insulated but there are some floss The parking underneath the apartment is somewhat small for each individual. So if you do have a sports car that you like know for sure that it will be damaged by your neighbors opening the door. Also the walls have very little soundproof to none so you will be bothered by your neighbors if you work from home which I don't so it doesn't bother me. The meal service or package service in the building has a very good staff they were very polite and treat you very well which is very different from the staff on the office which has a lot to improve. Because of the pandemic I haven't been able to use any of the facilities in the building like pool table or pool so I can't really say anything about that but I like it here.

Our experience with this community has been great. The apartment layout, the utilities, and management are excellent. The in unit washer/dryer, balcony, in door parking, and the same floor garbage disposal make the living in the apartment very convenient.

The apartment community is clean and convenient to many restaurants, a planet fitness, and other stores within walking distance. Unfortunately, my only experience has been during COVID and therefore I cannot attest to any social activities or accessibility of the staff.

The Apartment and its community is very peaceful to live in. The neighborhood has decent amount of food and shopping options. Never faced a problem with any utilities. And did I mention the maintenance team and the reception are the Best. They were so receptive and response within no time.

the experience has been relatively good, the place is comfortable, clean, quiet. its location is good since you can easily move to wherever you want. its surroundings look calm, although inside the complex you hardly realize what is happening outside.

Everything is excellent, the community is quiet and very clean. The maintenance is fast and efficient, the staff in general is excellent. My only complaint is that nobody came to give me the unit and explain how everything worked, the maintenance man came to fix a door a month later and there I asked the respective questions.

Most of the time it is quiet, but we have occasional neighbors that like to blast music. Walls are somewhat thin, so as a student, it makes it difficult for me to study. Staff we encounter in the building are friendly. I like that Parkside is a smoking free community, but there are people who violate this. The doors and garage are open so people can walk in but the doors do need keys to be accessed. I do see that there are people who pass by from the plaza next door. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk which is not bad.

Parkside Commons Building 1 is a clean, green, community. The rent is affordable compared to the rest of the Boston area. The location is close to CVS, Home Depot, The Dollar General, an auto supply store, GameStop, several restaurants and a nail parlor. The building staff is nice and answers questions in a timely manner. There is a garage to park your car, a courtyard with grills, a pool, and fire pit. They replace the floors, paint the walls, deep clean, and replace appliances every time a tenant moves out. When it's not a pandemic they also have a very convenient shuttle to the Beachmont blue line stop. My fianc? and I have enjoyed living here for almost 2 years.

Clean building and friendly staff. Walls are very thin and can hear neighbors quite often, especially upstairs neighbors. Water pipes are very noisy and can keep me up at night. Rent seems reasonably priced.

The community was great in the beginning. Everyone from the staff was kind, attentive & seem to really care about you. Then some staff changes occurred and the sense of community & closeness was lost. And these changes happened before Covid. The location of this place is great but not worth the headaches & loss of valuable items such as bikes. There is no sense of security here anymore. Do not recommend unless ur desperate for a location near the airport.

From the time we toured the apartment to the time we moved in and were settled everything was great! Very efficient, helpful and accommodating. Whenever we called the office, they answered and helped us out that day. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out.

This place is very quiet, which I love. What really sold this place for me was how absolutely clean and organized everything is here. I also love, the sense of safety and security this place provides as it is always under surveillance and I've seen the police even patrol the area. Overall, it's a great place to live.

Experience? Well due to Covid-19 and social distancing really wasn't able to fully experience what Parkside Commons has to offer. But I can say it was the best place to be quarantine even though my neighbor love to blast there music occasionally on the weekends, upstairs neighbor seem to give zero Fs that someone live below them lucky they moved out and got more quiet with the new neighbors. Over all very happy to call this place home and to continue living in this great community.

Apartment was very clean and great location for myself. Not having a proper freight elevator made it a lot more difficult to move in. The stair wells are also not big enough for bigger furniture to be moved within them. Overall great location and clean living space!
