Before rented the apartment office staff struggled to contact with us by email. After that when we see the apartment we liked location, smoke free, home appliances and staff friendship even the price is a little higher than we expected. I hope our survey will be good within a year. I think only the missing part is there is no security for 24 hours because last week when we went out around 4.30 am someone was standing out of the apartment and entered after we opened the out door. Thank you.

Very good, nice, and very quiet. Everything is in order, the only thing that is to worry about is that people sometimes occupy 2 spaces in the parking lot, there needs to be more organization in the parking lot. But everything else is fine

I moved to Parkside Commons last March and so far has been a very pleasant experience. Every time that I need assistance with something in my apartment they are promptly to help and send someone right the way. The building is always super clean and the staff are very friendly.

Great everyone is really helpful. Everything is always cleaned or being cleaned. There are always people to answer questions or concerns. There's always a guard on duty at night. There's always someone in the office.

Apartment complex is conveniently located and provides plenty of amenities. Easy to get into Boston via public transportation as well as car. The staff are incredibly friendly and always available to assist.

The complex is very clean which was most important to us. The staff and concierge are very professional and always available to assist if and when something comes up. The location is also ideal. MBTA is accessible and everything that we need (grocery store, CVS, Home Depot) are within walking distance.

It is in a great location. They have amenities which is a plus! The apartment homes are gorgeous and spacious. You have everything you need all around you, shopping centers, pharmacy, dollartree/general, food sources. The staff is friendly and great. You will love this as your new home.

It was very pleasant living here so long ago. We moved in the first time when the building was first constructed. Now, due to an illness with our one year old son, we have returned to be closer to the hospital.

It's been great. They've grown a lot in the last year. There have been many issues in the past in regards to cleanliness in the building but they've done a great job cleaning up with it. It still needs some work but it's getting there.

I have lived at Parkside Commons for almost 2 years. I had 2 days to find a place to live, due to relocating from another state for a new job. The staff made the process very fast and easy. The office staff has always been eager to help and taken any maintenance issue with a quick turnaround. That is a big factor for me when I live in different complexes on how fast they respond to maintenance issues. This complex also offers a concierge at night which is awesome in case of emergency or general questions. -Kristina

We have been residents here for the past 4 years and the staff here are wonderful-- the property itself is very clean and the maintenance staff here work hard to ensure that the needs of the residents are being addressed in a timely manner. Having a shuttle to and from the train station is such an incredible amenity-- overall a great place to live!

We have been living here for about 9 months already, and I have nothing but great things to say about the place. The indoor garage is a huuuge plus, not having to wait for your car to warm up or clean the snow of it. Staff is always friendly and very helpful! The overall cleanliness of the building is very good, up to now I have not seen a piece of trash anywhere in the building. The apartments are very specious and modern and very hotel style look. My aparment has a balcony and i have to say i loved seating out there in the summer months. The gym and pool facility are also great. The only thing i would say is that they should update the carpets since some areas look pretty old, and hire better pool attendants. Other than those two things my experience at the parkside commons has been nothing but WONDERFUL!

I've felt comfortable staying at the apartment. Overall, very good staff on site, very helpful. The only complaint is about the noise sometimes from the kids running around the complex, but that's not a complaint to apartment itself. Love the indoor garage, easy to park, and preserve your car from the harsh weather. Also, it is nice that the Company provides shuttle service to the T stop, which facilitates morning and evening commute to the city. Overall, it takes 30-45 minutes going inbound to downtown, and 10-15 minutes drive without traffic.

The move in was not easy since I'm on the 4th floor. In general the elevators are VERY slow at Parkside Commons which makes it time consuming to do anything, especially moving in. Besides that my experience has been positive.

I moved in in May and can't say enough about Parkside Commons. I love my new apartment and often compare it to a hotel suite! The staff is very friendly and are always extremely helpful, no matter what my issue may be. I'm so glad I found this place because it's the perfect apartment and the perfect location. I'm legally blind and need to walk everywhere so having stores directly next-door is so convenient. I'm never leaving this place!

I like this community because it is spacious, organized, the people are nice. It is mostly quiet, but sometimes the walls are thin and you can hear people talking loudly. I like the patio and garden too.

This is a great building! We love the concierge team and maintenance staff. They are always professional and very quick. Before moving in we saw comments about the fire alarm going off frequently, it does but at the same time it IS nice to know the Fire Department knows how to get to the building quickly!

I have had a good experience. The area is clean and convenient. It is also very close to my work and it is close to my girlfriend's house. The apartment was spacious and came ready to move in, it only took my girlfriend and me one day to move in and get everything set up.
