Great experience but we need more safety inside of the building, cameras inside of the elevators and somewhere in the hallways will be a great idea. We need more safety in the building especially for kids who usually walk around without an adult.

I have been renting a 2bed/2bath apt at Parksidecommon since 2012. APT is very nice with reasonable monthly rent and close to highways, Route 1, 90, and 93 and the City of Boston. One of my favorites is the indoor garage with the monthly charge of $50 per vehicle.

Maintenance staff is always attentive and address issues in a timely manner. Front desk has been much more helpful as of lately. The ammenities and new and improved gym are excellent and convenient. My apartment is huge and I love the space that I have.

Overall happy with our apartment minus our little complain regarding our noisy neighbors. Love the new renovations! Gym looks great and happy to notice that it's now only for ages 18 and up. The new staff is phenomenal! Very friendly unlike the old staff. Retrieving packages can be improved alittle.

The best for this building the leasing office they are very helpful and all the time smiling and ready to solve any problems if we have any the location is very good the building including every thing are mazing but only one problem the mail box hop to be the apt number Mach with the mail box not different regarding the maintenance people they are very good

clean, safe and pretty. Public transportation is A+ Kitchen appliances are well kept and when a need to change them, updates ones are a plus :-) Halls are kept nicely painted and well lighted. Elevators all ways work.

not recommending this apartment building . carpets are disguisting in the entire building . people that live in this building are not considorate of people that work . very loud after 10 pm every nite. kids running at all times . people are smoking in the hallways and elevators. stay away from this place

Have now lived at Parkside Commons for several weeks and truly enjoying my time there. So close and convenient. Best park is the private garage parking! I recommend this Complex to anyone. Easy access in and out and plenty of places to walk to.

It is a good one very quiet. Nice neighbors. Lots of activities the office staff are very nice, so isn't maintenance. I really like living here. I feel safe. I would definately recommend this apartment complex to a friend. Roo. A larger than the new apartment complex they a building.

This is a great building. Everything's pretty well maintained, and my apartment is excellent. I've never had any real serious issues, and the couple small maintenance issues I had were resolved very quickly. I'm not one to get to know the neighbors, but you pass people in the hall or the elevator, and people seem pretty nice. And it's usually pretty quiet, which is great.

I have been there for 6 year in the bigining was great now is like the office and the maintenance performances have drop significanly. The property does not maintain the apartments inside for those people that have been there since the bigining. I know other places where yearly the apartment is either painted or paint was provide. The grounds a ok except the dogs when they go and do their thing it's pretty discosting.

This is a great place to reside, staff is Great, Grounds are neat and claen at all times. I would like to see video cameras in the common areas. There should be a sign in the underground parking that tells to "Please Turn on Headlights While in the Garage for Safety.

The staff really gets to know you here and can remember you by not just apartment number but also by name. The amenities like the gym and the pool are great. I also love having a parking garage to protect my car from the weather and keep me warm during the winter!

Started out good but with so much employee turnover and an increase of unsupervised children running around at night- we've finally determined this will be our last year here. They do offer convenient shuttle service to the T and also recently renovated some amenities offered. They also offer fully covered garage parking which is very convenient in the winter months.

The maintenance staff is very unprofitonal! It tooks them several month to understand my stove problem. Every times they come to fix it they say it has been fixed as they leave my apartment. The next day, I found the same problem. After a long negotiations with the office, they understand, the stove should be changed!
